The Financial Crisis started as the so called the Subprime Mortgages Crisis in the United States at the end of 2007. It gradually spread to all the Financial Markets and ended up reaching the real economy. By the end of 2008, the financial crisis had generated a complete economic crisis, announcing that Capitalist System of the greatest country in the world had entered in financial Great Recession and spread to the other economies around the world. Recent events have reminded us for the Great Depression of 1929. Experts and economists resembled and compared the current situation with the Great Depression of the 1930s, And the policy makers have to understand the roots and the dimension of the crisis in order to prevent the negative effects, and change regulation of the financial sector, the debate is of course a reasonable one to have, they have to make sure that the roots of the Crises are similar. So this research addresses the question: Is the current financial crisis similar to the Great Depression? For that purpose we have compared these crises from the historical perspective and contextual in their setting in order to highlight the differences and similarities between their causes and consequences and we see whether the policy reactions in Financial Crisis are the same as in the Great Depression, or different.

Résumé :Mon travail porte sur un sujet qui mérite de l'intérêt : l’apport de l’image illustrativedans l’amélioration de l’oral en classe de FLE cas des apprenants de 1er année secondaire.Notre travail se devise en deux parties : La partie théorique où nous avons consacré deuxchapitres pour les deux concepts clé autour desquels s’articule notre sujet à savoir l’oral etl’image illustrative dans le but de montrer le rôle de l’image illustrative dans l’amélioration del’oral, en faisant appel aux domaines qui ont une relation avec ce support visuel. La secondepartie focalise sur le coté pratique où j'ai décrit mon expérimentation, elle se compose de deuxchapitres, la présentation du corpus, du support et l’analyse des résultats. A la fin de cetteexpérience j’ai confirmé l’utilité et l’apport de l’image illustrative dans l’amélioration del’orale.En effet, ce support visuel contribue à l’amélioration de l’oral, il facilite lacompréhension et la mémorisation chez l’élève ainsi il le motive à apprendre et à améliore sescompétences, il attire son attention et suscite son plaisir.

وخرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من الاستنتاجات اهمها وجود علاقة ارتباط طردية ذات دلالة معنوية بين أبعاد متغيرات الدراسة (أبعاد المهارات السياسية , أبعاد قدرات التجديد التنظيمي , أبعاد استراتيجية الاستدامة الاستباقية ) وتوصلت الدراسة ايضاً الى وجود تأثير معنوي للمهارات السياسية بأبعادها على استراتيجية الاستدامة الاستباقية  بشكل مباشر واثر غير مباشر عن طريق قدرات التجديد التنظيمي،و اختتمت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات اهمها ضرورة الاهتمام بالمهارات السياسية لدى شركات الاتصالات والعمل على تطويرها بشكل مستمر في جميع المستويات التنظيمية دون استثناء لتحقيق استراتيجية الاستدامة الاستباقية عن طريق تجديد وتحديث وتطوير قدراتها التنظيمية لتواكب التقدم العلمي والتكنلوجي واعتماد افضل التقنيات العالمية للارتقاء بواقع التجديد التنظيمي في المجالات كافة .

Although there was, and still continues, extensive research and advancements in speech recognition on English language, there has been little research done on Arabic language. In addition, most of the research done is either for the standard Arabic language or the Egyptian colloquial language. Commercial applications related to this field are mostly based on telephony technology. In this thesis, the implementation of a Lebanese colloquial Arabic discrete speech recognition is described. According to our knowledge, the thesis proposed here is the first attempt to implement a speech recognition system for the Lebanese colloquial Arabic language.

Les infrastructures de loisirs (socio-éducatives, culturels, et sportives) sont presque vitales pour la jeunesse, et constitue un élément médiateur entre l'éducation familiale et l'éducation sociale cette plate-forme culturelle (éducation) et sportive permettent à la jeunesse de développer leurs facultés physiques et mentales pour une meilleure intégration dans la vie professionnelle et sociale. La thématique qu’on voudrait aborder dans notre projet sera culturelle, éducative et associative,et pour cela on a choisi de faire une maison des jeunes (MDJ).L’image des Maisons des jeunes et de la culture est floue. Leur sigle est devenu un nom commun mais la réalité qu’il recouvre demeure vague.Ce qui nous a amenait à choisir cette thématique est le manque flagrant d’espace dédié pour les jeunes aux alentours de notre terrain, on arrivait mal à imaginer le nombre de jeunes de la ville de Birtouta sans un lieu qui pourraient accueillir tous ces jeunes de différents âges. Le manque d’espaces de loisirs les a même poussés à investir notre interstice et utiliser la voie publique comme espace de jeux.Notre travail c’est basé sur plusieurs approches, l’approche théorique et contextuelle : la définition des contextes abordés dans notre projet à savoir les notions environnementales avec leurs principes, et la thématique de maison des jeunes, l’approche analytique : l’analyse des différents exemples des maisons des jeunes sous deux échelles, et l’analyse du site d’intervention situer dans la ville de Birtouta sous différentes échelles, l’approche à la conception du projet : la conception du projet architecturale en suivant les recommandations citées au cours des analyses préalablement élaborées et enfin l’approche évaluative : L’application des notions environnementales et des dispositifs de l’architecture bioclimatique dans notre projet.Les stratégies que nous avons appliquées sur notre projet ont été abordées sous deux différentes échelles, la première est au niveau de l’aménagement là où nous avons ressortir les notions de la mixité sociale et fonctionnelle, nous avons présenté le circuit de la gestion des déchets,appliqué la notion des récupérations des eaux pluviales et nous avons implanté une biodiversité accordée aux conditions, la deuxième échelle est au niveau du bâti, des dispositifs passifs onté té abordés tel que les notions d’implantation et d’orientation, l’éclairage naturel et la protection solaire, la ventilation naturelle, le choix des matériaux, la galerie vitrée et la toiture végétale,mais aussi, des dispositifs actifs tel que l’installation des panneaux solaires. Le résultat de ce travail est une maison de jeunes fonctionnelle et harmonieuse avec l’environnement quil ’entoure.

Since 2011, the huge influx of Syrian refugees to Lebanon necessitated that Non-governmental Organizations (NGOs) respond to the humanitarian crisis largely due to the weak capacities of the Lebanese governmental agencies. Despite the involvement of NGOs, there is little research on evaluations among such organizations - both in relief settings as well as in Lebanon. In this context, this thesis is an exploratory study about evaluations in NGOs in Lebanon especially, NGOs coping with of the relief of Syrian Refugees. It aims to understand the context of evaluations in similar situations. It explores evaluation in NGOs through two main questions: First: Is Evaluation an active item on the agendas of NGOs coping with the relief of Syrian refugees in Lebanon? And how NGOs practice evaluation? Second: What are the factors that influence evaluation in NGOs? The study included conducting twenty interviews with representatives of national and international NGOs in Lebanon. The results of the study shows that all interviewed NGOs are aware of evaluation and the vast majority of NGOs conduct evaluation, yet, the practice of the conducted evaluation is a major challenge. Most NGOs struggle with poor resources, and evaluations are not given priority during relief, without a noticeable difference among national and international NGOs. Furthermore, the major uses for evaluation in the majority of NGOs were compliance with internal policy or replying to funding conditions and requests, in addition to helping in learning and decision making. The study concludes with recommendations to NGOs, Donors, and Evaluators to enhance the practices and uses of evaluation. This study would be of interest to non-governmental organizations in Lebanon, NGOs watchdogs, funding organizations and donors, in addition to the evaluators. The thesis will provide an addition to the literature on NGOs and evaluation.
