L'objectif de ce travail consiste à étudier une construction en maçonnerie porteuse à travers une analyse dynamique non linéaire par accélérogramme en utilisant l'approche des macro- éléments. Les résultats de cette analyse sont exploités pour prévoir le mécanisme d'effondrement de cette construction ainsi pour son renforcement par la méthode de corsetage.

Background: Puerperal infection contributes to increase morbidity and mortality, unfortunately any bacterial infection of female genital tract struggling to the process of childbirth and birth. Objective: this study was carried out to assess perception and attitude of women regarding prevention of puerperal sepsis. Methods: descriptive cross-sectional hospital base study conducted at Al turkey hospital in postpartum wards, convenience sampling technique was adopted,60 postpartum mothers enrolled in the study data were collected by using structured close ended questionnaire for perception and attitude ,data processed and analysis by SPSS version 16 .presented in simple frequency tables and figures.Results: The results showed that over all perception and attitude, the women had poor perception related to the definition, causes, symptom, preventive measures, and the majority of them 51.7% they were poor perception about preventative measures regarding puerperal sepsis. Furthermore, most of the women had appositive attitude 41.0% to prevent the infection.Conclusion: Based on the findings of the present study, the study concluded that the majority of postpartum women were poor perception regarding puerperal sepsis and its prevention despite that, most of them had positive attitude toward the prevention of the puerperal infections.Recommendations: The findings underscored the necessity to raise the women's perceptions and attitude on puerperal sepsis and it is preventions and provide them with educational programs in the investigated area

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن فاعلية برنامج تدريبي وفق النموذج النظري للكفاءة الذاتية . في تنمية مهارات التسويق الذاتي لدى طلبة الصف الحادي عشر بمحافظة شمال الباطنة حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (۱۱۰) طالبا وطالبة ثم تم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة، بطريقة عشوائية وبلغ عدد أفراد العينة التجريبية (60) طالبا وطالبة حيث خضعت المجموعة التجريبية للبرنامج التدريبي، وبلغ عدد أفراد العينة الضابطة (55) طالبا وطالبة حيث تلقت أنشطة عادية في حصص التوجيه المهني من قبل الأخصائي. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الشبه التجريبي، وقد أعدت الباحثة مقياس لقياس مهارات التسويق الذاتي حيث تضمن (59) عبارة موزعة على ستة أبعاد كالاتي: تسويق الأفكار، تسويق المهارات، تطوير الذات، تحمل المسؤولية، العمل مع الفريق، تسويق العلامة الشخصية، وقد تم التحقق من صدق المقياس وثباته. أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 20ه... بين المجموعة التجريبية والضابطة في القياس البعدي لمهارات التسويق الذاتي لصالخ المجموعة التجريبية، كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى وه ... لدى المجموعة التجريبية بين القياس القبلي والبعدي في اختبار مهارات التسويق الذاتي، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0 . 0020 في القياس البعدي لاختبار مهارات التسويق الذاتي ترجع إلى النوع الاجتماعي، كما أظهرت نتائج التفاعل الثنائي إلى أن البرنامج يتأثر بالتفاعل الثنائي بين النوع الاجتماعي للطالب والمجموعة التي ينتمي إليها. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 520 ... بين المجموعة التجريبية في القياس البعدي والمتابعة على مقياس مهارات التسويق الذاتي وهذا يدل على استقرار أثر البرنامج التدريبي، وقد نوقشت النتائج في ضوء الإطار النظري والدراسات السابقة، وخرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات في ضوء النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف ما إذا كانت الصورة الجسمية والجانبية تؤثران على التمثل الكتابي عند الطفل الأصم المصاب بصمم عميق.وانطلقت هذه الدراسة من صياغة فرضية عامة وفرضيتين جزئيتين، فالفرضية العامة نصت على أن الصورة الجسمية والجانبية تؤثران على التمثل الكتابي عند الطفل الأصم المصاب بصمم عميق، أما الفرضية الجزئية الأولى نصت على أن الصورة الجسمية تؤثر الكتابي عند الطفل الأصم المصاب بصمم عميق، أما في ما يخص الفرضية الجزئية الثانية نصت على أن الجانبية تؤثر على التمثل الكتابي عند الطفل الأصم المصاب بصمم عميق .وللتحقق من هذه الفرضيات تم تطبيق مجموعة من الاختبارات ( اختبار الصورة الجسمية واختبار الجانبية واختبار الكتابة ) على عينة قوامها 6 أطفال صم مصابين بصمم عميق 4 إناث 2 ذكور تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين 8-11 سنة يدرسون في السنة ثانية ابتدائي حيث تم إجراء دراسة تطبيقية بمدرسة الأطفال المعاقين سمعيا بمدينة أم البواقي معتمدين في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي.ومن خلال النتائج المتحصل عليها توصلنا إلى أن الصورة الجسمية والجانبية تؤثران على التمثل الكتابي عند الطفل الأصم المصاب بصمم عميق.

Le béton autoplaçant (BAP) est défini comme un béton très fluide qui se met en place sous l’effet de son poids propre, sans vibration interne ou externe. Le BAP doit être homogène et très stables vis-à-vis de la ségrégation et le ressuage. La formulation du BAP est caractérisée par le volume élevé de la pâte, ainsi que l’utilisation d’un adjuvant superplastifiant. Peu de travaux ont été réalisés sur les BAP à base de granulats recyclés. L’objectif principal de ce travail est d’étudier l’influence des granulats recyclés sur les propriétés du BAP à l’état frais,en substituant 100% et 50% de granulats naturels par des granulats recyclés, et en comparant avec un BAP de référence à base de 100% de granulats naturels. L’effet de substitution de 15% en poids de ciment par des ajouts présentés par le laitier d’El Hadjar et la pouzzolane naturelle de Beni Saf avec une surface spécifique de Blaine de 3500 cm 2/g sur le comportement du BAP à l’état frais a été étudié. Les résultats ont montrés que la substitution de 100% et de 50% de granulats naturels par des granulats recyclés donne un BAP avec une ouvrabilité très comparable à celle du BAP de référence. Cependant, les BAP à base de granulats recyclés sont moins stable vis-à-vis du ressuage. L’effet d’addition du laitier améliore l’ouvrabilité pour le BAP à base de granulats naturels mais il engendre une diminution d’ouvrabilité pour les BAP à base de granulats recyclés. Par contre l’effet de la pouzzolane est similaire pour les trois compostions, avec une chute de l’ouvrabilité et une amélioration de la stabilité.

Back ground: Breast cancer is the most common type cancer in women around the world, and the second leading cause of death among womenaccording to American Cancer Society, (ACS 2009). This is also true for Palestine.Mammogram screening is the method of early detection of breast cancer and can help inearly treatment of the disease, but in Palestine mammography utilizationis low compared with other countries, Afew research projects have analyzed why this utilization is low and how social determinants affect this utilization. Aim: The objective of this study is to examine the factors affecting the utilization of mammogram screening among women aged 40 years and above in Bethlehem district. Method: The participants of this cross-sectional and descriptive study were 511 women, those who never had a mammogram or had undergone one more than two years ago, women with previously diagnosed breast cancer were excluded from the sample. A printed questionnaire covering socio-demographic variables, family history of breast cancer, Brest Self Examination (BSE)and mammography practices, andattitudes and knowledge of mammography, barriers, were filled outin self administrative and face-to-face interviews with trained female stafffor those illiterate. Frequencies and descriptive analysis, t-test, chi-square test, ANOVA test, Tukey test were applied. Results: the study found that the majority of the sample have low knowledge about BSE (40.4% have a moderate level, 20.4% low level, and 14.9% don’t know about BSE), also the majority (35.6%) had a moderate level of knowledge about mammogram screening, 23.9% had weak level, and 24.8% didn’t have knowledge about mammogram. 48% of the participants didn’t practice BSE 54% didn’t have any examinations of early detection for cancer 74.4% of the women had health insurance and 68.2% of them had public insurance. Analysis of the differencesbetween the knowledge level about mammogram, practice and attitude toward BSE and mammogram,with demographic characteristics were performed.The study results of descriptive analysis identifiedthe barriers which prevent the women in Bethlehem district from getting mammogram screening, which were related to (lack of IVmammogram unit in their town, lack of national program and advocacyfor screening, long waitingtime to do mammogram, also referral action to order the exam), These represented health system barriers, then themedical provider barriers (there is no doctor order to ask the women to undergo thetest, also no one from the medical staff encouraged the women to undergo mammogram) . Personal barriers were represented by (no need to get mammogram without any complication, lack of knowledge about doing mammogram yearly, fear of bad result of mammogram, fearing of the procedure).
