Un agent agit dans un environnement qui est dynamique, ainsi pour que l'agent assure une intervention rationnelle dans la résolution du problème, il est important qu'il adapte ses connaissances et son comportement. Ainsi l'adaptation lui assure une coordination des opérations avec ses accointant. L'adaptation de l’agent peut être vue par la satisfaction de ses tendances fondamentales. Pour cela, il modifie son comportement ou sa structure de manière à corréler ses tendances et son environnement. Dans notre travail, nous avons proposé une architecture méta niveau; afin de développer une structure décisionnelle ou un méta comportement adaptatif est modélisé formellement par les Réseaux de Pétri. Mots clés : Adaptabilité, spécification formelle, système multi agent, RdP.

The study aims at investigating the effect of using the students' native language (Arabic) in teaching English on the tenth grade students' achievement in Bethlehem Schools. The population of the study consists of all tenth grade students at the governmental schools which belong to the Directorate of Education in Bethlehem in the second semester of the academic year (2006/2007). The researcher took a purposive sample which consisted of 155 students of the tenth grade in two schools. Students in the study sample were randomly sorted into two groups. The first group was taught by using the native language (Arabic) alongside English in teaching English, while the other group was taught by using English only. The researcher has prepared an achievement test and a guide for teachers, and in order to answer the study questions and test its hypotheses, the suitable statistical analyses were used, Means, standard deviations, ANCOVA. The results of the study indicates that there was a significant difference between the experimental and control groups in the achievement test in favor of the experimental group. The researcher presents some recommendations, the most important one was the EFL teachers should plan to use the students' native language (Arabic) when necessary in their English classes.

Le projet consiste en la réalisation d’un outil de gestion réseau basé sur le protocoleSNMP qui est considéré comme étant le standard le plus utilisé en matière de gestion.SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) est un protocole d’administrationréseau qui permet à un poste de contrôle d’obtenir et de modifier divers éléments deconfiguration d’équipements réseau.La 3ème version de SNMP a été choisie pour ses apports en sécurité : Authentificationet Cryptage en plus des fonctions de base offertes par ce protocole.L’application développée permet de gérer les équipements réseau avec SNMP incluantla mise à jour et consultation des variables des équipements gérés.La modélisation de l’application de gestion a été faite en utilisant le langage UML,puis implémentée sous le langage JAVA dans l’environnement de développement Eclipse.

The Resource Investment Problem (RIP) is a variant of the well-known Resource Constraint Project Scheduling Problem (RCPSP) that requires finding the optimal resource allocation, given a preset completion date, with the objective of minimizing the total cost. The practical relevance of RIP is very obvious; since the decision maker (the project manager for example) wants to know what resources are required to achieve the targeted project completion date. RIP helps to decide the amount of investment in resources that yield the optimal solution, in addition to the optimal tradeoff between completion time and resource investment. In practice, most of the projects are associated with due dates beyond which a tardiness penalty may be applied. To avoid the tardiness penalty, project managers sometimes decide to add more resources, thereby increasing resource investment cost, to the project to finish earlier. In this thesis the (RIP) has been extended to consider time-depended resource cost instead of time-independent resource cost in the classical RIP. The problem was named Resource Investment Problem with Time-Dependent Resource Cost and Tardiness Penalty, abbreviated as (RIP-TDRC). A mathematical model was introduced to simultaneously find the optimal resource assignment and activity staring times. The objective is to minimize the sum of the resources and tardiness cost.Two versions of this problem are addressed in this thesis: the deterministic version of RIP-TDRC and the stochastic version. For the latter, it is assumed that the activity durations are subject to many uncertainties such as (bad weather conditions, material shortage, employee’s absences …etc.). To solve this problem, a simulation-optimization based algorithm is proposed. This algorithm solves the deterministic problem version iteratively through all possible project completion times and simulates the project considering the uncertainties to find the optimal solution. The performance of the proposed algorithm and the effect of some problem parameters on the solution are assessed through computational experiments. The experiments revealed the usefulness of the algorithm in finding relatively robust solution for small problem sizes.

L’insémination artificielle, à partir du sperme congelé du taureau, est l’une des plus anciennes biotechnologies ; elle a apporté une contribution précieuse sur le plan économique et sur le plan génétique mémé. Or certains facteurs dont nous avons fais mention précédemment ont fait que cette technique dévoile ses limites et n’arrivepas à bon terme. Pour cela nous avons voulu aller au fond du problème et déterminer ces facteurs à travers un questionnaire réalisé au niveau de la wilaya de Blida .on atrouve que le facteur limitant qui occupe la première place est l’alimentation, vienne ensuite le rôle de facteurs limitant qui occupe la première place est l’alimentation,vienne ensuite le rôle de l’éleveur et celui de l’inséminateur.
