من خلال دراستنا الحالية وتتويجا للجهد المبذول، تعد هذه الدراسة نقطة هامة في البحوث الاجتماعية والإنسانية باعتبار أن العنصر البشري هو عنصر الفعال في المؤسسات لما له من دور كبير في تحقيق أهدافها ، وسير بها نحو الأفضل وهذا من خلال إعطائه المكانة المناسبة له وإشراكه في تطوير مؤسسته وأيضا في العمليات الإنتاجية كل ذلك يساعد بلا شك على إيجاد الحافز والشعور بالاستقرار وهو الضمان الوحيد الاستمرار المؤسسة، وكذا توفير العدل والإنصاف والمساواة في تطبيق الإجراءات والقرارات الإدارية وفيما يخص توزيع الأجور والمكافئات وأيضا حسن المعاملة، وهذا ما يؤدي بضرورة إلى الالتزام والرغبة في الاستمرار بالعمل .وبناء عليه فإن هذه الدراسة هدفت إلى معرفة العلاقة بين العدالة التفاعلية التنظيمية والتكيف المهني ، وهذا من خلال استخدام تقنية تمثلت في استبيان وضعا خصيصا لقياس هذه العلاقة بعد تحكيمه وضبطه ومن خلال مناقشة وتحليل النتائج نجد أن العدالة التفاعلية التنظيمية علاقة بالتكيف المهني وذلك من خلال وجود علاقة بين أبعاد العدالة التفاعلية التنظيمية (عدالة التوزيع، عدالة الإجراءات، عدالة المعاملات ) والتكيف المهني .وانطلاقا مما سبق نشير إلى أن هذه الدراسة بشقيها النظري والميداني هي جهد متواضع مقابل ما يستحقه هذا الموضوع من أهمية ودراسة معمقة .

تعالج هذه الدراسة موضوع دور البنوك الإسلامية في تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، ويهدف البحث إلى التعرف على أهم أنواع صيغ التمويل في البنوك الإسلامية ومدى ملاءمتها للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة. من أجل ذلك، حاولنا من خلال هذا البحث اختبار الفرضيات، ولقد قسمت هذه الدراسة إلى فصلين؛ إذ حاولنا في الفصل الأول منها الإلمام بكافة المفاهيم المتعلقة بالموضوع، أما الفصل الثاني فتمثل في دراسة ميدانية بهدف متابعة دراسة صيغة المرابحة في البنك. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة حالة، ولذلك لعبت البنوك الإسلامية دوراً إيجابياً في المساهمة في حل المشاكل لهذه المؤسسات، وذلك عن طريق مختلف صيغ التمويل التي تتعامل بها.

Dans le but de conserver les ressources naturelles, protéger l'environnement, et rationaliser la consommation en énergie, il apparaît opportun d'étudier la possibilité de recycler certains déchets générés par les différentes activités industrielles et autres, dans les filières du béton.Pour cela, plusieurs recherches ont été réalisées pour étudier la possibilité de valoriser les déchets comme ajout dans la formulation des bétons auto-plaçantDans ce travail de mémoire de fin d'études, nous nous proposons, à travers une recherche bibliographique détaillée, d'étudier le potentiel de valorisation des déchets, dans le domaine de la construction, particulièrement dans la fabrication des bétons auto-plaçant. C’est une étude comparative entre des résultats des recherches déjà réalisées qui ont pour objectif d’intégrer les fines des déchets dans la composition des BAP, et d’étudier leurs influences sur le comportement des bétons auto-plaçant à l’état frais ainsi qu’à l’état durci.

This research studies the effect of job enrichment as an intrinsic motivational factor on the job satisfaction of Lebanese commercial bank employees in Muhafazat North Lebanon. This research shows whether or not intrinsic motivation such as job enrichment can be differentiated from extrinsic motivation in affecting performance of the employee. Since job satisfaction plays a significant role in affecting employee performance, the importance of job enrichment as a leading factor to job satisfaction is tested empirically.

Writing is a central skill which plays a crucial role in language teaching and learning. It is one of the skills that should be mastered by students. However, writing is also considered as a complex skill that requires practice and efforts due to the difficulties that students find when producing a piece of writing especially in a foreign language. In addition, it is hard to master all the aspects of writing which lead to produce acceptable compositions. Although, students have had an experience with the writing skill for a long period, there might be no remarkable improvement in their writing proficiency. That is why teachers should find strategies which could help students in writing through their guidance, encouragement, motivation and feedback. In doing so, journal writing is supposed to be a good technique to enhance students ‟writing skill. In this research, we aim to explore the impact of journal writing on developing students‟ writing skill as reported in the literature, and to see how the perceptions of both teachers and students could change their positions in relation to the incorporation of this technique in teaching and learning writing. We hypothesized that teachers‟ awareness of the relevance of writing journals in enhancing the writing skill(s) would lead them to incorporate it in teaching writing. In addition, we relied on two means of research: a questionnaire and an interview. Two questionnaires are delivered to both students and teachers, as we did with the interview to both teachers and students. The results obtained from the interview and the questionnaire show that most students find that writing is a difficult task but interesting since they encounter various problems when performing their writing task. Also, all the teachers try to motivate students to write outside the classroom but not necessary to write journals. The teachers and the students have good attitudes towards the use of writing journal as a tool to improve writing proficiency. However, most of the teachers do not incorporate this technique due to time limitations.

A descriptive study was done to assess the knowledge of mother toward first aids and prevention of common home accidents among children under five years, to identify the most common home accident take place, to determine the risk factors and measure the association between factors contributed to home accident during the period from October 2016 to January 2017, among 150 mothers. This study was done in Al-kalakala Al-Andolus. . A multi-stage sampling technique was used. Data was collecting using questionnaire with close ended questions; which divided into two parts: first part content the socio-demographical data, and other part content question to assess knowledge. Data was analyzed by computer, using the statistical package of social science (SPSS) version (22). And data was presented in form of tables and figures. Finding revealed that half of mothers were in between age (25-31). Otherwise (68%) of mothers had (1-3) of children. While (58%) of children had a falling accident. (31%) of mothers had a good knowledge regarding prevention of accident. But there is a significant relationship between occupation and occurrence of accident among children, Current study mention that mostly of mother had a good knowledge (76%) (81%) (85%) regarding prevention of burn, falling and choking accidents, respectively, and fair knowledge (79%) (51%) regarding prevention of drowning and poisoning accident among their children respectively. While the mothers had Good knowledge (69%) (60%) regarding poisoning and choking first aid, fair knowledge (59%) regarding drowning first aid, and poor knowledge (63%) (48%) regarding burn, cuts, bleeding first aids. The present study recommended the ministry of health to increase public awareness regarding home accidents through mass media and social media. Further study on large sample in Khartoum locality, Nongovernmental and governmental organizations should make health program about causes of home accidents, first aid management and method of prevention.

La multinationalisation des banques a connu une expansion spectaculaire qui s’est traduite par des implantations dans plusieurs pays du monde via des formes différentes. L’Algérie, depuis l’ouverture de son système bancaire aux participations étrangères, est devenue l’une des destinations les plus attractives pour les banques étrangères, qui ne cesse d’élargir leurs réseaux bancaires à travers différentes villes du pays. Tout au long de ce travail nous avons tenté de mettre en œuvre les aspects théoriques de l’implantation bancaire étrangère et du développement local, de s’intéresser à l’implantation de ces banques en Algérie et nous avons enfin tenté d’analyser l’impact des banques étrangères implantées au niveau de la ville de Bejaia sur le développement local de celle-ci.
