This study investigated the relationship between bilingualism and identity along with the effects of studying a foreign language on one’s behaviour and lifestyles. It discussed also the possibilities of changing one’s cultural values and social belonging when becoming bilinguals among foreign languages teachers at Ibn Khaldoun University of Tiaret. This work aimed also at demonstrating whether participants’ identities are influenced once learning a new language. Our data was obtained through using the quantitative approach i.e. questionnaire made up of closed ended questions divided into six sections as well as the qualitative one via observing the behaviour of the members of our community of practice. The selected sample of this investigation was composed of thirty participants but only twenty-seven have participated. The overall of our results seem, to a very large extent, to confirm our hypotheses since the findings of our research validate, that learning another language besides your mother tongue plays a crucial role in (Re) constructing one’s identity and gaining a certain social position among their society. Moreover; according to our participants, being bilingual serves in developing some important identity components, such as religion, cultural beliefs and values, traditions and lifestyles, rather than it destructs them. It is also proved by our respondents that monolinguals are different from bilinguals in many aspects. However, the participants disprove one of our hypotheses which suggested that once learning a foreign language, the identity and the social belonging are denied but it is rather justified by that it is a means to recognize who they are and it enables them to be ambassadors of their cultures. Finally, despite the fact that bilingualism does not deny one’s identity and social belonging, it leads to the change of some important elements that identify who we are and where we come from.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيين الدور الذي يمارسه الطب الشرعي في كشف عن جرائم القتل إذ بات اليوم الاستعانة بالخبرة الشرعية واللجوء إلى الطرق العلمية مسألة لا غنى عنها في جرائم القتل التي يستحيل الفصل فيها إلا استنادا إلى تقرير الطبيب الشرعي؛ وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عديد من النتائج الهامة، يذكر من بينها أن التقرير الطبي الشرعي رغم أنه يُمكن من تحديد أسباب الوفاة والوسيلة المستخدمة في الجريمة وساعة حدوثها، إذ يُعتبر دليل علمي قاطع الدلالة، إلا أن تلك الحجية لم تشفع له في احتلال مكانة خاصة بين أدلة الإثبات، بل بقي خاضعا كغيره من الأدلة لمبدأ الاقتناع الذاتي للقاضي الجزائي.

Hetero-junction with intrinsic thin layer (HIT) solar cells have attracted great attention due to their potential of achieving high conversion efficiency exceeding that of crystalline silicon solarcells. This technology is based on the Sanyo's HIT design that consists of a hetero-junction formedby depositing p-doped hydrogenated amorphous silicon layer a-Si:H(p) on n-doped crystalline silicon c-Si(n) wafer. In addition, these two layers are usually sandwiched by a thin intrinsicamorphous silicon a-Si:H(i), acting as a passivation layer.Sanyo's technology achieved the World Record cell conversion efficiency of 26.7% for a practicalcell size of 180 cm(close to the theoretical limit of 29.4%). Even though well-known research and industrial groups in the world also do good works on HIT solar cells achieving over 20% conversion efficiency, none has yet surpassed or approached Sanyo's level. This is partially due to the Sanyo's successful technologies for fabricating "high-quality" doped a-Si:H thin layers.This research project aims to simulate, using AFORS-HET, a new design of HIT solar cells basedon p-doped crystalline silicon c-Si(p) wafer, and compare it to Sanyo structure. Also thesimulation work will shed light on the recombination's mechanism within the HIT solarcells mainly the surface recombination in the emitter doped amorphous silicon layer.

Cette thèse porte sur les opérateurs monotones dansla théorie del 'homogénéisation. Les opérateurs introduits peuvent dépendre d'unpetit paramètre delta. Nous établissons quelques résultats deconvergence par rapport aux mesures singulières. Notre résultat estvalable sans utiliser la convergence à deux échelles. Enfin, sous certaineshypothèses appropriées, nous montrons la commutativité dudiagramme correspondant.

The problem of racism in USA made blacks inferior to their counterpart whites. Thus, the situation of blacks and in particular black women in disadvantaged position from two sides; of being black in racist society and being female in patriarchy society. This dissertation seeks to give a better understanding to the reasons behind characters’ problem of identity , the way they experienced and how Toni Morrison deals with the issue of identity in her novel “ Tar Baby “ . This study is fourfold: the first chapter gives a historical, social and biographical background about African American, the second chapter about Toni Morrison and African American literature and literary background, the third and fourth chapter based on a deep analysis of actions and behavior of the major characters to quest their race and gender identity. Le problème du racisme aux États-Unis a fait des noirs inférieurs à leurs blancs de contrepartie. Ainsi, la situation des Noirs et en particulier des femmes noires en situation défavorisée des deux côtés; D'être noir dans la société raciste et être féminin dans la société patriarcale. Cette thèse vise à mieux comprendre les raisons du problème de l'identité des personnages, de la façon dont ils ont vécu et de la façon dont Toni Morrison traite la question de l'identité dans son roman «Tar Baby». Cette étude est quadruple: le premier chapitre donne un fondement historique, social et biographique sur l'afro-américain, le deuxième chapitre sur la littérature et l'histoire littéraire Toni Morrison et afro-américaine, le troisième et le quatrième chapitre, basés sur une analyse approfondie des actions et du comportement des Personnages majeurs pour rechercher leur race et leur identité de genre.Mots clés: Littérature afro-américaine, identité, racisme, discrimination.إن مشكلة التمييز العنصري في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية جعلت السود اقل منزلة من العرق الابيض لذلك اصبحت مكانة السود و بالخصوص المرأة السوداء متردية لمعاناتهم من جهتين ، اولا كونهم ذو بشرة سوداء في مجتمع عنصري هذا بالسبة للجنس الاسود ككل. ثانيا كون المرأة ذات البشرة السوداء تعيش في مجتمع تعود السيطرة فيه للجنس الآخر. حيث تسعى هذه الدراسة لمعالجة الاسباب المتعلقة بمشكل الهوية في الشخصيات الادبية لرواية " تار بايبي" او طفل القطران للكاتبة توني موريسون و كيفية تجسيد الكاتبة لهذه المشكلة . تنقسم هذه الدراسة الى اربعة فصول : حيث سيتم خلال الفصل الاول عرض للخلفيات الاجتماعية و التاريخية للأمريكيين السود وكذا السيرة الذاتية للكاتبة . اما الفصل الثاني سيتطرق الى عرض للأدب الافريقي الامريكي و كذا الكاتبة توني موريسون و خلفيتها الادبية ، اما الفصل الثالث و الرابع سيقدم تحليلا معمقا بالاعتماد على سلوك الشخصيات الاساسية في الرواية و افعالها سعيا منها لتحقيق المساواة في الهوية من حيث العرق و الجنس .
