. Le travail que nous avons réalisé porte sur l’enseignement à distance de la production écrite. Et pour vérifier l’efficacité et l’importance de ce thème nous avons choisi deux types de collectes de données, un questionnaire ( destiné aux enseignants ) et une expérimentation (destinée aux apprenants ) .Nous sommes arrivées après ces deux méthodes que l’enseignement à distance de la production écrite est réussi à aider quelques apprenants à faire leur activité tandis qu’il n’est pas réussi à être utile pour autres apprenants.

تناول البحث أثر معتقد الديانات الشرقية في الرسوم المتحركة للأطفال، وهدف إلى التركيز على كشف واستخراج ما تحتويه الرسوم المتحركة خاصة الأنمي من معتقدات ديانات شرقية، والتي تمثلت فيتعدد الآلهة، تناسخ الأرواح، إحياء الأموات، التجسيم، السحر، أيضا ما يسمى الكارما و النيرفانا،وذلك من خلال دراسة وتحليل عنوانين من الرسوم المتحركة الأنمي "ناروتو" و "آفاتار"، ونقدهم بالعقيدة الإسلامية الصحيحة، وخلصت النتائج إلى أن هذه الرسوم المتحركة الوافدة إلينا من بيئات لا تتوافق مع بيئتنا ومعتقداتنا، تشكل خطرا كبيرا على عقيدة أطفالنا وقيمهم الدينية، فهي تلقن لهم قيما ستبقى مدى العمر، وتشكل لهم في اللاواعي صورة عن كيفية التعامل مع الحياة، وهي في 􀂷 راسخة في أذهان إلى الإلحاد. 􀁍 أغلبها تتناقض كلية مع عقيدة التوحيد، قد تؤدي بهم إلى الإلحاد

Dans ce mémoire, l’objectif est de prouver que l’application des principes du développement durable dans la planification urbaine permet non seulement d’améliorer cette dernière, mais aussi de résoudre les problèmes de la ville contemporaine pour la rendre plus durable pour ces habitants. Cette hypothèse reste à vérifier, pour ce faire, nous avons procédécomme suit : on a fait ressortir et analyser les indicateurs susceptibles d’évaluer la durabilité urbaine, parmi ces indicateurs on a choisit la mobilité urbaine.En prenant comme exemple le transport urbain dans la ville de Blida, en se basant sur les trois indicateurs fondamentaux de la mobilité durable (Moyens de transport, Infrastructure de transport, Gestion des transports) ; et après constat et évaluation de la situation actuelle dans ce domaine, nous somme arrivé à la conclusion suivante : la non durabilité des transports danscette ville. Forte heureusement un changement va s’opérer par la nouvelle politique urbaine et les stratégies du transport adoptées par l’Etat. Dans ce sens, les autorités de la ville de Blida ont tracé un plan de transport et un plan d’action et envisagent d’oeuvrer pour améliorer ce secteur afin de lui assurer une mobilité urbaine durable. Ainsi de grands projets et études sont en cours de réalisation (les gares routière multimodales, stations urbaines, les parkings à étage, le tramway et les lignes d’autobus). Ces projets refléteront un des aspects de la durabilité urbaine de la ville. Quant aux autres aspects (L’Habitat, La Gestion des Déchets…) restent à vérifier et peuvent être d’autres axes d’études.Enfin l’objectif de ce mémoire est d’affirmer que l’urba.

The aim of this research is to survey, study, understand and contribute to the concept of calculating the probability of a specific feature being in any finite group G, using the regular mathematical definition of probability. This concept is a new trend that connects group theory and probability theory to help solve some problems in group theory. We will study the concept of calculating the probability in any finite group G for the following features: commute of two elements in group G, the non-abelian tensor product for two elements in G when it is equal to the identity element of G,the non-abelian exterior product for two elements in G when it is equal to the identity element ofG, and choosing a particularp-block B with respect to the chosen prime numberp. Lastly, a new equivalent theorem will be established that calculates the probability of commute of two elementsin group G by using the concept of structure constants. Examples of the new theorem will be provided.

L’un des objectifs actuels dans le domaine de la recherche est l’amélioration ducomportement non linéaire des structures en béton armé lors des séismes majeur.L’insuffisance des méthodes simplifiées (Méthode statique équivalente, analyse modalespectrale), pousse à l’utilisation de méthodes plus robusteet plus fiable pour l’évaluation desstructures mixtes soumises au chargement séismique,dans ce projet la méthode push over estadoptée.Lors de cette étude, deux techniques de modélisation sontadoptées : la modélisationmultifibre pour la représentation des éléments poutres et la modélisation multicouche pour lesvoiles. Afin de juger la performance sismique des constructions à contreventement mixte, uneétude des niveaux de déformations des fibres et des couches (dans les portiques et les voilesrespectivement) est réalisée en analysant deux structures à contreventement mixte. Le point deperformance de chaque structure est déterminé en tenant compte du niveau d’accélération(ADQxg) dicté par le RPA99 v2003. Les résultats de l’analyse non linéaire sont obtenus aupoint de performance et à 150% du déplacement cible, en tenant compte de l’effet cyclique del’excitation sismique.One of the current objectives in the field of research is to improve the nonlinear behavior ofreinforced concrete structures during major earthquakes. The insufficiency of the simplifiedmethods (equivalent static method, spectral modal analysis), pushes to the use of more robustand more reliable methods for the evaluation of the mixed structures subjected to the seismicloading, in this project the push-over method is adopted. In this study, two modelingtechniques are adopted: multi-fiber modeling for the representation of beam elements andmulti-layer modeling for sails. In order to judge the seismic performance of mixed bracingconstructions, a study of the deformation levels of fibers and layers (in gantries and sailsrespectively) is performed by analyzing two structures with mixed bracing. The performancepoint of each structure is determined by taking into account the acceleration level (ADQxg)dictated by the RPA99 v2003. The results of the nonlinear analysis are obtained at the point ofperformance and at 150% the target displacemen, taking into account the cyclic effect of theseismic excitation.

ملخص: يقوم العمل الروائي على مجموعة من العناصر التي تتداخل فيما بينها، حتى يستوي كيانا روائيا قائما بذاته، وحتى وإن تفاوتت الأهمية بين هذه العناصر، بل لعله العمود الفقري لأي رواية، على اعتبار أن لا رواية بدون أحداث. ومن هذا المنطق فإننا انطلقنا من إشكالية مفادها:كيف يتم بناء الحدث في رواية حنين بالنعناع، وما هي الأبعاد الجمالية لإستراتيجية هذا البناء؟ وهو الهدف الذي سعينا للإجابة عنه خلال هذا البحث.

The present study attempted to investigate some discoursal elements in the seniors’ writing at An-Najah National University. It aimed at answering the following questions:1. Do the English seniors’ at An-Najah National University apply the discoursal elements (Coherence, Thesis Statement, Organization and Order, and Wording) when writing essays in English?2. Are there statistically significant differences due to gender at An-Najah University in the application of the discoursal elements, particularly: Coherence, Thesis Statement, Organization and Order, and Wording?3. Are these elements equally problematic to students at An-Najah University, or do some elements pose more difficulties than others? The population of the study consisted of all English seniors at An-Najah National University (43 students) in the academic year 2001-2002.The students were attending an advanced English course. The researcher used means, percentages and standard deviations in order to answer the above -mentioned questions at (ά=0, 05) level of significance. The findings of the study were:1. English majors at An-Najah National University were able to apply the thesis statement and wording in a good way. However, they failed to apply organization and order and coherence.2. There were no statistically significant differences between males and females with respect to the aforementioned scales of written discourse.3. The element of coherence was the most problematic to the students; the element of thesis statement was the least problematic. On the basis of the results of the study, the researcher recommended that further writing courses as well as special courses on contrastive linguistics help to improve students’ performance and achievement in writing English.
