تعتمد شركات الأشخاص أساسا في تكوينها على شخصية شركائها والثقة المتبادلة بينهم، ونظرا للإعتماد على الإعتبار الشخصي بين الشركاء في هذه الشركات بصفة، فإنه يترتب على إفلاس أحدهم او خروجه من الشركة بصفة عامة التأثير في حياة الشركة مما يؤدي الى تطبيق نظام صارم وقاسي عليها، وهو نظام الإفلاس الذي يطبق على فئة التجار، ويهدف الى تنفيذ الجماعي على أموال شركات الأشخاص المتوقفة عن الدفع ديونها في ميعادها.ولكن المشرع الجزائري لم يخصص أحكام خاصة بشركات الأشخاص وإنما ضمها الى الأحكام المتعلقة بنظام الإفلاس..وعلى هذا يستوجب على المشرع الجزائري وضع نصوص قانونية خاصة بإفلاس شركات لتأثيرها على الشركاء.

Loop Quantum gravity is a tentative theory to describe the quantum structure of spacetime at the Planck scale, the scale at which both general relativity and quantum theory manifest equally. The theory comes in threeversions: The canonical approach, covariant approach and geometric approach. All the approaches use the same Hilbert space, but we do not knowwhether they actually correspond to the same theory.In this thesis, I will present our main results in the loop quantum gravityprogram, all of which lie in between the three approaches. We start with describing The canonical and covariant approaches in which the notations andgeneral concepts of the theory are fixed. Then, we discuss our contributionon the length spectrum of space, the length of the tetrahedral edges. Afterthat, we investigate the quantum polyhedra and its relation to loop quantumgravity. More specifically, we discuss the quantum tetrahedron: the 4-nodeHilbert space. We finish the chapter by investigating our contribution inthe filed the quantum polyhedra: the discreteness of the area of space viaBohr-Sommerfeld quantization. Next, we investigate our deriving to the volume of space spectrum for arbitrary number of faces of the polyhedron. Weuse the idea of virtual lines together with the fact that the node Hilbertspace with valency N can be split into series of connected 4-valent nodesHilbert spaces. Then, we study the quantum pentahedron in which a nicerepresentation on phase spaces for the pentahedral atoms of space is given.Next, we investigate our works on: (a) Regge and Twisted Geometries inthe context of the loop Gravity Hilbert space and (b) Regge and TwistedGeometries in Schwarzschild Spacetime. We discuss the interesting results inwhich twisted-truncation is included in interpreting the loop gravity graph.Furthermore, the Schwarzschild Spacetime graph is well-studied. Finally, anew quantity called space density is introduced and an interpretation forgravity force is discussed.

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى قياس فعالية الذكاء الاصطناعي في تنمية التفكير الإبداعي لدى تلاميذ الابتدائي (الروبوت التعليمي نموذجا) بمدرسة التربية والتعليم الخاصة بلمانع مسعود بمدينة برج بوعريريج للسنة الدراسية( 2023-2024)، وللتحقق من فرضيا ت الدراسة انتهجت الباحثة المنهج شبه التجريبي القبلي والبعدي لعينة واحدة، حيث طبقت الدراسة على عينة تكونت من35 تلميذ وتلميذة من المستوى الابتدائي في مدرسة التربية والتعليم الخاصة بلمانع مسعود بمدينة برج بوعريريج، 20منهم ذكورو15 إناث، حيث تم توزيع اختبار تورانس(1982)للتفكير الإبداعي على عينة الدراسة، ولحساب النتائج استخدمت أساليب المعالجة الإحصائية التالية :(معامل الارتباط "ت" تيست لقياس الفروق بين متوسطي القياس القبلي والبعدي للتفكير الإبداعي). وبعد تحليل بيانات الدراسة إحصائيا ، تم تفسيرها وفق الأطر النظرية أين تحققت كل الفرضيات التي نصت على أنه:_ الذكاء الاصطناعي (تقنية الروبوت التعليمي) غير فعال في تنمية التفكير الابداعي لدى تلاميذ الابتدائي._ توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى التفكير الإبداعي تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث._ لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي القياس القبلي والبعدي في التفكير الإبداعي لتلاميذ الابتدائي مهارة الأصالة._لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي القياس القبلي والبعدي في التفكير الإبداعي لتلاميذ الابتدائي مهارة المرونة._لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي القياس القبلي والبعدي في التفكير الإبداعي لتلاميذ الابتدائي مهارة الطلاقة._لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي القياس القبلي والبعدي في التفكير الإبداعي لتلاميذ الابتدائي مهارة التفاصيل.

هدفت هذه الدّراسة إلى معرفة تأثير أساليب القيادة المُتّبعة في مقاومة التغيير في الشركات الصناعية في سورية، واكتشاف الدور الوسيط لرأس المال النفسيّ لدى العاملين فيها. اعتمدت الدّراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم تصميم استبانة بحسب مقياس ليكرت الخماسي، وتم توزيعها على العاملين في القطاع الصناعي في سورية. شملت عينة الدّراسة 270 عاملاً ضمن الشركات الصناعية، وتم قياس متغيرات الدّراسة، ومن ثُمَّ تحليلها باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية (SPSS: Statistical Packages for Social Sciences)، وذلك من أجل الوصول إلى أهداف الدّراسة. تُشير أهم النتائج إلى أن أسلوب القيادة الديمُقراطية كان الأكثر انتشاراً في الشركات الصناعية في سورية، بينما وُجدَ أن أسلوب القيادة الأوتوقراطية وقيادة عدم التدخُّل/ السلبية لهما تأثير سلبي في مقاومة التغيير وخاصة في البُعد العاطفي وبُعد التركيز قصير المدى. وتبين أن رأس المال النفسيّ توسط العلاقة بين تأثير أساليب القيادة الأوتوقراطية وعدم التدخُّل/ السلبية في إدارة مقاومة التغيير، كما ويمتلك العاملون مستوى عالٍ من رأس المال النفسيّ، يجعلهم أقل مقاومة للتغيير. وخَلُصَت الدّراسة إلى أن فهم دور أساليب القيادة في مقاومة التغيير يمكن أن يساعد القادة والممارسين التنظيميين في تنفيذ إستراتيجيات إدارة التغيير بشكل فعَّال، بالإضافة إلى ضرورة زيادة الوعي بأهمية رأس المال النفسيّ وتحفيز الموظفين لتطويره.

This dissertation is entitled “US Policy towards language minorities: The Ebonics controversy in the Educational System as a case”. The title refers to the plans, strategies, and practices applied by the different American legislative, political, and social actors in addressing languages other than the dominant English from the past to present and the debates raised upon it. What is definitively the most ambiguous and unknown notion for the majority of Algerian students is the so called “Ebonics”. It is a term coined by the scholar Robert L. Williams as an attempt to give a clear definition and a better stature for the language spoken by many African Americans. This research paper is to shed light on the debate on Ebonics whether it is a separate linguistic system or just a dialect of English providing each side arguments for more objectivity. When Ebonics is related to the education of African Americans, it received and still a lot of criticism and refusal and few of praise and acceptance. So, the focus here is to reveal the various factors if it is ideological, political, or social that led to the increasing rejection of languages other than English, more precisely African American Vernacular English without forgetting landmark legislative decisions either to encourage or to reduce maintenance bilingual programs. The role of media is very important as well in managing and directing such heated discussions which, in turn, to be covered in this dissertation.

Le mémoire visé à travers ce sujet concerne l’identification des décharges de faible ou de forte puissance pouvant avoir lieu dans les systèmes de puissance (Transfos, Traversées, Protections, isolateurs de lignes…). Elle concerne aussi bien les mesures directes ou indirectes des paramètres électriques ou/et optiques liés à ces décharges. Nous développerons de nouvelles approches pour notamment reconnaitre la position et l’orientation de la décharge par rapport aux points de mesure. L’aspect fréquentiel lié à ces signaux sera un élément privilégié dans ce travail.
