الملخص

Les infrastructures de loisirs (socio-éducatives, culturels, et sportives) sont presque vitales pour la jeunesse, et constitue un élément médiateur entre l'éducation familiale et l'éducation sociale cette plate-forme culturelle (éducation) et sportive permettent à la jeunesse de développer leurs facultés physiques et mentales pour une meilleure intégration dans la vie professionnelle et sociale. La thématique qu’on voudrait aborder dans notre projet sera culturelle, éducative et associative,et pour cela on a choisi de faire une maison des jeunes (MDJ).L’image des Maisons des jeunes et de la culture est floue. Leur sigle est devenu un nom commun mais la réalité qu’il recouvre demeure vague.Ce qui nous a amenait à choisir cette thématique est le manque flagrant d’espace dédié pour les jeunes aux alentours de notre terrain, on arrivait mal à imaginer le nombre de jeunes de la ville de Birtouta sans un lieu qui pourraient accueillir tous ces jeunes de différents âges. Le manque d’espaces de loisirs les a même poussés à investir notre interstice et utiliser la voie publique comme espace de jeux.Notre travail c’est basé sur plusieurs approches, l’approche théorique et contextuelle : la définition des contextes abordés dans notre projet à savoir les notions environnementales avec leurs principes, et la thématique de maison des jeunes, l’approche analytique : l’analyse des différents exemples des maisons des jeunes sous deux échelles, et l’analyse du site d’intervention situer dans la ville de Birtouta sous différentes échelles, l’approche à la conception du projet : la conception du projet architecturale en suivant les recommandations citées au cours des analyses préalablement élaborées et enfin l’approche évaluative : L’application des notions environnementales et des dispositifs de l’architecture bioclimatique dans notre projet.Les stratégies que nous avons appliquées sur notre projet ont été abordées sous deux différentes échelles, la première est au niveau de l’aménagement là où nous avons ressortir les notions de la mixité sociale et fonctionnelle, nous avons présenté le circuit de la gestion des déchets,appliqué la notion des récupérations des eaux pluviales et nous avons implanté une biodiversité accordée aux conditions, la deuxième échelle est au niveau du bâti, des dispositifs passifs onté té abordés tel que les notions d’implantation et d’orientation, l’éclairage naturel et la protection solaire, la ventilation naturelle, le choix des matériaux, la galerie vitrée et la toiture végétale,mais aussi, des dispositifs actifs tel que l’installation des panneaux solaires. Le résultat de ce travail est une maison de jeunes fonctionnelle et harmonieuse avec l’environnement quil ’entoure.

The facilities of free time (socioeducational, cultural, and sportswomen) are almost vital for youth, and constitute a mediatory element between family education and social education this cultural deck (education) and sportswoman allow youth to develop their physical and mental faculties for a better incorporation in professional and social life.The themes which they would like to approach in our plan will be cultural, instructive and associative, and for cella they chose to make a home of young (MDJ).The picture of the Houses of the young persons and culture is blurred. Their acronym became a common name but the reality which it recuperates vague residence. What with us led to choose these themes is the flagrant lack of space devoted for the young persons around our ground, they succeeded wrong in imagining the number of young persons of the city of Birtouta without a place who could receive all these young persons of different ages. The lack of areas of free time even encouraged them to to invest our interspace and to use the public highway as space of games. Our job it is based on several approaches, theoretical and contextual approach: the definition of contexts approached in our plan to know environmental notions with their principles, and themes of home of the young persons, analytical approach: the analysis of different examples of the houses of the young under two ladders, and the analysis of the site of intervention to locate in the city of Birtouta under different ladders, approach in the comprehension of plan: the architectural comprehension of plan following recommendations named in the course of analyses beforehand worked out and finally approach évaluative: The application of environmental notions and implements of bioclimatic architecture in our plan. Strategies which we applied to our plan were approached under two different ladders, the first one is at the level of development where we have take out again the notions of social and functional mixing of sexes, we introduced the circuit of the management of waste, applied the notion of the recoveries of pluvial waters and we established a biodiversity granted on conditions, the second ladder is at the level of the building, passive implements were approached to such as the notions of establishment and orientation, natural illumination and solar protection, natural aeration, the choice of materials, the glass gallery and the plant roofing, but also, of active implements such as the installation of solar panels. The result of this job is a home of functional and harmonious young persons with the environment which encircles it.
