Cette étude traite l”impact des contenus de la chaîne MBC4 sur les étudiantes. A cet effet, nous cherchons à comprendre les valeurs sociales qui influent sur les étudiantes à travers la dite chaîne. Nous avons été amenés à choisir ce théme pour Fimportance du rôle que peut jouer le programme présenté par la chaîne MBC4 dans notre société et surtout de ce qu”elle réserve à nos étudiantes. Aussi les types de ce sujet son peu traités par nos chercheurs et en même temps l”existence d”un grand public d”étudiantes pour cette chaîne. La problématique de cette étude est centrée sur la question suivante : quelles sont les valeurs sociales qui influencent sur les étudiantes adoptant MBC4 comme une chaîne préférée 7 Dans cette étude, nous nous sommes appuyés sur l”approche descriptive que nous avons considérée comme convenable añn de collecter des données sur le terrain. Pour cela, nous avons utilisé des questionnaires. Nous avons distribué 90 questionnaires aux étudiantes des sciences de l'information et de la communication de 2°m° année licence, 3°"'° année licence en communication et relations générales, et lè” année master technologie de la communication. Les résultats obtenus après analyse des données collectées sont comme suit : - la majorité des étudiantes suivent les programmes télévisés de la chaîne MBC4 añn de répondre à leurs désirs et se divertir. - Les programmes télévisés de la chaîne MBC4 ont un impact sur les comportements des étudiantes. - La majorité des étudiantes ont acquis des valeurs sociales positives plus que négatives

The objective of this investigation is to find a solution to the critical problems suchas the increase in friction and wear that may occur to the stand-by diesel engine forphase I units at Dr. Sharief Power Station due to engine rundown with lowpressurized lubricating oil caused by the non operation of the pre-priming pumpand low speed of engine mechanical oil pump. The study suggests a solution tothese problems by allowing the cutting-in of pre-priming pump during enginerundown.Although the manufacturer assured the operation of the pre-priming pump duringengine rundown, but it was verified that this pump failed to operate automaticallyor manually during the engine rundown when it was tested periodically.The relevant data for the pre-priming pump has been collected from the operatingand maintenance instruction manuals for the stand-by diesel engine for phase Iunits at Dr. Sharief Power Station. The collected data on the existing pre-primingpump was analyzed in conformity with the manufacturer's recommendations and itwas found that this pump was not following the normal operating procedure forheavy duty and high speed diesel engines.The study found that the solution for this problem is to modify the electrical stopcircuit of the engine to provide the ability of automatic operation of the preprimingpump during the engine rundown. SIEMENS PLC software has been usedto draw, modify and simulate the engine stop circuit and was applied properly

ENIn this work, we studied the structural, electronic, magnetic and optical properties of the compound MgNiO2 using the linearized augmented plane wave (FP LAPW) method based on density functional theory (DFT). To estimate the exchange-correlation term, we used the GGA approximation. In the structural properties, we calculated the mesh parameters, the compressibility modulus and the cohesion energy. To understand the electronic behavior of the compound, we analyzed the structure of the electronic bands and the spectra of the density of electronic states. We also studied the distribution of the charge density in the interatomic region to know the nature of the bond between the atoms. We calculated the total and partial magnetic moment of the compound. Finally, we calculated the optical properties by calculating the real and imaginary parts of the dielectric function and then deriving other optical parameters such as absorption, reflectivity coefficient and optical conductivity. FRDans ce travail, nous avons étudié les propriétés structurelles, électroniques, magnétiques et optiques du composé MgNiO2en utilisant la méthode des ondes planes augmentées linéarisées (FP-LAPW) basée sur la théorie de la fonctionnelle la densité (DFT). Pour estimer le terme d'échange-corrélation, nous avons utilisé l’approximation GGA. Dans les propriétés structurelles, nous avons calculé les paramètres de la maille, le module de compressibilité et l'énergie de cohésion. Pour comprendre le comportement électronique du composé, nous avons analysé la structure des bandes électronique lesspectres de la densité d’états électroniques. Nous avons également étudié la distribution de ladensité de charge dans la région interatomique pour connaitre la nature de la liaison entre les atomes. Nous avons calculé le moment magnétique total et partiel du composé.Enfin, nous avons calculé les propriétés optiques en calculant les parties réelles et imaginaires de la fonction diélectrique et en dérivant ensuite d'autres paramètres optiques tels que l'absorption, le coefficient de réflectivité et la conductivité optique.

Silence, purity and sacrifice have been internalized as values of honorific motherhood for ages all over the world. But since the appearance of the second-wave feminism, and as part of the generalized fight-back against oppression, feminists came to reject these values which they think embody a male vision. They argue that motherhood is not innate but rather a cultural construct. In the Arab world as well as in western Africa, any simple questioning of the traditional maternal discourse is condemned. Still, there are serious female voices in the Arab world as well as in Africa who break the silence around maternal experience in literary works, as well as in films and paintings.This thesis aims to show that the male vision of ideal motherhood as shown in Ghassan Kanafani’s Um Saad (1969) and Mongo Beti’s Perpetua and the Habit of Unhappiness (1978) is based on an agenda that sustains patriarchy and that supports nationalism. These two novels define the ideal mother figure according to the criteria of silence, purity, and sacrifice. The mother who doesn’t fit into these categories is viewed as an evil mother. In contrast, the thesis examines the rejection of the internalized patriarchal metanarrative of motherhood by 2 female authors: the Palestinian Sahar Khalifeh in The Door of the Courtyard (1999) and the Nigerian Buchi Emecheta in The Joys of Motherhood (1979). These two novels move away from prevalent depictions of honorific motherhood and demonstrate that society programs women to be followers to their husbands and to their male offspring. This rejection by female writers of the traditional representation of ideal mothers, and their denouncement of patriarchy and nationalism, reflect an awareness of the multiple ways in which their status as second class citizens is reinforced in the “third world.”

The current research work is an attempt to investigate the impact ofglobalization on culture of the Maghreb. Hence, its principal aim is to portraythe obvious changes that the Maghrebi culture has seen in the last recent yearsby the potentiality of globalization. In doing so, this dissertation is divided intothree interrelated chapters; the first one provides a theoretical background aboutglobalization and culture as well as some concepts related to them. With regardto the second chapter it deals with the basic features that characterised theMaghrebi culture. The last chapter, however, showcases the Maghrebi culturewithin the light of globalization.

للموظف العمومي حقوق وواجبات والتزامات كفلها له الأمر رقم 06-03 المؤرخ في 15 يوليو 2006 والمتضمن القانون الأساسي العام للوظيفة العمومية، والذي تضمن العديد من القواعد القانونية والأساسية كضمانات لقيامه بالالتزامات التي يجب عليه القيام بها؛ فله أن يكون في وضعية القيام بالخدمة، الانتداب، خارج الإطار، الاستيداع، ووضعية القيام بالخدمة الوطنية. كل هذا يتقيد الموظف به من خلال تطبيق ما جاء به القانون فلا يخرج عن مبدأ المشروعية، إذ تعد كل من وضعية الانتداب، خارج الإطار، ووضعية الاستيداع للموظف العمومي من صلاحيات السلطة العامة للإدارة في إطار المرافق العامة، ويجب أن تبتغي من خلال هذه الوضعيات تحقيق المصلحة العامة لضمان سير هذه المرافق بانتظام واطراد واستمرارها، ومواكبتها للتغيرات السياسية، الاجتماعية، الاقتصادية والتكنولوجية. ونظراً لأهمية المهام المنوطة بالموظف العمومي الذي يكتسي دوراً فعّالاً في ضمان واستمرار العمل الإداري للدولة، كان من الضروري تأكيد الحدود من قبل المشرع الجزائري للمساهمة في بناء نظام قانوني فعّال، يتم من خلاله المحافظة على حقوق الموظف والضمانات القانونية والأساسية التي لا يتجاوزها.

لقد عمل المؤسس الدستوري الجزائري لأول مرة وصراحة في التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2016 على تكريس دور المعارضة البرلمانية وتطويرها وإعطاء لها المكانة المناسبة تحت قبة البرلمان وذلك بإحداث حقوق جديدة شكلت قفزة نوعية لإرساء مبادئ الديمقراطية والتعددية الحزبية داخل البرلمان، وذلك بمجموعة من الحقوق تتمتع بها المعارضة البرلمانية تساعدها وتمكنها من فرض سيطرتها وإشراكها مع الأغلبية في الأشغال التشريعية والسياسية مراقبة الحكومة، إلا أنها لازالت حبرا على ورق ولازالت المعارضة البرلمانية بعيدة كل البعد عن ممارسة أدوارها الدستورية الجديدة.
