L’évolution de l’approche conceptuelle de l’entreprise peut s’expliquer en grande partie par la complexité et la croissance de son environnement économique et social.L’instabilité de cet environnement, pousse l’entreprise à réaliser des changements internes et externes afin de s’adapter à ce dernier. Le changement organisationnel étant le passage d’un état présent vers un étau modifié, par l’amélioration ou la transformation radicale de sa structure, afin de survivre dans son environnement compétitif et rester performante.La conduite du changement organisationnel est un processus qui nécessite la mobilisation de toutes les ressources dont dispose l’organisation, en particulier au niveau des personnes qui la composent. La réussite et la pérennité du changement exigent l’exploitation de toutes les compétences des salariés ainsi que toutes leurs capacités d’initiative et pas seulement celles correspondant à la définition de leur poste.Pour cela il est nécessaire d’apprendre à bien le gérer en mettant en œuvre des méthodes de conduite du changement permettant de l’accompagner dans les conditions optimales de réussite.A travers notre travail, nous avons eu comme objectif de faire le point sur la conduite du changement organisationnel dans le secteur bancaire, et l’impact de celui-ci sur l’organisationNotre recherche est sanctionnée par une étude de cas afin de mieux explorer la notion de l’impact du changement organisationnel sur une entreprise. Cette étude qui a eu lie au sein de la "BADR", permis de comprendre comment s’est effectuer le changement, autrement dit l’adaptation du personnelle à sa nouvelle organisation. S’agit effectivement du projet de redéploiement stratégique de ses Agences d'exploitations et la conception de la Nouvelle Organisation Commerciale Agence "OCA".

L’indice de qualité de l'eau (IQE) est une expression numérique utilisée pour évaluer la qualité globale de l'eau à partir d’une grande quantité de données.Dans notre étude, on a calculé l’IQE à sept paramètres physico-chimiques (pH, T°C, O2diss, NO3, PO4 et turbidité et MES) pour évaluer la qualité globale d'eaux à l'entrée et à la sortie de la station de traitement d'eau Koudiet Medouar wilaya de Batna pour une période de 2014 - 2021. La qualité des eaux est entre moyenne et mauvaise pour les eaux brute et d'une qualité moyenne pour les eaux traitées.Pour voir l’influence d’IQE sur le fonctionnement de la station Koudiet Medouar, on a comparé les valeurs d’IQE calculé avec les sept paramètres de qualité d’eau à l’entrée et à la sortie de la station on a constaté que :-Pour les trois paramètres physiques (pH, température et oxygène dissous) : l’IQE diminue si le paramètre diminue, et dis versa.-Pour les quatre paramètres de pollutions : (PO43-, et NO3-, MES et Turbidité) une relation étroite entre ces paramètres et l’IQE, cette relation était plus claire en calculant le rendement d’élimination de ces polluant à la station Koudiet Medouar The water quality index (WQI) is a numerical expression used to assess the overall quality of water from a large amount of data. In our study, we calculated the WQI with seven physic-chemical parameters (pH, T°C, O-diss, NO3, PO4, turbidity and suspended matter) to evaluate the overall quality of water at the entrance and at the exit of the Koudiet Medouar water treatment plant of Batna for a period of 2014 - 2021. The water quality is between average and poor for raw water and of Fair quality for treated water. To see the influence of WQI on the performance of the Koudiet Medouar station, we compared the values of WQI calculated with the seven water quality parameters at the inlet and at the outlet of the station. It found that: -For the three physical parameters (pH, temperature and dissolved oxygen): the IQE decreases if the parameter decreases. -For the four pollution parameters: (PO43-, NO3-, suspended matter and Turbidity) a close relationship between these parameters and the WQI, this relationship was clearer by calculating the removal efficiency of these pollutants at the Koudiet Medouar station

Major depressive disorder (MDD) is a psychiatric disorder that is characterized by long-lasting sadness, depressed mood and loss of pleasure in life activities. It is the most prevalent mental health problem in the West Bank, Palestine, affecting around 30% of Palestinians. Recent studies argue that MDD can result from disruption to particular hematologicaland immunologicalpath ways. Only 30% of patients with MDD respond to pharmacological modalities for treating MDD, the most commonly used of which are selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs). Unfortunately, there are no tools that can help predict in advance which MDD patient will, or will not respond to SSRIs. The aim of this study is to investigate immunological and hematological markers that have the potential to a prioripredict response to SSRI antidepressants in patients with MDD to provide the field of psychiatry with valuable tools to select the appropriate treatment for the appropriate patient.We recruited 8 medication-naïve patients with MDD from different psychiatric clinics in the West Bank, Palestine. These patients never received any form of treatment. Further, we tested 8 matched healthy control subjects. Patients with MDD were tested twice; (1) at baseline, upon diagnosis with MDD, and (2) 4-6 weeks after receiving SSRI treatment (estimated time for clinical improvement). Patients were assigned to two groups according to their response to SSRI treatment: (1) SSRI-responders and (2) SSRI-non-responders. Healthy subjects were also tested twice, 4-6 weeks apart. A peripheral blood sample was collected using an EDTA tube (10 mL) from each subject per session to investigate the levels of the following cytokines: IL-2, IL-6, IL-10, IFN-γ, MIF as well as for CRP quantification using ELISA. Further, we prepared blood films manually and examined them to obtain a differential count of the white blood cells. Our results showed that SSRI-responders and SSRI non-responders show trending differences at baseline in bothcytokine levels and cell counts. In particular, SSRI-responders show higher levels of both pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines. Conversely, non-responders showed relatively lower levels of pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines. Hematological markers differentiated patients with MDD from healthy controls with higher levels of lymphocytes and lower levels of neutrophils and eosinophils. After treatment, SSRI- ivresponders, but not non-responders, showed a relative decrease in pro-inflammatory cytokines and lymphocytes. These results could present an initial signal for potential a priori molecular markers of response to SSRI in patients with MDD. With sufficient recruitment of patients, we anticipate that statistical classification models can produce significant differences between responders and non-responders using the immunological and hematological markers under investigation in this study.

في هذا البحث حاولنا الإحاطة الرواية الوليفونية، التي يعود فضل اكتشافها للناقد والمنظر الروسي ميخائيل باختين حيث يسعى للتخلص من أحادية الصوت و المنظور وتتميز تعدد الاصوات، الشخصيات، المنظورات السردية، تعدد أنماط الوعي، تعدد المواقف الإيديولوجية، و الأطاريح الفكرية، وتمنح الحرية للشخصيات في التعير عن ذاتها وافكارها ومواقفها بكل استقلالية، هذا من الناحية النظرية، أما من الناحية التطبيقية حاولنا الكشف عن تمظهرات البوليفونية في رواية أرض زيكولا لعمرو عبد الحميد وكيفية توظيف اساسيات هذه التقنية داخل المتن الروائي، ووجدنا في الأخير يأن رواية أرض زيكولا لعمرو عد الحميد تستجيب لشروط الرواية البوليفونية.
