إن الدراسة متغيرات البيئة الداخلية للمؤسسة على الإبداع هي دراسة جديرة بالبحث فيها، لما لهذا الموضوع من أهمية كبيرة في حياة المؤسسات جميعا مهما كان شكلها ومهما كان نوعها، إن التغير في البيئة الداخلية للمؤسسة يشمل ذلك التغير الذي يحدث في مكوناتها فقد يكون هناك تغير في الإستراتيجية المتبعة من قبل المؤسسة أو تغير في هيكلها التنظيمي أو على مستوى ثقافتها أو مواردها أو تغير في مواردها المادية والبشرية، أي أن بقائها مرتبط بمواكبة هذه المتغيرات سواء الداخلية كانت أو الخارجية.ويعتبر الإبداع مصدر أساسي تسعي من خلاله المؤسسات إلى تحقيق الميزة التنافسية والاستجابة لحاجات ومتطلبات السوق والمستهلك المتجددة بطريقة فعالة حيث أصبح أمرا حتميا على المنظمة إرضاء زبائنها ومن ثم البقاء والاستمرار.

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى محاولة التعرف على دور مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في تكوين ثقافة الطفل، حيث أجريت دراسة ميدانية بمدينة قالمة على عينة قصدية قوامها 03مفردة من بعض الأسر الذين يستخدمون أبنائهم مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، وقد كان الغرض من الدراسة الكشف عن:عادات وأنماط وطبيعة المواضيع التي يتعرض لها الطفل عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي .المواقع الاجتماعية التي تعمل على تشكيل وصقل ثقافة الطفل.المواقع التي لها تأثير على سلوكيات الطفل. ايجابيات وسلبيات مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في تكوين ثقافة الطفل.المقترحات التي من شأنها أن تساعد على تكوين ثقافة الطفل. وهذا وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، والاستمارة كـأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات الميدانية وتحليلها وتفسيرها، حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج على النحو الآتي:0-فيما يخص أنماط و نوعية المواضيع التي يتعرض لها الطفل من خلال مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، أظهرت الدراسة أن أبناء المبحوثين تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين 00-02سنة، ويستخدمون موقع اليوتيوب بدافع مراجعة الدروس وبمفردهم لأكثر من 2ساعات،و في الفترة المسائية وذلك من 3إلى .3-فيما يتعلق بدور مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في تشكيل ثقافة الطفل ،أوضحت الدراسة أن لهذه المواقع دور مهم في حياة أبنائهم، حيث تزودهم ببعض المقومات الثقافية والقيم و الاتجاهات، وهذا يساعدهم على التعامل بشكل سليم ومناسب مع الآخرين.2-أما عن تأثير مواقع التو اصل الاجتماعي على سلوكيات الطفل، فقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الأبناء بالرغم من أنهم اكتسبوا سلوكيات ايجابية من خلال استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، إلا أنهم يقضون معظم أوقات فراغهم في استخدامه الدرجة أنها استحوذت عليهم، وهذا الاستخدام المفرط للمواقع ينتج عنه تأثيرات سلبية على سلوكيات الأبناء كالعزلة الاجتماعية، وضعف التحصيل الدراسي، والإهمال واللامبالاة والعدوانية...الخ

The study investigated the transient convection heat transfer in a rectangular packed duct with asymmetric heating. The study involved both experimental and theoretical works. The experiments have been conducted in a rectangular packed duct with aspect ratio W/H of 4. Two different types of packing material have been used in the experiments, three sizes of expanded polystyrene spheres and two sizes of polyvinyl chloride Rashing Ring. The experimental runs for the different packing were conducted with heat flux in the range 20 to 243 W/m² and Reynolds number in the range of 300 to 1550. The theoretical analysis of the problem was based on solving the one phase pseudo-homogeneous mathematical model. The model was solved numerically using the method of orthogonal collection. The predicted air temperature trends were compared with those measured experimentally and they have shown a good agreement. The effect of shape, size of packing and Reynolds number on transient heat transfer was studied. It was found that the shape of packing has neither effect on heat transfer nor the time required to reach steady state. The size of packing has no effect on the time needed to reach steady state, however, the air temperature has shown a slight improvemetn when small particles wer used. As Reynolds number decreases, the time required to reach steady state increases. The study also investigated the significance of axial dispersion on the transient heat transfer process in a packed rectangular duct with heated top wall by a uniform heat flux and insulated bottom wall. It was concluded that the axial dispersion is significant in the early time and the degree of significance decreases as steady state is reached. It was found also that the significance of axial dispersion decreases as Reynolds number decreases.

Les progrès récents dans les technologies de batteries rechargeables, changent la donne on les considère comme l’un des moyens les plus performants et les plus flexibles pour stocker de l’énergie, notamment les batteries au nickel-hydrure métallique (Ni-MH).Les batteries Ni-MH sont devenues très populaires au cours de la dernière décennie, en particulier pour les applications industrielles ou les véhicules hybrides. Il y a eu beaucoup d’améliorations réussies des performances grâce aux efforts réalisés sur les alliages de stockage de l’hydrogène, pour obtenir une densité d’énergie plus élevée, une activation plus rapide, une meilleure capacité de débit et un cout moindre. La méthode de charge privilégiée de la batterie implique l'utilisation d'un chargeur sophistiqué, à la fois efficaces, sûres, légères, économiques et à charge rapide, afin d'optimiser les performances et d'assurer la sécurité .Notre projet est un chargeur destiné pour les batteries Ni-MH, basé sur la carte Arduino uno qui commande et contrôle la charge des batteries, un afficheur LCD pour l’indication des valeurs des courants et tensions et signalant tout événement.

Recently, drone emerging issues have been all over the world. For example, In the past three months there were several incidents in different airports in the world. Drastic countermeasures have to be in place to reduce or eliminate associated risks. Regulations were established to control and regulate the increase possession of drones by normal civilians, but the affect was minimal. If there is no radical solution for this phenomenon it will continue in growing into an uncontrollable problem. This research thesis shows how modern visual detection technologies can be used to help recognize drones in the airspace. Since small drones cannot be detected with normal radars, visual solutions were mandatory to be in place. This research will present a new method for visual detection using a branch of machine learning called deep learning using convolutional neural network (CNN). This thesis presents a deep learning model and compares it with other available solutions. It will present in details how to tackle the problem mentioned earlier and how to fine-tune deep learning models for better detection accuracy. It will also present a visualizations technique for the deep learning models to show how these models work using filter visualization and heat maps with Gradient-weighted Class Activation Mapping (Grad-CAM)
