La bonne gestion d’une société est de fiabiliser au maximum les outils utilisés en fonction de leurs charges et capacités pour pouvoir faire face aux besoins de leurs utilisateurs La BPR est une approche qui tend vers réorganiser tout le processus pour qu’il soit plus efficace L’ERP est un système d’information qui assure la gestion et le suivie au quotidien, l’ensemble des informations opérationnelles d’une Société. Et c’est dans ce cadre que s’inscrit notre projet de fin d’études qui a pour ambition d’élaborer un cahier des charges pour optimiser les dépenses médicales des agents de la SONEDE.

The good management of a company is to maximize the reliability of the tools used according to their loads and capacities to be able to meet the needs of their users.The BPR is an approach that tends to reorganize the entire process to make it more effective.The ERP is an information system that ensures the daily management and monitoring of all the operational information of a company.And it is within this framework that our final-year project aims to elaborate a specification to optimize the medical expenses of SONEDE agents من الأهداف الأساسية لإدارة الشركة هو تحسين الوسائل المستعملة حسب متطلباتها وقدرتها على تلبية حاجيات مستعمليها عمليات إعادة هندسة الأعمال(BPR )هو المنهج الذي يميلإلى إعادة تنظيم العملية برمتها لتكون أكثر كفاءة. نظام لتخطيط الموارد المؤسسية (ERP)هو نظام المعلومات اليومي ضمن المعلومات التشغيلية للشركة. وضمن هذا الإطار الذي يناسب دينا التخرج المشروع، الذي يهدف إلى وضع مواصفات لتحسين المصاريف الطبية لأعوان الشركة الوطنية لاستغلال وتوزيع المياه.
