L’objectif du mémoire est d’évaluer les différentes déformations des matériaux constituant lecorps du barrage et de mettre en évidences la présence ou pas de déformationsdifférentielles remettant en cause la fonction étanchéité du barrage.Plusieurs variantes liées à la conception des organes d’étanchéité ont été étudiées sur un casréel (barrage Ghrib, wilaya Ain Defla). Avec balance comparative visant à orienter lesconceptions futures de ce type de barrage.

Supply chain planning is a critical activity in the supply chain management strategy. Having smart work tools to develop concrete plans is a necessity in today's business world Demand forecasting plays an important role in many areas, including supply chain management and inventory management. In fact, inventory control and efficient inventory management are often based on forecasts that make it possible to estimate the demand, for weeks or even months in advance, and thus order the necessary amount.We present our project with a growing online retail platform, Stock&Buy, servicing hundreds of customers all over the world, as an example of how retailers can use the wealth of data to optimize supply chain and inventory decisions through demand forecasting. One of the main challenges of Stock&Buy is estimating demand for thousands of products exhibiting different underlying demand patterns (seasonality, intermittency, etc.)In practice, many quantitative and qualitative methods are used to forecast demand and minimize the forecasting error. Within this context, and in order to tackle Stock&Buy challenges, we provide a review of the theoretical framework and the state of the art related to demand forecasting, essentially time-series forecasting. We also propose demand-forecasting tool to estimate demand for different product variants, which are, for the most part, associated with intermittent and lumpy demand patterns, whereby only a handful of distinct product units are sold every day.

Lors des séismes dévastés, l’état est toujours presser de faire une enquête sur les dégâts observés et d’estimer le degré d’endommagement afin de faire sortir un plan de gestion de risque sur toute la région touchée.Suite le dernier séisme de BOUMERDES l’an 2003, il a été constaté que le système structurel ayant le plus souffert est le portique auto stable. Les autres systèmes tels que le système voile, le système mixte, ont montré une très bonne résistance sismique aussi bien en zone épicentrale qu’en zone relativement loin de l’épicentre. Cependant, il a été constaté que sur un même site, certains bâtiments ou maisons individuelles, construits avec ce même système, n’ont subi aucun dommage alors que le reste des constructions se sont complètement effondrées.Le but de ce travail est une diagnostique du Pathologie sismique et mode de ruines des différents systèmes de construction sous un chargement donné et d’expliquer les causes essentielles de la défaillance du comportement du système portique auto stable

Oxidative degradation of lipids is a major factor limiting the shelf life of foods. The free radical reaction of lipid peroxidation is generally responsible for the deterioration of lipid containing foods. Spices and some herbs have received increased attention as sources of many effective antioxidants. This study aimed to know the effect of essential oils, extracted from coriander, on the thermal oxidative stability of sunflower oil at ambient temperature with light exposure. Coriander fruits were collected from farms located in South Shendi area. The oil was extracted by steam distillation process. the yield was 2%w/w. Then GC-MS were used to determine the chemical profile of coriander oil which revealed that the coriander fruits oil contains 104 compounds in which (97.3%) were; monoterpens, Diterpenes, sesquiterpenes, aldehydes, alcohols, phenols, acids and esters. A blend of sunflower and 10%v/v coriander essential oil was prepared. the thermal stability of this blend was examined based on its chemical properties(peroxide value, acid value, saponification value and free fatty acid). Pure sunflower oil and the blend were subjected to heating for different period of time. The study showed that the coriander extract had a positive effect the thermal stability of the blend compared to the pure sunflower oil. The study attributed this influence on the reduction of the chemical oxidative idics due to the presence of plenty of antioxidant in coriander oil such as monoterpens and sesquiterpenes the. main reason for the occurrence of sunflower oil. It could be concluded that, coriander oil are promising as natural antioxidants to reduce the content of primary and secondary oxidation products during heating of sunflower oil.

Un projet est un processus unique, qui consiste en un ensemble d activités coordonnées et maîtrisées comportant des dates de début et de fin, entrepris dans le but d atteindre un objectif conforme à des exigences spécifiques telles que des contraintes de délais, de coûts et de qualité. La qualité c est l amour du travail bien fait ; littérairement ; mais cette notion isolée s impose toujours comme complexe dans les esprits des différents acteurs du projet (MOA, MOE, Entreprise, Chef de projet, Client…etc.). Le domaine de construction nécessite un langage plus professionnel que d autres. La conduite opérationnelle du projet est la démarche dont les différentes personnes physiques ou morales s’appuient sur elle. L’une de ses branches principales est le management de la qualité architecturale. Il est la mission de tous ! Il est pour objectif à développer les compétences au sein de toute l organisation. La qualité urbaine est un processus qu il faut le prendre en considération, un processus accidenté et très long. Les clients vont découvrir le projet de l extérieur plus que l intérieur. Une technique récemment planifiée par des architectes, urbanistes et paysagistes français nous résume les 14 cibles de la haute qualité environnementale en 8 principes très pratiques, sous le nom de La qualité environnementale du bâtiment/ QEB . Le designer et le paysagiste sont des acteurs de valeur majeure dans la réalisation de la construction. La culture c est tout ce qui reste quand on a tout oublié disait Edouard Herriot au début du siècle précédent. Derrière ce paradoxe se cache une idée simple : on ne cherche pas à se cultiver pour accumuler une masse de connaissances, mais pour acquérir une formation intellectuelle et morale. Ceci est vrai pour la culture en général mais encore plus pour la culture qualité. La qualité architecturale et environnementale sont des démarches très essentielles pour la réalisation de n’importe quel type de construction. On a essayé d’enchainer toutes ces notions de qualité avec la culture par un tunnel virtuel qui se marie sous le titre de Un centre de culture à la croisée du savoir .

يعدّ المجال اللّغوي مجالا رحبا متشعّبا بالدّراسة والبحث، باعتبار اللّغة المحرّك الأساس للعلوم أجمع، والتي تتشكّل من جملة الوحدات المكوّنة للجملة العربيّة في تركيبها الفصيح، إلّا أنّ هذه السّمة أصبحت نادرة حيث قلّ استعمال اللّغة العربيّة الفصحى في مجالات عديدة يشهدها الواقع العربي عامة، والواقع الجزائري خاصة، ومن هنا جاءت رغبتنا في دراسة إحدى القضايا البارزة في الإطار اللّغوي العربي وهي العربيّة الفصحى في وسائل الإعلام، حيث اعتمدنا على إحدى القنوات التي لاقت الآلاف من المشاهدات وهي الشّروق تيفي من خلال حصّة خطّ أحمر، لنكون أقرب إلى الواقع الاستعمالي للّغة الفصحى في الوسط الجزائري، فهذا البحث قد تناول في مضمونه قضايا لغويّة مختلفة من ازدواجيّة لغويّة وتعدّد لغوي وغيرها من الظّواهر اللّغويّة وأثرها على الفصحى، والتي سعينا من خلالها لبيان الواقع الذي تمرّ به اللّغة العربيّة عامة بين الاستعمال والتّداول لنجيب عن الإشكاليّة المطروحة في هذا الإطار.
