Transitional justice is sought by nations suffering from legacies of human rights violations. The field of transitional justice stands on four main pillars: truth seeking, criminal justice, reparations and guarantees of non-recurrence. It promotes utilizing legal and non-legal mechanisms to achieve a transition to democracy and the mechanisms employed must relate to, at least, one of its pillars. Truth is considered substantial for transitions to happen. Revealing the truth is believed to be essential for reconciliation and promoting peace. However, in various experiences the truth did not lead to reconciliation and was widely distorted. The approach of the transitional justice framework to truth is quite limited. It neglects the intrinsic nature of truth as a subjective product of power. Also, the transitional justice framework associates truth-seeking with the notion of the right to truth which happens to be legally vague and suffers from various gaps in its jurisprudence. Hence, the efforts of truth-seeking do not lead to the outcomes associated with it. In fact, the approach of transitional justice to truth is exclusive and opens the door for it to be manipulated by political powers to solidify their control over the people. This research deconstructs the notion of truth in transitional justice and analyzes the framework’s approach to truth. it deconstructs the notion of truth on different levels: legal, political and philosophical and criticizes the limitedness of the approach of transitional justice to truth.

Dans ce travail on a eu à répondre à un cahier de charges bien précis à savoir propose-rune solution pour décongestionner le processus de production en chaines des lames à scies.La réponse au cahier de charges a été faite en deux parties, une première partie c’estl’étude et l’appropriation du processus de fabrication des lames, et la deuxième partie c’estproposer une solution concrète et surtout la réaliser. C’est la réalisation du dispositif d’automatisation de l’opération de perçage des lames àlaquelle on est arrivé après étude du processus en entier de la chaine de production qui estl’objet de notre étude. Cette réalisation a été faite où J’ai effectué mon stage de courte durée au sein del’entreprise MOUSSAOUI, période durant laquelle l’idée d’automatiser cette opération agermé puis a muri en discutant avec le staff technique de l’entreprise. Un essai a été réalisé à l’issue de la conception réalisation du dispositif qui s’est avéré concluant.

Monoethanolamine is considered as a benchmark solvent in CO2 post-combustion capture process. Thermal degradation of Monoethanolamine is considered as one of the challenges in CO2 capture process, where it occurs in the solvent regeneration unit at a high temperature. Several consequences take place in the process due to this degradation such as decreasing the solvent capacity and generating undesirable byproducts. Thus, this study was done in order to identify the thermal degradation products, know the factors those influencing the thermal degradation and understand its mechanisms. An experimental work was conducted where different solutions of MEA concentrations (30wt% and 50wt% MEA) were loaded with CO2 and monitored under thermal degradation conditions for different time intervals. Each sample was analyzed in Gas Chromatography coupled with Flame-Ionized Detector (GC-FID) and the results were obtained by identifying the appeared peaks in the chromatogram and quantifying it. The main degradation products were identified and quantified using calibration curve method. The effect of the degradation time and the MEA initial concentration on MEA thermal degradation rate were examined by comparing MEA loss and degradation products generation between different MEA concentrations and between degradation intervals. The results showed that thermal degradation rate increased with increasing the MEA initial concentration as well as the degradation time. In addition, the main detected degradation products were 2-oxazolidone (OZD), 1-(2-hydroxyethyl) imidazolidone (HEIA) and N-(2-hydroxyethyl) ethylenediamine (HEEDA). Additional test was done to check the effect of MEA thermal degradation on the solution's viscosity. The results of this work on MEA thermal degradation could form the baseline case for thermal degradation of other solvents used in CO2 post-combustion capture process where the same experimental and analytical study could be followed to test the degradation of different amines.

شكلت الأسطورة مصدرا خاما، استقى منها الأدباء ونهلوا من وحيها وطعموا من خلالها أعمالهم الأدبية، وخصبوا رؤاهم الفنية على نحو فلسفي مصبوغ برؤى فنية حداثية.ومنه نلفي أسطورة الانبعاث عند أدونيس التي تعد غيضا من فيض أساطير لمس من خلالها الشاعر العربي المعاصر أطروحته المركزية الكامنة لشرعيته الفلسفية في بوتقة الوطن العربي، فهذه الأساطير عكست رغبة الشاعر العربي الجامحة في التعبير عما يختلجه من شعور باليأس والخنوع في ظل الأوضاع الاجتماعية المزرية التي ولدت من رحم الأنظمة السياسية المستبدة.ويعد الشاعر علي أحمد علي اسبر احد هؤلاء الشعراء الذين خاضوا غمار توظيف هاته الشخصيات الأسطورية وماترمز إليه متخذين منها مطية لنشد الخلاص والانبعاث المتجدد تعبيرا عن رفضهم لحالة الجماد والثبات اللامتناهية، والتي ظلت كاتمة على أنفاسهم لعقود طويلة.فتوظيف الرموز الأسطورية في المتن الشعري العربي المعاصر على اختلاف مشاربها وتعدد مسمياتها وتنوع تيماتها تمكنت بجدارة من تجسيد تطلعات الشاعر العربي المعاصر، وعكست بشفافية رؤاه الفنية والموضوعية باعتبارها وسيلة فنية تجمع في ذاتها بين التجربة الذاتية والتجربة الاجتماعية.ومنه نلفي جوهر البعث المتجدد، الذي نادى به الأدباء في مناحي مختلفة لنفض غبار الإهمال، ورفع ثقل الهوان عن كاهل الوطن الداخلي للأديب أولا وعن وطنه الأم الذي يحتويه ثانيا.
