Background Epilepsy, affecting 5-10 per 1000 population, is characterized by the occurrence of at least two unprovoked seizures brought about by abnormal discharge of cortical neurons. The lifetime risk of developing psychiatric disorder with epilepsy is extremely high with such individuals having greater psychiatric co-morbidity when compared to the general population. Valporic acid is a drug used as mood stabilizer and ant convulsion episodes, it has been given indifferent doses prescribed by the physician and most of time as anti-psychological drugs used for life, some side effects occur. So this study aim to focus on the side effectsthatmay present among complete blood count parameters, such as red blood cell count, hemoglobin concentration, total whit blood count and related differential count of Neutrophil, Lymphocyte, and Monocyte. Beside Platelet count and related indices.MethodDescriptive –cross sectional study conducted among 91 psychotic patients with epileptic episodes, set as case group and healthy individuals with no signs of anemia or infection set as control group to compare data with case group. Blood samples were collected in Ethylene Diamin Tetra Acetic Acid (EDTA) for complete blood count CBC, using automatic hematology analyzer Sysmex KX 21.ResultComplete blood count parameters of case group and control group when compared with each other, revealed that significant difference (p value ≤ 0.05) in RBC, Hb and PCV as they were increased among case group than control group (the means of RBCs were 4.78±0.49, 4.44±060 Vand Hb 13.29±1.78g/dl, 12.68±2.14g/dland PCV 42.38± 5.45%, 38.28±6.92%), while platelet count was decreased among case group than control (mean ± SD = 208.09± 100.99, 275.12±101.70).group (p value ≤ 0.05), with difference (p value ≤ 0.05) obtained through independent T test. Dose of drug and duration of taking did not give significant difference (p value ˃ 0.05).Conclusion Anti-epileptic drug, valporic acid has an effect on some of complete blood count parameters, such as platelet count, regardless the duration of medication and gender of patients

تعتبر مشكلة تسبيب القرارات الإدارية من الموضوعات التي اهتمت بها كتابات الفقه الإداري الحديث في إطار الاهتمام العالمي لحقوق الإنسان بموجب قرار للجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة الصادرة بتاريخ 1946 والحامل لرقم 59 والمادة 19 من العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسة.على أساس أحد أهم الحقوق بل وفي مقدمتها "حق العلم والمعرفة" الذي يتعارض مع مبدأ عدم التسبيب الوجوبي والذي يعني عدم التزام الإدارة بالإفصاح عن أسباب قراراتها إلا عند وجود نص يلزمها بذلك وهو ما يتنافى ومقتضيات حق العلم والمعرفة.

Le présent travail consiste à étudier la qualité de l’eau d’un forage dans un verger privé d’agrume située à DBK, destiné à l’irrigation et à la consommation humaine. Ce travail est consacré à l’étude de la potabilité de l’eau de ce forage ainsi que sa vulnérabilité à la pollution à travers un ensemble d’analyses physico-chimique et parasitologique. Les analyses physico-chimiques montrent que cette eau est non thermale (21°C), présente une minéralisation importante, et une dureté élevé 448 mg/l, avec des bonnes valeurs de calcium 74 mg/l, magnésium 63,2 mg/l, ainsi que les autres paramètres traités. Cependant, l’étude parasitaire révélant l’absence totale des protozoaires et la présence d’une seule espèce d'helminthe.

In recent decades, the popularity of freeform shapes in contemporary architecture poses new challenges to digital design. One of them is the process of rationalization, i.e. to make freeform skins or structures affordable to manufacture, which draws the most attention from geometry researchers. In this thesis, we aim to realize this process with simple geometric primitives, circular arcs. We investigate architectural surfaces and structures consisting of circular arcs. Our focus is lying on how to employ them nicely and repetitively in architectural design, in order to decrease the cost in manufacturing.Firstly, we study Darboux cyclides, which are algebraic surfaces of order ≤ 4. We provide a computational tool to identify all families of circles on a given cyclide based on the spherical model of M ̈obius geometry. Practical ways to design cyclide patches that pass through certain inputs are presented. In particular, certain triples of circle families on Darboux cyclides may be suitably arranged as 3-webs. We provide a complete classification of all possible 3-webs of circles on Darboux cyclides.We then investigate the circular arc snakes, which are smooth sequences of circu- lar arcs. We evolve the snakes such that their curvature, as a function of arc length, remains unchanged. The evolution of snakes is utilized to approximate given surfaces by circular arcs or to generated freeform shapes, and it is realized by a 2-step pro- cess. More interestingly, certain 6-arc snake with boundary constraints can produce a smooth self motion, which can be employed to build flexible structures.Another challenging topic is approximating smooth freeform skins with simple panels. We contribute to this problem area by approximating a negatively-curved5surface with a smooth union of rational bilinear patches. We provide a proof forvertex consistency of hyperbolic nets using the CAGD approach of the rational B ́ezier form. Moreover, we use Darboux transformations for the generation of smooth sur- faces composed of Darboux cyclide patches. In this way we not only eliminate the restriction to surfaces with negative Gaussian curvature, but, also obtain surfaces consisting of circular arcs.
