تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استجلاء قيمة المفارقة في مقالات عمر طاهر كونها واحدة من أهم تقانات النص الأدبي الحديث، وقد اتبعت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يساعدنا على الوصول إلى تفسيرات منطقية لها دلائل وبراهين تمنح الباحث القدرة على وضع أطر محددة لاستنتاج الدلائل.وقد سار البحث في مقدمة وتمهيد وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة، حيث بدأ بمقدمة جاءت فيها أهميته ، وأسباب اختيار الموضوع، ومنهج البحث، وأهداف الدراسة، والدراسات السابقة.وقد تناولت الباحثة في التمهيد المفهوم اللغوي والاصطلاحي للمفارقة، مع تحديد نظرة الفلاسفة والنقاد لهذه المسألة التي اختلفت آراؤهم فيها وتباينت وتعددت بتعدد المناهج، وخرجت من هذا المدخل الخلافي بالوقوف على مصطلحي التناقض والسخرية ( IRONY- PARADOX)، وإن كان في هذا الاختلاف والتنوع فائدة كبيرة لما فيها من إثراء وتوضيح لمفهوم المفارقة.تناولت الباحثة في الفصل الأول المفارقة وروافدها عند عمر طاهر، وقسمتها إلى ثلاثة مباحث، فكان المبحث الأول وقوفا على مصطلحات حملت دلالات من المفارقة، أما المبحث الثاني فكان عن المفارقة في الأدب العربي المعاصر، والمبحث الثالث جاء عرضا لجوانب من حياة الكاتب ودورها في تشكيل وروافد المفارقة عنده وقد قسمت هذه الروافد إلى روافد داخلية وروافد خارجية، وقمت بتوضيح كل رافد منها في حياة هذا الكاتب.وفي الفصل الثاني، درست الباحثة أنواع المفارقة في مقالات عمر طاهر، من خلال ثلاثة مباحث. المبحث الأول كشفت المفارقة اللفظية وقوة العلاقة بين المفارقة وبعض الأساليب البلاغية كأسلوب النقش الغائر وأسلوب الإبراز.وجاء المبحث الثاني للحديث عن المفارقة السياقية صاحبة القدرة على الإلمام بكل ما يدور حولها من مواقف وأفكار بشكل غامض يحتاج إلى استنباط للوصول إلى المراد وقد تم تقسيمها إلى عدة هي ( الدرامية، والأحداث، والرومانسية، والسقراطية، وأخيرًا الساخرة) .وقد خصص المبحث الثالث لدرجات المفارقة التي كانت عبارة عن سلم الارتفاع الذي من خلاله تم كشف ما وراء هذه المفارقة من دلالات.وأما الفصل الثالث فقد استجلت الباحثة فيه تقانات المفارقة من خلال أربعة مباحث، المبحث الأول موسوم بعنوان تقانات العنونة التي أظهرت مفارقة العنوان في مقالات عمر طاهر على نوعين وهما المفارقة بحسب تصنيف العنوان والمفارقة بحسب تصنيف نوعه، وقد قسمت كل منها إلى أنواع تناولتها بالتفصيل.وفي المبحث الثاني تناولت الباحثة تقانات الاستهلال والخوايتم من خلال أنواعهما وأشكالهما المتحققة، في حين جاء المبحث الثالث ليقدم التقانات التصويرية في المفارقة، وأكثر الصور تداولًا في مقالات عمر طاهر.أما المبحث الرابع فكان للتقانات الأسلوبية على مستوى اللغة سواء مفردات أو تراكيب، والأساليب المستخدمة.وقد توصلت الباحثة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن المفارقة في مقالات عمر طاهر قد أسس من خلالها حاضنة توثيقية تاريخية لأحداث ثورة مصر 2011، إذ كشف من خلالها تناقضات المجتمع، وصراعاته، ومراكز القوى التي كانت تقتاد من قوت الشعب المصري، كذلك كانت المفارقة عند عمر طاهر تتأسس على السخرية من الواقع ومن الذات ومن الآخر، كما أنها مثلت بنية متكاملة على المستوى النصي.أما عن أهم التوصيات التي خرجت بها الباحثة فكانت توجيه الباحثين إلى دراسة المقالة بكل أشكالها، ودراسة المفارقة بالمناهج النقدية الحديثة لما لها من أهمية في تفسير النصوص وتوضيحها.

الرسالة عبارة عن محطة جد حساسة من تاريخ تونس ( 1883 - 1939 ) ، كما أنها تتضمن جانبا هو من أهم الجوانب التي راعت عليها سلطات الحماية الفرنسية على تونس ، ونعني بها التعليم بأبعاده التربوية والسياسية ، لماله من دور خطير في التمكين للإستثمار ، و اقصاء لأصالة المنطقة ، من خلال محاربة كل ماهو شرقي ، و العمل على إنجاح كل ماهو غربي إلى جانب ذلك أهم ردود الفعل التونسية سواء كانت شعبية ، أو نخبوية .

Impact de Parlatoria blanchardi sur les rendements de quelques variétés des dattes dans une région saharienneL’étude du taux d’infestation dus aux cochenilles blanches Parlatoria blanchardi (Homoptera, Diaspididae) sur trois variétés de dattes de Phoenix dactylifera (Deglet Nour, Deglet Beida et Ghars) a été réalisé dans l’exploitation de l’université Kasdi Merbah de Ouargla (ex I.T.A.S) du mois d’octobre (2014) jusqu’au mois d’avril (2015). En effet, dans deux biotopes (entretenu A1et non entretenu C2) et selon les quatre orientations, il a été constaté que la variété la plus infestée est Deglet Nour avec des moyen qui fluctuent entre (22,1 et 22,4) individus /cm2 . En fonction des quatre points cardinaux, le degré d'infestation les plus élevés est noté dans le secteur C2 soit au niveau de l’orientation Est (28, 0 individus /cm2) et Nord (32,3 individus /cm2)). Par contre, on a mentionné une légère infestation au niveau du secteur A1 exactement dans l’orientation Est (35, 4 individus /cm2) et celle du Nord 24, 9 (individus /cm2). En effet. Cette répartition de population de cochenille est liée aux facteurs suivant: le biotope, le drain et la toilette du palmier dattier. Le degré d’infestation compris entre les classes (0,5 Ŕ 1) n’a pas une influence important sur le rendement de dattier. Les rendements sont considérés comme acceptables pour le secteur C2 et bon pour le secteur A2.Impact of Parlatoria blanchardi on the outputs of some varieties of dates in a Saharan areaThe study of the rates of infestation due to the white cochineals Parlatoria blanchardi (Homoptera, Diaspididae) on three varieties of dates of Phoenix will dactylifera (Deglet Nour, Deglet Beida and Ghars) was carried out in the exploitation of the university Kasdi Merbah de Ouargla (ex I.T.A.S) of October (2014) until April (2015). Indeed, in two biotopes (maintained A 1 and not maintained C 2) and according to four orientations', it was noted that the most infested variety is Deglet Nour with means which fluctuate between (22,1 and 22,4) individuals/cm 2. According to the four cardinal points, the degree of infestation highest is noted in the sector C 2 is on the level of the orientation Is (28, 0 individuals/cm 2) and North (32,3 individuals/cm 2)). On the other hand, one mentioned a light infestation on the level of the A1 sector exactly in the orientation Is (35, 4 individuals/cm 2) and that of North 24, 9 (individuals/cm 2).. This distribution of population of cochineal is related to the factors according to: the biotope, the drain and the toilet of the date palm. The degree of infestation ranging between the classes (0,5 Ŕ 1) does not have an influence significant on the output of date palm. The outputs are regarded as acceptable for the sector C 2 and good for sector A 2.

This paper studies the impact of a paternity leave provision on the labor market outcomes of parents. We exploit the 2002 French reform which entitled fathers to eleven consecutive days of leave. Prior to that, fathers were only entitled to three days as agreed upon by the Code of Work. Using a regression discontinuity design, we find a negative impact on fathers’ earnings. The effect is highly significant and robust. On average, employed fathers experience a 3.3 percent decrease in their earnings as a result of the paternity leave. The effect is heterogeneous; our findings suggest that more educated fathers experience a larger decrease in their earnings relative to less educated fathers. Moreover, there is some evidence of an increase in the employment (versus unemployment) of fathers and this increase is mainly captured for the sample of less educated fathers.

Depuis quelques années, un nouveau métier a fait son entrée aux HôpitauxUniversitaires tel que celui de Genève : Itinéraire Patient manager (IP manager). Ceprofessionnel a pour mission de planifier la trajectoire suivie par les patients au sein de l’hôpital.Autrement dit, il s’agit pour lui d’optimiser la durée des hospitalisations et d’aider les médecinset les infirmiers à anticiper leurs transferts et sorties. Une autre façon de réduire les dépensesen milieu hospitalier est de fluidifier le parcours du patient, en facilitant son accès aux soins eten contribuant activement à leurs qualités.L’objectif de ce mémoire, est d’informatiser le dossier de soin d’un patient qui fait partieintégrante du système d’information de l’hôpital. Cet outil permettra d’améliorer la qualité dessoins et la prise en charge efficiente des patients et la rationalisation des ressources deshôpitaux.

Two emerging architectures are opening up new opportunities in distributed network architectures. The first one is the feasibility of optical fibers that can offer enormous bandwidth. The second one is the availability of real-time tunable transceivers. Suitable architectures are needed to utilize these potential technologies. In this thesis design of multi-channel network architectures (for local and metropolitan area networks) is considered. The connectivity that represents the way station's transmitters and receivers are tuned to different bands is the virtual topology of the multi-channel network architecture. Further the tunability of transceivers permits the virtual topology to be updated in response to changing traffic patterns. The large scale design of multi-channel network architecture addresses a number of problems: the design of physical and virtual topologies, and the assignment of traffic flows to channels i.e., optimal routing. In this thesis these problems are formally proposed and solved. Main focus is on the virtual topology design problem that maximizes the sum of total traffic flow and minimum channel flow. Using the optimization technique of genetic algorithms, the virtual topology design problem has been solved. The results obtained are encouraging in the sense that they are near optimal. Design of a distributed heuristic for virtual topology design problem is also discussed. A methodology for the design of multi-channel network architectures is devised. Finally observations with the genetic (optimization) algorithm are discussed and continuing efforts in this area are outlined.
