تعتبر المدارس احدى المنشأت المعمارية المهمة في الفترة العثمانية و لعل أبرز المدارس العثمانية هي مدرسة صالح باي في مدينة قسنطينة و التي تعتبرعن ما وصل اليه الفن الاسلامي في هذه الفترة من روعة في الزخارف سواء المعمارية أو الفنية اضافة الى هذه المدرسة نجد بأحد أركانها المقبرة العائلية للمؤسس و التي تزخر بمختلف العناصر يرتبط بالمدرسة من جهة أخرى التعليم في هذه الفترة الذي بلغ قمة التطور عكس ما يشير اليه المستشرقون و الدارسون الغربيون .

Adverse events pose significant threats to patient safety and quality in healthcare worldwide. To understand how and why such events occur, incident reporting and investigation gained an imperative role in healthcare operations. Therefore, healthcare organizations and national health services have implemented local and national level Incident Reporting Systems (IRSs) to enhance the quality of reporting. However, the literature indicates that reporting practice is insufficient due to underreporting, incomplete incident data, privacy issues, unreliable classifications, the delay from the time of reporting to investigation, and lack of feedback to reporters. The situation can be potentially improved, however, by exploiting the Blockchain Technology (BCT) that has inherent and unique features, such as security, data integrity, and provenance. To shed light on this, we first develop a blockchain-based reporting system showing how incidents data can be reported and shared through a secure and trusted distributed ledger. Further, we present algorithms that depict the various interactions among the stakeholders in the reporting network. We finally demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed solution through the cost and security analysis while ensuring security, integrity, transparency, and traceability amongst stakeholders. This study also discusses potential challenges and suggests future research to provide significant insights for the implementation of the blockchain-based incident reporting system in practice.

عبد الرحمان الأخضري حياته وآثاره إعداد الطالبة: كلثوم وصيف عثامين لجنة الإشراف: د/عمار غرايسة ،د/معاذ عمراني ،د/رشيد قسيبة. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بشخصية العلامة عبد الرحمان الأخضري الذي هو علم من أعلام الجزائر المهمين في المشرق والمغرب ولقد كانت أعماله دليل على ذلك التفوق والقيمة التي يملكها. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة التي تتمثل في التعريف بشخصية عالم جزائري مهم كان له صيت في عدة بلدان سواء في المشرق أو المغرب وهو عبد الرحمان الأخضري الذي ينتمي إلى أسرة علمية تقطن في منطقة بنطيوس ببسكرة التي تقع بالجنوب الشرقي الجزائري، ومن نتائج هذه الدراسة التعريف بهذه الشخصية في أربعة فصول وتناولت فيها الباحثة كافة أطوار حياته أي من ميلاده إلى تعلمه وتعليمه وكذلك زواجه ثم وفاته ثم الانتقال إلى الرحلات التي قام بها وما الأثر التي تركته في مسار حياته ،ثم انتقلت إلى الحديث عن مواقفه من التصوف المغشوش والتصوف السني، ثم عرضت أهم مؤلفاته التي تعتبر كنز ثمين لما تحتوي عليه من قيمة، فقد لاقت رواجا كبيرا وهي تختص بعدة مواضيع في الدين والفلك والحساب واللغة وغيرها. وفي الأخير توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى عدد من التوصيات من أبرزها أن عبد الرحمان الأخضري شخصية علمية مهمة تركت العديد من المؤلفات التي هي محل دراسة في العديد من الدول والجامعات العربية الإسلامية، وكذلك تزويد وإثراء المكتبة بمراجع مهمة عن هذه الشخصية وكذلك بمخطوطات ومعلومات مهمة.

من خلال هذه الدراسة نسعى إلى إظهار الدور الذي يلعبه تقييم الأداء المالي في عملية اتخاذ القرارات المالية ، و لتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة و الإجابة على تساؤلاتها ، اعتمد الباحث في جمع البيانات المتعلقة بالموضوع و ذات الصلة ، ومن خلالها الحصول على البيانات الثانوية و التي شكلت الإطار النظري للدراسة أما الإطار التطبيقي كان على مؤسسة الاستيراد و البيع على الحالةREMABOUS خلال الفترة الزمنية 2019 - 2020 بالاعتماد على الدراسة التحليلية للوضعية المالية لهذه المؤسسة و التي تسعى من خلاله لاتخاذ مواقع هامة في السوق و الحفاظ على توازنها المالي. وفي الأخير توصلنا أن الأداء المالي لمؤسسة الاستيراد و البيع على الحالة REMABOUS كان مقبول سنتي الدراسة 2019 - 2020 ، مما انعكس على القرارات المالية للمؤسسة والتي كانت مثالية

A Frobenius manifold is a geometric realization for a function F(t) satisfies a sys tem of partial differential equation, (Witten-Dijkgraaf-Verlinde-Verlinde equation ), known as WDVV equations.This geometric structure is recognized in many fields in mathematics such as topological field theory, invariant theory, quantum cohomology, integrable systems and singularity theory Frobenius manifold is called algebraic if the function F(t) is algebraic function. Examples of algebraic Frobenius manifolds can be obtained from the dispersionless limit of classical W-algebras associated to distinguished Nilpotent elements of semisimple type in simple Lie algebras. In this thesis, we apply the same procedure to find examples of polynomial Frobenius manifolds associated to regular Nilpotent element in Lie algebra slan, C).

The purpose of this study is to investigate the Emirati students’ perception of using cooperative learning to progress their learning process. The study site is one of the Higher Colleges of Technology campuses in United Arab Emirates. The sample size is two hundred and twenty four participants that have been selected randomly from different programs. This study combines both the quantitative and qualitative research methods which include questionnaire and interviews to reach the final research findings and researcher recommendations.The findings of this research prove the importance of using cooperative learning to improve the students’ learning process. The final overall recommendations indicate the need to increase the usage of cooperative learning techniques to ensure a sustain improvement of students’ learning process.

GPUs have gained a lot of attention in the HPC community lately. Since that, a lot of research was done on creating and optimization language models that enable programming these devices. OpenACC standard has emerged to standardize the effort of creating a high-level directive based language extension for several conventional programming languages to enable easy programming of these devices. In a recent change to the draft, extra directives were introduced to allow software library component reuse. This theoretically enabled the use of some established libraries that are implemented on GPUs. However, practically, there are difficulties in calling libraries that separate implementation details and/or use hidden data structures; expecting them as arguments. In this dissertation, we propose a systematic approach to enable the use of a variety of GPU libraries from within OpenACC compute regions. when applying our approach to CuBLAS, which is a library for performing Basic Linear Algebra operations, we found that our approach enhances performance by up to thirty-two times over OpenACC alone and up top 2.52 over using CuBLAS alond. In addition, we achieved a reduction to code size down to fifty-two percent of the original OpenACC code. Our approach also opens the opportunity to call those libraries with any parallel granularity desired (thread/ block of threads/ all threads); eliminating the need for ending the GPU execution region in order to call those libraries from the CPU.In GPUs, synchronization of different gangs of threads is only possible through the host systems processor. Hence, it is only possible to implement synchronous iterations through repeated launches of GPU kernels for each iteration step. Some techniques were proposed to reduce that overhead using shared variables. However, these are prone to deadlocks and are error prone when implemented without correct enforcement of memory coherency. In this dissertation, we provide a comprehensive analysis of the reasons and parameters involved in the deadlock-inducing behavior in such synchronization techniques, where we present crisp upper limits for parameters involved to avoid deadlocks in these techniques. We also analyze the scheduling behavior for different gangs inside the GPU. Based on the scheduler analysis, we have introduced a new novel method for implementing synchronized iterations and any one-way producer-consumer methods without the need synchronization through the host CPU and without suffering limitations for the parameters involved in the other methods proposed in literature. Our analyses show that the performance of our method has a speedup of about 1.38 over inter-block synchronization methods used in literature. We also introduce analysis for the cases and parameters involved for omitting the explicit shared variable synchronization all together and gaining performance similar to asynchronous algorithms via arranging for an implicit scheduling-based synchronization for such cases; where we also see a gain in speedup nearing 1.8 for applications where blocks do not share a balanced load among them. We also show that for a large majority of the cases where an explicit synchronization is needed, host-based synchronization is the best choice.

تهتم هذه المذكرة بدراسة واقع الاستقلالية المالية المحلية في الجزائر وما تملكه من موارد مالية ذاتية لتمويل التنمية المحلية ، حيث تطرقنا في هذه المذكرة لدراسة مضمون الإستقلالية المالية وأهم المشاكل التي تواجه الجماعات المحلية .وهدفنا الأساسي في هذه الدراسة هو توضيح وإيجاد أهم العوامل التي تساعد في تهيئة المناخ المناسب ، وذلك بتطبيق الإصلاحات الجوهرية لتدعيم الإستقلالية المالية للجماعات المحلية ، حيث تتمكن هذه الأخيرة من تحقيق التنمية المحلية .ومن النتائج التي تحصلنا عليها من هذه الدراسة هي ضرورة منح الهيئات المحلية إستقلالية مالية أوسع وحصولها على نصيب معقول من الموارد المالية الذاتية وهذا بالتصرف في أموالها وفرض الضرائب والرسوم وكذلك في زيادة تنوع مصادر مداخلها وإيرادتها المحلية ، بإدخال إصلاحات جوهرية على سياستها الضريبية ، وتثمين الموارد والأملاك المحلية وتشجيع الإستثمار المحلي ،من خلال البحث عن الفعالية في التسيير ومتطلبات الدولة الحديثة ، والإنتقال من التسيير المباشر إلى التسيير غير المباشر عن طريق تفويضات المرفق العام وذلك لتخفيف العبء على ميزانية الجماعات المحلية .

ترمي دراستنا إلى معرفـــــــــــــــــــــــــــة علاقــــــــــــــــــــــــــة برامــــــــــــــــــــــــــج الإذاعــــــــــــــــــــــــــة في توعيـــــــــــــــــــــــة الجمهور بحـــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــق المشاركة السياسية، وطرحنا الإشكالية التالية: ما دور البرامج الإذاعية بإذاعة الجزائر من ورقلة في توعية المواطن بحق المشاركة في الانتخابات المحلية 23 نوفمبر 2017؟ كانت العينة من مستمعي الإذاعة والذين أدلو بأصواتهم يوم الانتخابات 23 نوفمبر 2017 اخترنا العينة من البرمة ، الطيبات، حاسي مسعود، مدينة ورقلة، نموذج الدراسة كان على برامج إذاعة الجزائر من ورقلة، اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة الوصفية على المنهج المسحي بالعينة، وأدوات الدراسة كان الاستبيــــــــــــــــــان الـــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــذي وزع على 80 مستمع ومستمعـــــــــــــــــــــــة ، اعتمـــــــــــــــدنا مقابلات مع مسؤولين بالإذاعة ، والملاحظة بالمشاركة ـالدراسة تحتوي على فصلين، الأول مخصص للجانب المنهجي والثاني للتطبيقي، هذا الأخير تم خلاله تحليل النتائح الذي توصلنا إليها ، لنخرج في الأخير بالنتائج النهائية والتي آلت الى ان للبرامج الاذاعية دور جد مهم لتوعية المواطن بالمشاركة السياسية من خلال المعلومات التي تقدمها الإذاعة . The present study is aiming at identifying what the radio programs have to do with public awareness of their right in political participation .The sample was the radio audience followers who voted on the election day 23rd November 2017 . the sample was chosen from different regions from ouargla : El-Borman taibet , hassi Messaoud and Ouargla city. The case study was programs of the Algerian radio from Ouargla . We adopted in this descriptive study the survey sampling method and the case study as for the tools , we have opted for the questionaire which was handed to 80 followers of the audience of both genders .We also relied upon some interviews with the radio officials and as well the observation by participation.The study consists of two chapters , the first one is devoted to the theoritical part and the scond is for the practical one. This latter shows the results and the analysis we obtained as well as the main findings .
