لعب اللوبي الإسرائيلي دورا كبيرا في توجيه السياسة الخارجية الأمريكية لصالح دولة إسرائيل ،وهذا على حساب الصراع العربي الإسرائيلي ،كما أن السلوكات الخارجية للولايات المتحدة الأمريكية تجاه الصراع والتي تتميز بالدعم المطلق لإسرائيل مقابل تجاهل حقوق ومطالب الطرف العربي عموما و الفلسطيني خصوصا بحكم أنه هو المواجه المباشر مع إسرائيل .من خلال الأحداث التي عرفتها الساحة الدولية، والتي سمحت للولايات المتحدة الأمريكية أن تبرز وتصبح قوى عظما في العالم، وكذا نلاحظ هيمنتها في مجلس الأمن و مؤسسات الأمم المتحدة الذي يسمح لها باستخدام الفيتو باستمرار لصالح إسرائيل في تسوية الصراع العربي الإسرائيلي.و من كل هذا أصبحت إسرائيل دولة ذات نفوذ و قوة عسكرية، مسيطرة على العالم العربي و التحكم في بعض الدول العربية وكذا في علاقاتها مع دول أخرى وتعمل على تفكيك الموقف العربي وفرض سياسة التطبيع عليها بمختلف الطرق والسياسات.

تتلخّص هذه الرّسالة الموسومة بــــ" التّشبيه في تتمّة يتيمة الدّهر في محاسن أهل العصر" في كونها دراسة تحليليّة للتّشبيه في شعر شعراء تتمّة اليتيمة لأبي منصور الثّعالبي، لبيان الصّورة التّشبيهيّة الّتي شكّلها هؤلاء الشّعراء في قصائدهم. فتناولتْ مفهوم التّشبيه عند مجموعة من علماء البلاغة، كالقيرواني، والجرجاني وضياء الدّين بن الأثير، والسّبكي، وغيرهم، ثم بيّنتْ أركانه، وفرّقتْ بين المجاز والتّشبيه والاستعارة والتّمثيل، وعرضتْ بعضًا من آراء البلاغيّين للتّفريق بينها، وتعرّضتْ للتّشبيه الحسّيّ والعقليّ، وناقشتْ التّشبيه المفرد والمركّب والصّورة الحسيّة.تميّزت أشعار التّتمّة بكثرة الشّواهد من التّشبيه المرسل المجمل فقد احتلّ المرتبة الأولى لكثرة شواهده الّتي تجاوزت التّسعين مثالاً، تلاه التّشبيه التّمثيليّ الّذي تجاوزت شواهده الثّمانين شاهدًا، تلاه التّشبيه البليغ الّذي تجاوز الأربعين شاهدًا، أمّا التّشبيه المرسل المفصّل فلم يتجاوز الأربعة عشر مثالاً، ثم التّشبيه الضّمني الّذي بلغ أحد عشر شاهدًا، ولكن لوحظ انعدام أمثلة التّشبيه المؤكّد المفصّل والتّشبيه المقلوب في شعر شعراء تتمّة اليتيمة.تتجّلى أهميّة هذا الموضوع في عدم تعرّض الباحثين له بالبحث والدّراسة، فلم يفردوا لكتاب اليتيمة أو للتّتمة دراسات علميّة متخصّصة- على حدّ علم الباحثة- كما أنّ موضوع التّشبيه من الأودية الأساسيّة في علم البلاغة، فهو الركيزة الأساسيّة والقاعدة لبعض مباحث علم البيان كالاستعارة.

Westerners (Unbelievers) are of the view that they are the inventers of Human Rights and they are the major protectors of human rights. This dissertation intend to buttress that the human rights originates from Islam since from the inception of the universe especially looking at the fair hearing given to our father Prophet Adam A. S. When he eats the forbidden tree in the paradise and the various messages sent to the various prophets of Allah (S.W.T) up to the last prophet Muhammad (S.A.W). All what it contain in the so-called Universal Declaration of Human Rights is nothing but a replicated of the Verses of the Holy Qur’an and the Hadith of Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) (Especially his last Sermon) with the exception of Article 16 and 18 that provide equal right in marriage and the right to change ones religion. Results; This dissertation revealed that, Universal Declaration of Human Rights is a carbon copy of Islamic Jurisprudence and Islamic Jurisprudence is the best Law ever made to be suitable to all human being in all the time come. We therefore recommend that, people should consider the declaration as a product of Islam Jurisprudence with the exception of section 16 and 18 and also know that Universal Declaration of Human Rights was drafted and endorsed in 1948 while the Holy Qur’an and Hadith of Holy Prophet were there 1400 years ago

Dans le cadre de cette thèse de magister nous nous sommes intéressés aux Groupes de Lie-Poisson. Nous avons commencé notre étude par l'introduction des variétés de Poisson, puis nous avons étudié les Groupes de Lie-Poisson en nous basant sur les travaux de V.G.Drinfel'd dans " Hamiltonian structures on Lie groups, Lie bialgebras, and the geomtric meaning of the classical Yang-Baxter equation, Soviet Math. Doklady 27(1) (1983), 68-71.", pour lesquels nous donnerons quelques unes de leurs remarquables propriétés en les illustrant par des exemples. On conclura cette thèse en exposant l'évolution des Groupes de Lie-Poisson; cela en généralisant le concept de Groupe de Lie-Poisson en définissant les Groupes de Dirac-Lie. Enfin, on exposera quelques résultats remarquables et récents sur les Groupes de Dirac-Lie en se basant sur les derniers travaux de A.AFFANE dans "Caracterization and existence of multiplicative Dirac structures, Novembre 2009." et C.Ortiz "Multiplicative Dirac structures on Lie groups, arXiv :0906.2373v1, 12 Jun 2009

Le but recherché par cette étude est le calcul ducoût de revient de la société CERAMIR où s’est déroulé notre stage pratique.En deuxième lieu, le document donne un aperçu sur un outil d’aide à la prise dedécision TOPSIS pour résoudre le problème du choix du fournisseur.

This study related to a very frequent pathology at the new-born babies has to know theictères. It aims at counting the frequency and the pathological state and therapeuticmeasurements have to undertake among patients.The study is carried out at 39 subjects of male sex and female concerning service ofmaternity and the childhood of - Lalla Kheira- site in Mostaganem. Tests of proportioning ofbilirubine, hématologic and immunological were carried out among patients.The etiology of the neonatal ictère is dominated at the premature subjects in 36% of thecases, the neonatal incompatibility foeto-nursery school in 30% of the cases and infections;with 10% of the cases.The neonatal ictère although it is often very banal, does not have therefore being neglectedbecause it can concern the varied etiologies and to have different meanings at the point tobecome pathological.
