يهدف هذا البحث إلى تبيان مدى أهمية بناء أنظمة لإدارة المخاطر في شركات التأمين خاصة وأن نشاط هذه الأخيرة هو إدارة مخاطر باقي نشاطات وحدات المجتمع الأخرى، حيث تعد وظيفة إدارة المخاطر آلية إنذار بالنسبة للشركات لمواجهة مختلف المخاطر والأزمات المالية، وهذا كان من خلال التطرق إلى مختلف وسائل وسياسات إدارة الخطر، المخاطر التي تتعرض لها شركات التأمين، وكيفية وضع برامج وبناء أنظمة لإدارة المخاطر وكيفية العمل بها شركات التأمين، لأنه باختصار، إدارة المخاطر هي الوظيفة التي تضمن لشركات التأمين وباقي المؤسسات بصفة عامة البقاء والاستمرارية في ظل ظروف البيئة المتغيرة والمعقدة

L’optimisation de la combustion de la biomasse, afin que cette source d'énergie puisse être considérée comme renouvelable et participant pleinement au développement durable, passe inévitablement par l’amélioration de la conception du foyer de la chaudière. C'est dans cette optique de développement que s'inscrit ce travail basé sur la simulation de la combustion montante dans le foyer d’une chaudière à biomasse. Dans les trois premiers chapitres de ce mémoire, est rassemblé l’essentiel des caractéristiques chimiques, physiques et énergétiques de la biomasse, les différents modèles de transferts dans les chambres de combustion et enfin quelques notions sur la combustion et les flammes de diffusion. Les deux chapitres suivant sont consacrés d’une part à la formulation du modèle mathématique et d’autre part à la simulation de la combustion de la biomasse. Enfin le dernier chapitre de ce travail est consacré à la présentation des résultats obtenus à partir de la simulation de la combustion de la biomasse dans le foyer et la comparaison avec ceux de CHIN et al. The optimization of the burning of biomass, so that this energy source can be considered renewable and fully participating in sustainable development inevitably improve the design of boiler furnace. With this in mind as part of development work based on the simulation of combustion rising in the furnace home of a biomass boiler. In the three first chapters of this thesis, are collected the essential of chemical and physical characteristics of the biomass energy. The different models of heat exchange in the combustion chambers, and finally some ideas about combustion and flame diffusion.The next two chapters are devoted to first in formulating the mathematical model simulate biomass. The final chapter of this work is devoted to introduce the results of the simulation of biomass burning in the furnace and comparison with those of CHINet al.

The reasons and motivations that led Unites States of America to invade Afghanistan following the 9/11 attacks made a hot debate among many historians and politicians. Thus, this study is significant because it sheds light on the main embedded aims that the United States of America never stated behind its invasion in the aftermath of the 9/11 events. Although the United States of America claimed that the fundamental reason behind the invasion of Afghanistan in 2001 is the 9/11 attacks, there are many other reasons that were overlooked. Afghanistan has a very important geo-strategic location in the world; thereby, this feature allows the United States government to accomplish its economic and political interests within Afghanistan and Central Asia. This study has come to the conclusion that the United States of America used 9/11 attacks as a pretext to invade Afghanistan and serve its imperialistic interests in the area.

In the wake of the Arab Spring that swept North Africa and the Middle East in late 2010, different processes of political change have been underway in the region with different results in the nature of each political system. Some transitioned to democracy while others to new forms of authoritarianism or underwent cosmetic reforms without any real effect on the nature of the system. The interest of this research is to examine transition to democracy. It focuses on Tunisia as a case where a democratic transition was initiated after toppling the Former President of Tunisia, Zine al-Abidine Ben Ali. Tunisia is widely regarded as the closest to democratic transition as the outcome of its respective process is somewhat clear: a negotiated constitution was approved and permanent institutions were elected. Thereby, this research explores how the literature on democratic transition has dealt with consensus, as well as the dynamics and mechanisms of the consensus-building process in transitional countries. In doing so, the study shall also highlight the nature and impact of negotiating successful or failed pacts between key actors in Tunisia and the concessions that have brought about successful or failed consensus. As a final conclusion, the study reflects the mechanisms deduced from the literature review on the Tunisian case and attempts to develop a theoretical framework for consensus building in transitions. The research findings reveals that the Tunisian transition process that took place from 2011 to 2013 serves as a significant example that Arab transition politics does not have to be a zero-sum game and that a consensus led democratic transition is achievable.

Dans ce recherche, nous proposons une méthodologie pour concevoir un prototype qui améliore l’arrosage par pivot d'irrigation afin d’exploiter les surface perdu dans le pivot central. (Les coins) pour irriguer une zone carrée. La première partie présente et analyse le système et ses composants grâce à l’utilisation des éléments électriques qui contrôlant la position. Dans la deuxième partie, nous avons choisi le système d'arrosage du coin et les solutions technologiques pour couvrir la surface perdue. En fin de compte, nous avons réalisé ce prototype et testé son mouvement fonctionnel à l'aide d'un programme MATLAB sur lequel nous nous sommes appuyés pour analyser le mouvement de système.

مــلخص مذكرة الماسترإن إستحداث آلية التحقيق العقاري جاءت نتيجة للتأخر الكبير الذي عرفته عملية المسح العام للأراضي وكذا النقائص والمنازعات التي نتجت عن عقد الشهرة المنصوص عليها بموجب المرسوم رقم 83/352 المؤرخ في 21/05/1983 مما دفع المشرع الجزائري بإلغاء هذا الأخير ضمنا غير أن الإلغاء الصريح لهذه الآلية تم قانونا بموجب المرسوم التنفيذي رقم 08/147 المؤرخ في 19 /05 /2008 "المتعلق العمليات التحقيق العقاري وتسليم سندات الملكية".ولعل الهدف العام من إستحداث آلية التحقيق العقاري وتقرير الإجراءات الإدارية والميدانية إلي ما ينتج عن رغبته الشديدة في تطهير الملكية العقارية وخلق إستقرارها مما ينتج التنمية الإقتصادية والإجتماعية ، على الرغم من ذلك قد نتج عن تطبيقاته عديد من المنازعات والتي يتشاطر فيها الإخصاص بين القضاء العادي والإداري نظرا لخصوصية التحقيق العقاري
