هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر الإدارة الالكترونية على تحسين جودة خدمات الرعاية الصحية بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية المتخصصة في الاستعجالات الطبية الجراحية أحمد بن عبيد ببرج بوعريريج، وللوصول لهذا الهدف تم تقسيم الدراسة إلى فصلين، فصل نظري تم التطرق فيه إلى المفاهيم النظرية الخاصة بكل من الإدارة الالكترونية كمتغير مستقل وجودة خدمات الرعاية الصحية كمتغير تابع له، أما الفصل الثاني فقد تمثل في الفصل التطبيقي الذي حاولنا من خلاله إسقاط الدراسة النظرية على المؤسسة محل الدراسة للتعمق أكثر في معرفة واقع تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية بها، وما إذا كان هناك لهذه الأخيرة دور في تحسين جودة خدمات الرعاية الصحية، وقد اعتمدنا في ذلك على الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات وبرنامج الرزم الإحصائية الــ SPSS لمعالجة وتحليل هذه الأخيرة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن للإدارة الإلكترونية بمختلف أبعادها أثر إيجابي على تحسين جودة خدمات الرعاية الصحية بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية المتخصصة في الاستعجالات الطبية الجراحية " أحمد بن عبيد" - برج بوعريريج.

AbstractThe present dissertation investigates the aspects of utopia and dystopia of Gibran Khalil’s TheProphet. Gibran has produced fictional world to condemn his society, and to define whatcould be the characteristics of an idealistic society. He carefully has chosen his main characterAlmustafa, a mixture of all religions and beliefs, to address humanity as a whole. He hascreated imaginary place for his utopian dream, which is the city of Orphalese. Although hecame from different culture, he has tackled common social issues that are still debatable inour modern society, such as materialism and the restriction of individual freedom. He wasconcerned with what constitutes a utopian society and the necessary characteristics of an idealnation. Fairclough’s Critical Discourse Analysis theory of literary criticism has beenimplemented in this study in order to extract all the textual and the meta-textual meanings andthemes in the studied work. The Prophet is a utopian work that is written in dystopian time.Gibran’s dream of utopia, while related to his specific and different background, poses manyquestions. The analysis had demonstrated that The Prophet is the intersection of utopiandreams and dystopian realities.

L’objectif principal de cette thèse est une modeste tentative d’adapter et d’intégrer la solution ERP open source au profit de la société Algal+ .Le choix de Dolibarr en tant que modèle de gestion a été effectué en raison de la qualité supérieure de ses fonctionnalités.Cependant cette thèse est axée sur l’intégration du module e-commerce au sein de cet open source.Pour la réalisation de ce projet, nous allons utiliser le langage de modélisation UMLTout en utilisant le langage PHP, la base de données de Dolibarr et le serveur doliwamp.

Dans cette étude, on s’intéresse à la résolution du problème d’optimisation des conditions de coupe de rectification cylindrique par la proposition d’un modèle multicritère. Pour les opérations à passe simple, ce modèle permet la minimisation d’enlèvement de matière de la meule et maximisation d’enlèvement de matière de la pièce en tenue compte des limitations de la machine, l’outil et l’opération. L’utilisation de l’outil informatique MATLAB permet à résoudre le problème par de différent méthodes l’une agrégée et l’autre compromis. A partir les résultats obtenir pour l’exemple d’application, nous avons présenté une comparaison des deux méthodes, ainsi, l’intérêt de l’optimisation multicritère on usinage est démontrer à l’aide d’une étude analytique des résultats

إن موضوع المذكرة الحالية يركز على الشروط الخاصة التي تدخل في تكوين عقد الاعتماد الايجاري، من خلال ركنين إثمين، الأول يتعلق بالأطراف من خلال الشروط المتعلقة بالمؤجر بوصفه مؤسسة قرض سواء تعلق الأمر ببنك أو بمؤسسة مالية أو شركة اعتماد إيجاري، وكذلك الشروط المتعلقة بالمستأجر يوفيه المستعمل المهني للأصل لغايات مهنية. أما الركن الثاني فيتعلق بمحل العقد أي الأصل المستأجر وذلك بتحديد أنواعه وطرق إثبات التعاقد الواقع عليه سواءً كان ذو طبيعة عقارية أو ذو طبيعة منقولة مادية أو معنوية.

Le transport maritime conteneurisé occupe une place importante dans l’économie tant à l’échelle internationale qu’au niveau national (selon les indicateurs macro-économiques les plus récents le secteur logistique en Tunisie représente 7% du PIB et 15% des investissements).1 Il est comme tout autre secteur, exposé aux différents risques, risques géopolitiques, stratégiques, économiques, notamment les risques liés au processus comptabilité et finance (risques opérationnels et risques financiers) dont leur prise en compte et leurs modes de gestion sont actuellement au coeur des préoccupations des supérieurs hiérarchiques. Dans ce cadre ce rapport vient de répondre à plusieurs questions tels que l’identification l’analyse, l’évaluation et la maîtrise du management des risques au sein du processus comptable et financier selon l’ISO 31000 : 2009 et ISO 9001 : 2015 dans l’une des plus grandes agences maritimes de transport des marchandises dans le pays " la MSC Tunisie ".

This current study aims to investigate the assessment of students’ speaking skill at theEnglish department of Tlemcen University, case of third year EFL students. The mainpurpose underlying this work is to gather data about the speaking assessment practiceswithin EFL learners and to examine the effectiveness of teachers ‘techniques ofassessment in improving their speaking abilities. To carry out this research andconfirm our hypotheses, Two questionnaire are administered, one for teachers of oralexpression and another for the third year students at the Department of English atuniversity of Tlemcen. The collected information was analyzed both qualitatively andquantitatively. The data collected of this study shows that the assessment practicesadopted by teachers of oral expression are effective in developing students’ speakingperformance. It also reveals that teachers focus on both accuracy and fluency inassessing the students’ speaking abilities. Finally this study aims at suggesting somestrategies, techniques and procedures that may help teachers to assess speaking skill.
