The refugee crisis has become a global crisis and concern. Refugees flee their country of origin and seek refuge in host countries, where they need to survive in a new society and culture. English language is an international language and refugees in Egypt aspire to resettle in a developed country like the United States of America or Canada where English language is a necessity for them to communicate and find job opportunities to advance their socio-economic standard. The purpose of this study is to explore and understand in depth the aspects that shape the experiences, perceptions, and roles of English as Second Language teachers of kindergarten through twelve (K-12) for Sudanese and Syrian refugees in Cairo. This study is a qualitative multi-case study that was conducted in two community learning centers in Cairo, one for Sudanese and theother for Syrians. Semi-structured interviews were conducted face to face with theparticipants of both learning centers as well as the researcher’s non participantobservations. The study critically examines the challenges and problems the ESL teachers face with their refugee students in these two learning centers, their attitudes and the approaches they use to deal them. In addition, it compares and contrasts between the two case studies. Findings of this research have shed light on the vital importance of preparing the pre-service and in-service ESL teachers with refugee education so that they can support and help their students to overcome their psychological traumas and ensure their emotional well-being in order to achieve academic advancements. Furthermore, the study sheds light on the vital importance of enhancing peace education and global education and multiculturalism through the education sector to enhance the harmony between the natives of the host country and the refugees.

For reasons of design simplicity, compactness, reduced cost and reasonable performance, most internal combustion engine turbochargers are fitted with vane less radial or mixed flow turbines. In applications where high boost pressure is required, which means that more power has to be delivered by the turbine a high pressure ratios, radial turbines are replaced by mixed flow turbines which can achieve maximum efficiency. This study deals with the determination of the performance characteristics of a mixed flow turbine by solving numerically the 3D Reynolds averaged Navier Stokes equations. SOLIDWORKS and GAMBIT software is used to build the geometry and generate the unstructured meshes while the FLUENT code is used to simulate the mixed flow turbine. The computed results compare well with experimental data obtained in a turbocharger test rig for the same turbine. The numerical method is also used to determine optimum geometrical characteristics such as the optimum blade number. :La suralimentation des moteursainsi que les petites unités deproduction ou de récupération de l'énergie constituent les domaines où les turbines semi-axiales sont les plus utilisées. C'est dans ce sens, que nous avons mis au point une démarche complète de conception pour l'optimisation des performances d'un rotor qui est l'un des éléments essentiels de la turbine. Les logiciels SOLIDWORKS et GAMBIT est employé pour établir la géométrie et pour le maillage. Les équations moyennées de Reynolds régissant l'écoulement turbulent dans d'une turbine semi axiale, sont résolues à l'aide de la méthode des volumes finis introduite dans le code de calcul FLUENT . L'étude a permet d'obtenir en premier lieu les performances de la turbine pour différentes vitesses de rotation et une large plage de taux de détente en fixant le nombre d'aube, en deuxième lieu, les meilleures performances de la turbine ont été prises pour choisir qu'elle est la meilleure géométrie qui peut atteindre le rendement maximum de la turbine semi-axiale

One of the major challenges facing global companies like Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) is talent recruitment. Talent information is available in CV's that are scattered over data stores at the various offices and branches of CCC, as well as at a variety of social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter The iRecruit system at CCC has been developed to manage this complex recruitment process. It is a web-based recruitment system that integrates the HR operations at the various o ces of CCC into essentially one system. The subject matter of this project is the Recruitment Engine (RENG) of iRecruit; that is. the software modules that implement the business logic at the heart of the recruitment process. These modules are supplemented by data access layers that allow the acquisition of the CVs from different data stores and data sources into a centralized database. The modules provide as well the mechanisms for searching, indexing and ltering the CVs based on job-de ned search criteria. The integration of the engine with other components of iRecruit (developed by other teams) has represented a major challenge for the project.

تناولت هذه الرسالة موضوع الإجراءات القضائية المتعلقة بكيفية تنفيذ الأحكام الصادرة عن المحاكم الشرعية الفلسطينية في الضفة الغربية، بالإضافة إلى أهم المشكلات التي تواجهها، وهي دراسة للقرار بقانون بشأن التنفيذ الشرعي الفلسطيني المعمول به في فلسطين –الضفة الغربية- في ضوء الشريعة الإسلامية، وقد اكتملت هذه الدراسة -ولله الحمد- في مقدمة وأربعة فصول وخاتمة .فاشتملت المقدمة على تمهيد يتحدث عن أهمية تنفيذ الأحكام القضائية، وأهمية البحث وأهدافه، وأسباب اختياره وحدود الدراسة، بالإضافة إلى منهج البحث وإجراءاته، والدراسات السابقة، وخطة البحث.وتناول الفصل التمهيدي التعريف بالتنفيذ، بالإضافة إلى تاريخ تنفيذ الأحكام في الإسلام في عهد نبينا محمد  متسلسلة إلى عهد الخلافة العثمانية، بالإضافة إلى التنفيذ المعجل للأحكام، وكان من أهم نتائجه أن الأصل في التنفيذ في الشريعة الإسلامية الرضا لا الجبر، ومع ذلك فقد أتت الشريعة بالتنفيذ الجبري لمن لا يذعن للحق ولا ينقاد له بنفسه.وتضمن الفصل الأول التعريف بالأحكام القضائية في المحاكم الشرعية بشكل خاص وأثر تعددها في التنفيذ، بالإضافة إلى التعريف بدوائر التنفيذ الشرعي وبالقرار بقانون بشأن التنفيذ الشرعي، وكان من أبرز نتائجه أن اهتم القانون بالخصوصيّة التي تكتنف الأحكام الشرعيّة، وعليه فقد تم إنشاء دائرة التنفيذ الشرعي؛ لتنفيذ الأحكام الشرعية. وتطرق الفصل الثاني إلى وسائل التنفيذ الجبري في المحاكم الشرعية، وهي حبس المحكوم عليه ،والحجز على مال المدين، وكان من أهم ما توصل له أن القرار بقانون بشأن التنفيذ الشرعي قد راعى الحالات الإنسانية .وفي الفصل الثالث تناولت موضوع المشكلات التي تواجه التنفيذ وتطبيقاتها في المحاكم الشرعية، وكان من أهم نتائجه أن قانون التنفيذ قد احتاط لإمكانية وقوع مشكلات خلال التنفيذ ولهذا فقد جعل من اختصاصات رئيس التنفيذ النظر في جميع المشكلات التي تثور أثناء التنفيذ. وضمنت الخاتمة أهم النتائج والتوصيات.

عنوان الدراسة: التوافق النفسي لدى الوالدين وعلاقته بتقدير الذات عند الأبناءهدف الدراسة :هدفت الدراسة الى :الكشف عن العلاقة الارتباطية ذات الدلالة الاحصائية بين التوافق النفسي لدى الوالدين وتقدير الذات عند الأبناءتساؤل الدراسة : هل توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين التوافق النفسي لدى الأبناء وتقدير الذات عند الأبناءعينة الدراسة : تكونت الدراسة من 40 من الأبناء (16 ذكر/24 أنثى ) و 40 شخص من الوالدين (26 أب/14 أم ) أجريت الدراسة بثانوية أحمد الغازي ب ولاية المسيلةالمنهج المتبع : استخدمنا في الدراسة الحالية المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي الذي يتناسب مع طبيعة الموضوعالأساليب الاحصائية : تم إستخدام الأساليب الاحصائية التالية :-المتوسط الحسابي-t-test-- تحليل التباينأهم النتائج في الدراسة :-تحصلنا في دراستنا على وجود علاقة بين التوافق النفسي لدى الوالدين وتقدير الذات لدى الأبناء لكنها ضعيفة جدا فالتوافق النفسي للوالدين لا يؤثر على مستوى تقدير الذات لدى الأبناء الا بوجود عوامل أخرى يمكن أن نذكر منها التوافق الأسري والتوافق الاجتماعي والتوافق المدرسي فارتباط الكل قد يكون له تأثير على تقدير الذات عند الأبناء.-مستوى التوافق النفسي لدى الوالدين وجدناه مرتفع .-عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين الوالدين في التوافق النفسي تعزى لمتغير الجنس.-مستوى تقدير الذات لدى الأبناء وجدناه متوسط.-وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في تقدير الذات لدى الأبناء تعزى لمتغير الجنس .
