Sous l'influence des avancées technologiques, de la mondialisation et de la responsabilité sociale, de nouveaux comportements ont émergé sur le marché, notamment le marketing relationnel, qui représente une tendance émergente et une stratégie cruciale pour toutes les entreprises, en particulier celles offrant des services. Cette approche vise à maintenir des relations solides avec l'ensemble de la clientèle et à renforcer la durabilité de l'entreprise. La gestion de la relation client (GRC), également connue sous le nom de Customer Relationship Management (CRM), englobe un ensemble d'outils et de techniques marketing et commerciales utilisés par une entreprise pour atteindre divers objectifs. Ces objectifs comprennent la meilleure collecte et analyse des données clients ou prospects, la création de relations étroites avec eux, l'amélioration de leur satisfaction et la fidélisation.Dans le cadre de notre étude au sein de la CNEP Banque, nous avons constaté l'importance accordée à la gestion de la relation client par cette institution. Cela se manifeste par la mise en place de plusieurs actions et moyens visant à satisfaire la clientèle. À travers la réalisation d'un questionnaire destiné aux clients de la CNEP Banque, nous avons également pu répondre à la problématique soulevée dans notre thème de recherche, à savoir "l'importance de la gestion de la relation client sur la performance de la banque". Nos conclusions montrent clairement que la GRC est indispensable au sein de la CNEP Banque pour atteindre son objectif principal, qui est la satisfaction et la fidélisation de sa clientèle, toute en améliorant ses performance globale.

This study addresses the issue of Random Bag Sale of Commodities and its Contemporary Applications in Islamic Jurisprudence and Jordanian Civil Law within three chapters:The first chapter is to clarify the concept of Random Bag Sale that is under guessing, the legitimacy in the Islamic jurisprudence in civil law, and the role of the legitimate purposes of the application of this sale.The second chapter is to clarify the terms and conditions of Random Bag Sale within Islamic jurisprudence and Jordanian civil law.The third chapter is the applied section of the research which deals with old and modern samples of Random Bag Sale and gives some sale solutions.Conclusion: the researcher concluded that the findings and recommendations. The most important one was that such sales would, when applied the proper controls and conditions in the framework of the legitimate purposes of the crowd of traders and manufacturers of the banned and critical approach to the deal, it is a genuine Islamic alternative to many contemporary corrupt financial transactions.

يعالج هذا البحث المتواضع و المعنون ب عدة نقاط هامة وهي :- مدى معرفة التلميذ بالمعجم اللغوي و توظيفه له-هل لمعرفة المعجم اللغوي و استعماله علاقة بارتفاع مستوى التحصيل اللغوي أو انخفاضه لدى التلميذ-هل للأستاذ دور في صناعة المعجم المدرسي الخاص بالمرحلةكما نهدف من خلال هذا المعجم للوصولِ إلى النتائجِ الآتية :-صناعة معجم مدرسي متميز وإدراجه ضمن المقرر الدراسي-تفعيل دور المعلم أو الأستاذ في صناعة المعجم المدرسي-اقتراح حلول لزيادة فاعلية استخدام المعجم واستفادة منه في فهم مفردات النصوص لدى التلميذCe modeste travail intitule (Le dictionnaire linguistique et son rôle dans la compréhension des mots de textes en 4^éme AM échantillon) comprend plusieurs points importants a degré deà derge de connaissance et d’utilisation du dictionnaire par l’élèveEst-ce que l’utilisation du dictionnaire a un rapport avec le niveau d’apprentissages de l élève.Est-ce que le professeur a un rôle dans l'établissement d'un dictionnaire scolaire (propre à ce niveau)Outre ce travail a pour lret d'aboutir aux résultatsEtablir un dictionnaire scolaire spécial et de l'annexé au programme .C'activer le rôle du professeur pour la confection du dictionnaire scolaire.Propose des solutions pour plus d'efficatité dans l'utilisation du dictionnaire et ce pour que l'lève comprennent les mots du texte .

The objective of the work is to study the aerodynamic characteristics ofspinning translating axi-symmetric discs in steady laminar and turbulent flows.Applications of this nature are fundamental in unmanned air vehicles (UAVs) andsport. The effect of varying Reynolds number and the spin ratio was reported.Also, the study included analytical and computational studies of the flow aroundtranslating spinning discs.Further, a coin-shaped disc with a thickness to diameter ratio 0.1 in laminarand turbulent flows was simulated using ANSYS CFX 12.1. The momentcoefficients were compared to experimental data in literature. The results wereclose to the experimental results in the range of Reynolds number examined.Laminar and turbulent flows around an oblate spheroid disc were simulated.The problem was tackled through the use of ANSYS CFX 12.1. First a laminarflow with Reynolds number 1.59E4 was simulated and aerodynamic loads andmoments were calculated. Then turbulent flows with Reynolds number rangingfrom 5.13E6 to 1.03E7 were simulated. The angle of attack was varied in the range0° to 30° and the spin ratio was varied in the range 0 to1.The results obtained show that the aerodynamic loads and momentcoefficients are dependent on Reynolds number for the range of the Reynoldsnumbers simulated. It was observed that around Reynolds number 9.24E6 therewas remarkable surge on the maximum lift to drag ratio. Otherwise, the effect ofReynolds number on this ratio was slight.For Reynolds number 9.24E6 the effect of spin ratio on the rolling momentcoefficient was found to be slight. The remaining loads and moment coefficientswere found to be not affected by the spin ratio.Pressure contour plots were presented for both upper and lower surface forthe angles of attack mentioned.

تتمتع مدينة المسيلة بموقع استراتيجي هام ما جعلها محل استقطاب للسكان سواء من الداخل أو الخارج وذلك عن طريق الهجرة الريفية مما ادى الى ارتفاع في عدد سكان المدينة وسعاد في ذلك النمو الديمغرافي ، هذا ما جعل المدينة تعيش جملة من المشاكل من انتشار الأحياء الفوضوية والعشوائية واستهلاك الغير عقلاني للعقار .ومن خلال دراستنا حاولنا التعرف على الصورة الحقيقية للمدينة ، ذلك من خلال مجموعة من التدخلات على مجالها المعمر ،وكذلك دراسة مجال التوسع المستقبلي ،في ظل وجود جملة من العوائق والارتفاقات سواء كانت طبيعية أو اصطناعية، بالاستناد لما جاء به المخطط التوجيهي للتهيئة والتعمير .ومن خلال دراستنا فقد وجهنا هذا التوسع نحو الجهة الشمالية الغربية ، بالاستناد لما جاء به المخطط التوجيهي للتهيئة والتعمير، من أجل ايجاد مساحات عقارية تلبي احتياجات السكان على المدى القريب والمتوسط والبعيد.

تعتبر دراسة النقد العربي القديم، من المواضيع المهمة التي شغلت العديد من نقاد العرب والتي شهدها النقد من الجاهلية إلى يومنا هذا حيث عكف النقاد على دراسته، فحاولت هذه الدراسة الوقوف على الجهود النقدية، وعلى أهم القضايا النقدية التي كانت في حقل النقد عند المقري من خلال مؤلفه روضة الأس العطرة الأنفاس، فالمقري على الرغم من أنه لم يرسم لنا منهجا نقديا واضحا لتأخر عصره من جهة، ولطبيعة موضوع كتابه، الذي يعتمد على إطار من نقل النصوص من جهة أخرى، إلا أنه يمكن استخلاص نظرات وملاحظات نقدية، تبين فهمه وموقفه من عدة موضوعات، كانت متداولة ومألوفة في ميدان النقل الأدبي، كاللفظ والمعنى، الطبع والصنعة، السرقة الشعرية.
