The NGOs have been implementing HIV/AIDS programs in Juba for more than a decade with the overall objectives to increase awareness, provide support to victims and try to lower the levels of infection of HIV/AIDS so as to improve the quality of life of the AIDS victims and lead a productive life. The overall major objective of this study is to investigate the role of NGOs in combating HIV/AIDS. To meet the objectives of this study both primary and data were collected and used. The primary data were obtained through the field survey by means of focused group discussion conducted with staff of the NGOs, youth, women groups, religious and community leaders and people living with AIDS. The secondary data were obtained from the NGOs reports, official reports, books and other relevant sources. The major findings of the study are that there has been noticeable effort exerted by the NGOs creating the high level of awareness, provision of support, encouragement of people to turn up for voluntary testing and partially change of attitudes. Despite these achievements, there are major constraints which continue to hinder the fight against HIV/AIDS. The main conclusion of the study is that although some achievements have been scored, much effort needs to exert to overcome some obstacles facing the NGOs in achieving their goals. The study strongly recommends the provision of free medical treatment with antiretroviral drugs, implementation of illiteracy campaigns, fight against bad cultural practices that impede the fight against HIV/AIDS, introduction of poverty alleviation programs, more funding by the Government and the International community for further research study in fighting the HIV/AIDS disease

عنوان البحث " كتاب "إضاءات" لنزار قباني مقاربة شعرية مفتوحة"، تطرقنا فيه في الفصل الأول المعنون "عتبات النص" إلى دراسة البنية الخارجية للكتاب، حيث جعلنا له مبحثين الأول هو شعرية العنوان، و تم التركيز في هذا المبحث عن العنوان بصفة عامة سواء عنوان الكتاب أو عناوين النصوص، و في المبحث الثاني حول تصميم الكتاب و يعني كل ما يتعلق بالشكل دون المضمون (الغلاف، الصور، الألوان...)، أما فيما يخص الفصل الثاني المعنوّن "في بنية القصيدة و شعريتها"، فيتضمن ثلاث مباحث أوّلها: في شعرية اللغة و المعجم الشعري، عبارة عن دراسة للغة النصوص و الأسلوب بصفة عامة مع تحديد مجموع المعاجم التي عمدها الشاعر في كتابه(معجم الجسد، الطبيعة... ) إضافة إلى البعد السير ذاتي في كتاب "إضاءات". وفي المبحث الثاني تحت عنوان شعرية النحو و المجاز، و تطرقنا إلى الإحاطة ببنية الجملة الشعرية و عنصر البلاغة و المجاز. و أخيرا التمثلات الثقافية ( الاقتباس ، الرمز )، و في المبحث الأخير إيقاع الضوء في إيضاءات، و يعني الإيقاعات الغالبة في الكتاب و هي الحب، الكتابة و الحرية.

Background: Mathematics, science, engineering, and technology are subjects believed to reflect people’s cultural achievements that power the economy and development, and at the same time constitute essential aspects of the lives. Educators admit that it is vitally important that integrated STEM education in K-12 schools aligns with 21st century skills, creates new jobs, increases competition in the global economy, and educates the next generation of STEM professional. The implementation of STEM is at its early stage in UAE and calls for an integrated framework for effective implementation in K-12 education.Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a policy and implementation framework in the UAE by identifying critical elements of an integrated STEM education and key factors related to the implementation of an integrated STEM curriculum in K-12 schools in UAE.Methods: The researcher employed Exploratory Sequential Mixed Methods for this study. The mixed research methods included both qualitative and quantitative methods. These include document analysis, teacher questionnaire survey, teacher and coordinators’ interview surveys, school and district leaders’ interview survey, and classroom observations.Results: The findings of this study proposed the policy recommendation framework for integrated STEM implementation in UAE schools. It can be concluded from the findings that STEM implementation can be categorized into structural and interpersonal implementation dimensions. In addition, Assessment, Connection, Curriculum and Delivery, Leadership, Pedagogical Content Knowledge, Technology and Resources are important factors associated with STEM integration and implementation in UAE schools. The findings also suggested that curriculum, pedagogy, leadership, professional development, and assessment are important elements associated with STEM integration and implementation in UAE schools. The study proposed policy recommendation based on policy planning, leadership, establishing STEM, professional development of teachers, communities and businesses’ role, technology and resources, curriculum design and assessments, pedagogy and learning, capacity building and motivation, awareness and promotion, society’s adaptations, and exposure and employment.Implications/Contributions: It was evident that teachers and school leaders are facing many challenges as they struggled to figure out the best ways to plan and implement STEM in UAE. The isolation that they faced as pioneers in implementing these kinds of courses in K-12 education was also evident. Examining of an integrated policy recommendation for STEM framework could help all educational leaders to understand this phenomenon better.

Le présent travail porte sur l’étude de l’arthropodofaune dans un verger de fruitiers multiples à dominance d’abricotier situé à Boukhmissa (wilaya de m’sila) pendant la saison printanière (mois d’avril) de l’année 2023 en utilisant les pots barber comme une méthode d’échantillonnage. Cette étude a permis de recenser 66 espèces répartis sur 5 classes. La classe des Insecta est la plus dominante avec 48 espèces (648 individus) distribuées entre 29 familles et 8 Ordres. L’ordre des Hyménoptères est le mieux représenté. Cet inventaire a été classé en groupes fonctionnels rassemblant les espèces ravageurs et auxiliaires de l’abricotier à Boukhmissa.

هدفت الدراسة إلى محاولة إيجاد العلاقة بين الاتصال الإداري واتخاذ القرار في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالوادي، إذ تمحورت الإشكالية في ما مدى مساهمة الاتصال الإداري في زيادة فعالية اتخاذ القرار في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالوادي ؟ حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لملائمة أغراض الدراسة ، وأجريت هذه الدراسة على عينة عددها (31) فرد وباستخدام الاستبيان الالكتروني، حيث تم نشر الاستبيان على الموقع الخاص بالمؤسسة للإجابة عليه من طرف العينة ولقد تم استرجاع الاستبيان قابل للتحليل في نفس الموقع .ولقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من بينها : توجد علاقة بين الاتصال الإداري واتخاذ القرارات في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالوادي ، كما أدى استخدام الاتصال الإداري في المؤسسة إلى تسهيل عملية اتخاذ القرار في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالوادي حيث يتم اختيارها بدقة وموضوعية أكثر .l'étude visit à essayer de trouver la relation entre la communication de l'administration et de décision dans Telecom d'Algeri –el oued , l'approche descriptive analytique des objectifs de l'étude, l'étude avait à un échantillon de leur nombre (31) d'un individu en utilisant le questionnaire électronique de diffusion du questionnaire sur le site de l'entreprise pour y répondre d'une partie de l'échantillon a été de récupérer le questionnaire susceptible d'analyse.J'ai trouvé cette étude à l'ensemble de résultats notamment : il existe un lien important entre les statistiques de communication et de prise de décisions dans l'institution à l'étude et l'utilisation de la communication de l'administration de la Fondation à faciliter l'adoption de la résolution de l'institution à l'étude, sont choisies, exacte et objective

لخصت هذه الدراسة التي كانت بعنوان "الثقافة الإسلامية ومواجهتها للتحديات المعاصرة دراسة تحليليه وصفيه "وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى ترسيخ العقيدة الإسلامية الصحيحة في نفوس المسلمين وتذويد المسلم بالمعارف الإسلامية التي تحميه من التيارات الفكرية المعاصرة ،وحل التحديات التي تعرض لها الثقافة الإسلامية وذلك عن طريق عرض مفاهيم الإسلام عرضاً علمياَ، واستخدمت فيها المنهج التحليلي والاستقرائي والوصفي ،فالثقافة الإسلامية من الأساسيات المهمة في حياة المجتمع المسلم لآنها تنطلق من مصادر الأساسية القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية المطهرة و تعتمد على جهود علماء المسلمين ،فالثقافة الإسلامية لها دور عظيم في تحديد معالم الشخصية وقد اشتملت هذه الدراسة على مقدمة وثلاثة فصول تناولت في الفصل الأول: مفهوم الثقافة الإسلامية لغة واصطلاحاً وعلاقة الثقافة بالعلم والحضارة والمدنية وأهميتها في الإسلام ،اما الفصل الثاني فاحتوى على مصادر وخصائص الثقافة الإسلامية الأصلية والفرعية واما الفصل الثالث فقد دار الحديث فيه عن التحديات الداخلية والخارجية للثقافة الإسلامية ومواجهة تحدياتها المعاصرة ، فالتحديات الداخلية كالغلو في الدين والقرآنيون ودور المنهج الإسلامي في مواجهة هذه التحديات ،والخارجية كالغزو الفكري والمخدرات ودور المنهج الإسلامي في مواجهة هذه التحديات .توصلت الباحثة إلى عدد من النتائج والتوصيات واهمها :من أهم نتائج1 :إتاحة الفرصة لأكبر عدد من الدعاة لتناول الأفكار والآراء لتوضح التحديات التي من شأنها المساعدة على نشر الثقافة الإسلامية حتى تعم الفائدة.2: الحذر من مبادئ ومفاهيم نظم الغرب وتطبيقها في حياة المسلمين.من أهم التوصيات:1: تطوير مناهج التعليم وفق الرؤى الإسلامية وبما يتلأم مع التقدم العلمي والتقني الحديث2:على الأمه الإسلامية ان تعود إلى أصولها الإسلامية لكي تربي الأجيال على ضوئها ، وعل قياداتها أن تتجه إلى توظيف جميع الطاقات والكفاءات3 مواجهة العلمانية ببيان خطر مبادئها ونظريتها الفلسفية للحياة حيث تسعي لتوحيد القيم الإنسانية.

Pour le but de conserver l’énergie non renouvelable et d’exploiter le maximum d’énergie solaire exercée sur notre région ; nous avons choisis notre thème qui consiste à étudier et réaliser un suiveur de panneau solaire a double axes.Nous avons touché par cette étude les étapes de développement de l’exploitation de l’énergie solaire.Cette étude nous a permet de connaitre le degré d’importance d’exploiter cette énergie et de minimiser les coûts de gain d’énergie surtout pour le future par l’utilisation des suiveurs intelligents (commandés a double axe).La réalisation de ce projet nous a donnée la chance de savoir commander tel procédé à l’aide de la carte Arduino

Le sujet âgé présente plusieurs caractéristiques telles que la fragilité osseuse et cutanée, les poly pathologies intriquées et le poly handicap physique, cognitif, et psychologique, conduisant par paliers successifs à la dépendance, la grabatisation et au décès, ...De ce fait, vu ces particularités séméiologiques et les risques de décompensation fonctionnelle, la prise en charge du sujet âgé surtout en milieu traumato orthopédique doit adopter une approche globale, non seulement diagnostique et thérapeutique, mais aussi psychologique et sociale. Les complications précoces dans cette chirurgie illustre la complexité de prise en charge du sujet âgé notamment dans notre contexte. Pour une approche plus précise, nous avons réalisé une étude rétrospective portant sur 60 cas opérés pour une pathologie traumato-orthopédique à l’hôpital militaire à Marrakech. Le critère principal de jugement est la survenue de complications. Les données démographiques ont été analysées Dans cette série, les complications rencontrées étaient principalement cardiovasculaires 72% (hémorragies : 55,5%, et maladies thromboemboliques ; 16,6%), suivies des complications neurologiques 11%, métaboliques 5%. Les décès constituaient 16% de ces complications (11% sont thromboemboliques et 5% infectieuses).Les principaux facteurs de risques relevés dans cette étude étaient liés aussi bien à la chirurgie qu’au terrain. La chirurgie ortho traumatologique chez le sujet âgé est une situation pourvoyeuse de complications d’où l’intérêt d’une prise en charge précoce, globale et multidisciplinaire.
