DC Motors are widely used in industries for various purposes. Manysituations demand changes in the speed of the DC Motor, and this makesnecessity to develop a method to effectively control the speed of DC motor.There are conventional and digital controller types, Proportional Integral (PI),Proportional Derivative (PD), Proportional Integral Derivative (PID) andFuzzy Logic Controller (FLC). The Fuzzy Logic Controller is used to improvethe performance of each controller (PI, PD and PID) used to control speed ofthe DC motor. In this project PI, PD and PID (with and without Fuzzy LogicController) was modelled and simulated in MATLAB SIMULINKenvironment to control speed of the DC Motor. Aforementioned Controllerswere analyzed and evaluated on four terms overshoot, rise time, steady stateerror and settling time, the purpose of the evaluation to find the bestperformance to control the speed of DC motor. As a result of this, the FuzzyPID is the best controller because its improved performance when comparedwith others controllers.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة جدارات المديرين العائدين من الاغتراب في تطوير الشركات وإضفاء الطابع الريادي عليها. كما تتناول أنشطة هؤلاء المديرين الناتجة عن خبراتهم التي اكتسبوها من الخارج في شكل إضافة المعرفة والخبرات الأجنبية على المعرفة والخبرات الحالية، ومشاركة المعرفة الأجنبية للزملاء، وسبل الاستفادة الريادية منها، متضمنة ذكر العوائق الاستيعابية كالثقافة الإدارية للمؤسسات المحلية والعلاقة الشاقة للمديرين العائدين مع الآخرين. تسعى هذه الدراسة بشكل رئيسي إلى تحديد طبيعة العلاقة بين جدارات المدير العائد من الإغتراب والتوجه الريادي، وتم التطبيق على (15) شركة من الشركات التي تعمل بمجالات متنوعة في سورية (تم البحث عن شركات تدار من قبل مديرين محليين، وشركات تدار من قبل مديرين عائدين من الاغتراب) وبلغت عينة الدراسة 80 من المديرين في مستويات تتبع بشكل مباشر لإدراة مدير محلي أو مدير عائد من الإغتراب. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها:  يوجد أثر معنوي لجدارات المديرين العائدين من الاغتراب في الريادة المؤسساتية  يلعب نوع الإدارة (عائد من الاغتراب/ محلي) دوراً معدلاً في العلاقة بين الجدارات والريادة المؤسساتية.

Crude oil constitutes the primary source of production of plastics or polymers. The latter occupy a very important place in the field of petrochemicals and their production and development continues to increase from one day to the next, which explains their exponential presence in nature. Unfortunately this presence strongly contributes to environmental pollution.The recycling and pollution of these plastic materials are the subject of several research subjects and through this study we present the environmental impact of plastic materials from the petrochemical industry.

The performance of unfractured and fractured horizontal and vertical wells in a three-dimensional rectangular reservoir model with bottom water drive has been studied. The oil employed was a low viscosity kerosene and the rate was chosen so that the oil-water interface would be stable until it approaches the well. It was found that, in general, wells with greater contact area with the reservoir gave much more production before water breakthrough, and experienced lower pressure drop. Thus, for example, fractured horizontal wells were better than horizontal wells which, in turn were better than the vertical wells. Interestingly, very deep fractures extending towards the water zone improved the performance. The reasons for this are explained through an analysis of the production mechanisms. Extrapolation of the results to reservoir scales indicates that long horizontal wells in quite reasonable and economic spacings can give performances equivalent to and even better than those expected of arrays of vertical wells so closely spaced that they could not be economic.
