Dans le cadre de ce projet de fin d'études, nous avons établi une étude qui consiste enl’étude hydraulique de la station de pompage de Kissir (w. Jijel), suivi d'un complément surl'étude du champ d'écoulement dans la bâche d'aspiration. En cinq chapitres, nous sommesarrivés au calcul technico-économique des quatre lignes de refoulement ainsi qu’au bon choixdes pompes appropriées pour chaque circuit. Par la suite, il a fallu prendre en compte le calculdu régime transitoire pour la station de pompage à partir de là on a procédé audimensionnement des organes de protection contre le coup de bélier, à la fin, une conceptionde la station de pompage et l'installation d'équipements hydromécaniques ont été introduites.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور التخطيط الاستراتيجي للموارد البشرية في رفع الكفاءة الإنتاجية، وقد اختيرت الشركة الإفريقية للزجاج كميدان للدراسة، واقتصرت الدراسة على عينة من الإطارات العاملة بهذه الشركة، والتي بلغ عددها 31 إطار، وتم اعتماد الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، حيث تم معالجتها وتحليلها، باستخدام الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPPSS)، باعتماد مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية، كمقياس النزعة المركزية ومقاييس التشتت، وكذا بعض مقاييس الإحصاء الاستدلالي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أنه توجد علاقة ارتباط إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أنشطة( معدل دوران العمل، تمكين القائمين على التخطيط الاستراتيجي، خطة الموارد البشرية، انسجام وظائف إدارة الموارد البشرية) مع ممارسة التخطيط الاستراتيجي للموارد البشرية في الشركة، كما توصلت إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في أثر أنشطة إدارة الموارد البشرية على ممارسة التخطيط الاستراتيجي في الشركة وتعزى إلى المتغيرات الشخصية والوظيفية ( الجنس، العمر، المستوى التعليمي، المستوى الوظيفي، والخبرة العلمية).وتوصي الدراسات إلى إعطاء مكانة استراتيجية لإدارة الموارد البشرية في المؤسسة

The aim of this research is to describe the students' errors and their causes in using simple present tense and simple past tense. This research was conducted to 20 students (master1) at Larbi Ben Mhidi University. We used a quantitative descriptive method that includes collecting a sample of students' written productions, and analyzing and interpreting the data. For collecting the data, the students were assigned a written task. The result of the research showed that the highest frequency of errors was in simple past tense. We classified the types of error into miss -formation, omission, and addition. Among those three types, the most frequent error was miss-formation, whereas the lowest frequency of errors took place in the present tense.

English for Specific Purposes (ESP) has received a crucial attention after the Second World War of its importance. Planning and designing suitable courses that fits the learner’s need is one of the major stages in ESP. It is conducted with teaching English as a foreign language (TEFL). Despite the fact that, teachers face many problems while offering ESP courses, for instance, they might be not to be much prepared, in the light of fact that ESP courses are challenging and complex. Another problem is the lack of ESP teachers and they are not well prepared. The present study aims planning English for Specific course of second year History students, Human Sciences department at Larbi Ben M’hidi University OEB; they are conducting Needs Analysis in order to identify the learners need, and to design a suitable course. In order to examine the validity of this study, two hypothesis have been raised are history students need English for their suitable need, academic, and occupational matters. In addition, Hutchinson and Waters Needs analysis was used to determine those needs in the targeted population. To prove the validity of this hypothesis a quantitative method of an adopted questionnaire of PhD dissertation (Allouche, 2011-2012) is used from 25 students among 150 students. Based on the findings, the results showed that the learners want to acquire English to master the four skills: Listening; speaking; Reading; and Writing. In addition, to understand what foreigners works on historical documents. That is to say, it showed that the translation as a fifth skill. As a result, planning a lesson modal that is suitable for ESP learners is used as illustration.

Le travail que nous avons réalisé est l'analyse des différents modes de démarrage despropulseurs d'étraves navales.Pour cela, on a commencé par faire une étude comparative entre plusieurs types dedémarrage. En se basant sur les différents inconvénients et d'avantages de ces types dedémarrage.En fin, on a modélisé et simulé la machine asynchrone à cage du PEN, en effectuantplusieurs modes de démarrages à cette dernière (démarrage direct, étiole triangle,autotransformateur, à partir d'un seul diésel générateur à vitesse constante, et à partir d'unseul diésel générateur à vitesse variable).On peut conclure que le démarrage à partir d'un diésel générateur séparé à vitessevariable présente plusieurs avantages tels que:¢ Nous permet d'effectuer un démarrage souple.¢ Un temps de démarrage court.¢ Un courant de démarrage acceptable.¢ Un couple de démarrages convenable.¢ Diminuer et limiter les chutes de tension au maximum.¢ Ce démarrage ne nécessite pas des équipements de démarrage, ce qui va permettre deréduire l'encombrement dans un bateau.Comme perspectives, nous proposons d'étudier les démarrages commandés des MAS dupropulseur d'étrave navale à partir des convertisseurs de tension ou de fréquence.
