The present research inquiries about teachers’ and students’ perceptions towards the influence of online video games on foreign language learners’ speaking abilities. Hence, it assumes that there are either positive or negative attitudes among both students and teachers about there relationship between the use of online video games and speaking skill improvement. In order to achieve the research objective and to test the research hypothesis, the qualitative method has been used. Additionally, data about teachers’ and students’ views and perspectives has been collected using two questionnaires; the first one was administered with forty (40) first year students who are enrolled in the department of English, University of 8 Mai 1945,Guelma, Algeria; while the second questionnaire has been conducted electronically via Google Forms with sixteen (16) teachers who teach in the same department. The results obtained showed that the majority of teachers and students hold positive attitudes towards the implementation of video games in order to develop learners’ oral proficiency. Therefore, it is recommended to use them and encourage more teachers and students to explore this new teaching method.

L'échantillonnage est effectué sur le territoire de la wilaya de Biskra, en suite les 5 isolats ont été isolés sur le milieu M17 .Les 5 isolats subis une recherche préliminaire protéolytique par la technique des spots, ces isolats identifiés présentent des formes coccis associées en diplocoques, tetracoques et en chainettes. La confirmation de leurs activités protéolytiques par méthode éléctrophoritique SDS-PAGE des protéines totales. Le polymorphisme génétique des souches a été apprécié par RAPD-PCR.Dendrogrammes construits en utilisant les diagrammes types des protéines totales et les fragments nucléiques des produits PCR, ont montrés une diversité génétique remarquable entre les espèces. Cette diversité peut utiliser comme source des souches impliquées dans le processus d'affinage de plusieurs variétés de fromage et d'amélioration le gout des produits laitiers.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم إطار نظري، يحدد ويعرف مختلف المفاهيم المتعلقة بالجودة في قطاع الخدمات، باعتبارها مدخل إداري حديث.حيث تكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة في معرفة دور جودة الخدمة الإلكترونية، بأبعادها المتمثلة في (سهولة الاستخدام، تصميم الموقع، سرعة الاستجابة، السرية والأمان، المعلومات، والتعاطف) في تحقيق رضا الزبون، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف فقد اعتمدت الدراسة على الأسلوب الوصفي لملاءمته لطبيعة الموضوع، فتم تصميم استبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات وتوزيعه على عينة الدراسة والمتمثلة في زبائن بريد المسيلة، والبالغ عددهم (83) استبيانا، وقد تم استخدام بعض الأساليب الإحصائية في برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية "26SPSS V" لعرض وتحليل نتائج الدراسة، ثم اختبار الفرضيات الموضوعة.وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر معنوي ذو دلالة إحصائية بين جودة الخدمة الإلكترونية وتحقيق رضا الزبون لبريد المسيلة.

Le massif de Beni Snouss se situe dans la partie orientale du horst de Ghar Roubane. Cette région est formée par le socle Paléozoïque et la couverture Mésozoïque séparée par une discordance majeure. Les formations géologiques qui affleurent dans la région sont d’âge Silurien, post Westphalien et Liasique représentées essentiellement par les Schistes, Granites et Calcaires. Les observations macroscopiques de la minéralisation et de son encaissant montre l existence de plusieurs textures distinctes à savoir texture massive, veinulée et bréchique. Le gisement de Beni Snouss comporte plusieurs filons à directions variables. La minéralisation de la barytine a une morphologie filonienne. L’étude microscopique présente une association minéralogique à barytine, galène, pyrite, chalcopyrite et marcassite suivi par des minéraux d’altérations.
