ملخص الدراسةهدفت هذه الدراسة التعرّف إلى العلاقة بين القيادة التحويلية لمديري المدارس الأساسية في مديرية تربية وتعليم الخليل والصلابة النفسية للمعلمين من وجهة نظرهم. وتكوّن مجتمّع الدراسة من جميع معلّمي المدارس الأساسية الحكوميّة ومعلماتها في مديرية تربية وتعليم الخليل، والبالغ عددهم (1657) معلّمًا ومعلّمةً، منهم (493) معلماً و(1164) مُعلّمةً. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفيّ الارتباطيّ، وطورت استبانةً مكونةً من ثلاثة أقسام: القسم الأول يتعلّق بالبيانات الشّخصيّة، والقسم الثاني خاص بالقيادة التحويلية، والقسم الثالث خاص بالصلابة النفسية للمعلمين، وتكونت عيّنة الدراسة من (400) معلّمٍ ومعلّمةٍ من معلّمي المدارس الأساسية الحكوميّة ومعلماتها في تربية الخليل، جرى اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية.وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى ممارسة مديري المدارس الأساسية في مديرية تربية وتعليم الخليل للقيادة التحويلية جاء بدرجة متوسطة، بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.30)، وأن مستوى الصلابة النفسية لدى معلمي المدارس الأساسية في مديرية تربية وتعليم الخليل من وجهة نظرهم جاء بدرجة متوسطة، بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.45).وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية ودالة إحصائيةً بين القيادة التحويلية ومجالاتها لدى مديري المدارس الأساسية في مديرية تربية وتعليم الخليل والصلابة النفسية ومجالاتها للمعلمين، حيث بلغ معامل الارتباط للعلاقة بينهما (0.666).كما توصلت إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين القيادة التحويلية ومجالاتها لدى مديري المدارس الأساسية والصلابة النفسية ومجالاتها للمعلمين من وجهة نظرهم وبين فئات متغيرات: (النوع الاجتماعي للمعلم، سنوات الخبرة في التدريس، المؤهل العلمي، والتخصص).وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق في العلاقة الارتباطية بين القيادة التحويلية ومجالاتها لمديري المدارس الأساسية في مديرية تربية وتعليم الخليل والصلابة النفسية للمعلمين من وجهة نظرهم وبين فئات متغير النوع الاجتماعي للمعلم، ولصالح الذكور، وفئات متغير سنوات الخبرة في التدريس، لصالح الذين سنوات خبرتهم في التدريس (5-10 سنوات)، و(أكثر من 10 سنوات)، ومتغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح الذين مؤهلهم العلمي (بكالوريوس)، و(بكالوريوس + دبلوم)، و(ماجستير فأعلى).بينما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق في العلاقة الارتباطية بين القيادة التحويلية لمديري المدارس الأساسية في مديرية تربية وتعليم الخليل والصلابة النفسية للمعلمين من وجهة نظرهم وبين فئات متغير التخصص (علمي، أدبي).وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة، أوصى الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: عقد لقاءات دورية بين المديرين والمعلمين؛ لمنحهم المزيد من الثقة للتغلب على معوقات العمل، ووضع برامج إرشادية تهدف إلى رفع مستوى الصلابة النفسية لدى المعلمين من أجل رفع درجة قدرتهم على التعامل مع المواقف الضاغطة.الكلمات المفتاحية: القيادة التحويلية، الصلابة النفسية، علاقة ارتباطية، مدراء المدارس، مديرية تربية وتعليم الخليل، فلسطين

في خضم أدب الرحلات تتعدد الموضوعات ، وتتنوع أغراض الرحلات وأشكالها، ويحصل الاختلاف أو الائتلاف بين الشكل والمضمون ، حيث يتوضع أدب الرحلات بين الخيال والواقع وقد تكون الرحلات حقيقية دينية كالرحلة السماوية الأولى الإسراء و المعراج، وقد تكون خيالية أو خارقة للعادة معبرة عن الإحساس الداخلي فهي فوق مقدرة الناس العاديين على إدراكها بحواسهم فصلاً عن إدراكها بخيالهمً ، فتكون معجزةً محيرةً لهم وفي هدا الإطار رحلتين من نوع خاص في إطار دراسة مقارنة صرحت فانه لأول مرة نحس أننا ندرس الأدب المقارن في شقه التطبيقي لذلك كانت مادة غنية بالمعرفة علي مستويين نعتقد إنهما مهمين علي درجة كبيرة علي المستوي التراثي من جهة حيث إننا وقفنا عند هرم من أهرام الفلسفة العربية وكذلك الانفتاح على الآخر باعتباره يشكل محورا رئيسيا داخل الأدب المقارن وقد انطلقنا في البداية من مجموعة من التمثلات الشائعة حول علاقة الكوميديا الإلهية برسالة الغفران والتي مفادها أن دانتي نسج الكوميديا الإلهية علي ضوء رسالة الغفران ثم انتقلنا بعد ذلك إلى بناء مجموعة من الفرضيات العلمية من قبيل هل يمكن القول إن المعري أول من اكتشف وصف العالم الآخر انطلاقا من رحلة عجائبية والي أي حد يمكن القول إن دانتي قد توصل برسالة الغفران وماهي أوجه التشابه والاختلاف بين هده النصوص من حيث المبنى والمعنى.والحقيقة أنّ تنوّع الأساليب وتداخلها ضمن النّسيج السّرديّ، جعل الكثير يحار في تجنيس الرّسالة، ففي حين اتّفق الجُلُّ على أنّها ليست رسالة بالمعنى الاصطلاحيّ، عدّها البعض قصّة ، في حين عدّها آخرون شكلاً من أشكال الرّواية ونزعت طائفةٌ ثالثة إلى إدراجها تحت فنّ المسرحيّة بسبب غناها بالحوار، والتّقسيمات إلى مشاهد.

There are several synthetic treatments used to cure diabetes. However these treatments have some undesirable effects. Thus, there was an increasing effort in searching for plants possessing anti-diabetic activity with fewer side effects. The present study was conducted to evaluate the anti-diabetic and antioxidants effects of two Omani edible wild plants: Pteropyrum scoparium (Sidaf) and Oxalis corniculata (Muhammad) or their mixture in streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic rats. Sprague Dawely male rats (n=37) weighing (250-300 g) were divided into five groups; first group: control non-diabetic rats (n=9), second group: control diabetic rats (n=7), third group: diabetic rats treated with Pteropyrum scoparium (n=7), fourth group: diabetic rats treated with Oxalis corniculata (n=7) and fifth group: diabetic rats treated with a mixture of Pteropyrum scoparium and Oxalis corniculata (n=7). Diabetes was induced by a single intraperitoneal injection of STZ (50 mg/kg body weight). Animals were given the plant treatment by oral gavage at 5 ml once a week for a period of 8 weeks. The results reported that the STZ-induced diabetic group exhibited significant (p0.05) on the final body weight, fasting blood glucose, cellular antioxidants markers and histopathology of pancreas of diabetic rats. The study established that there was no synergistic effect of Pteropyrum scoparium and Oxalis corniculata on STZ-induced diabetes and oxidative stress. Further research is needed to investigate the dose and time-dependent attributes of Pteropyrum scoparium and/or Oxalis corniculata in diabetic rats and to identify the bioactive ingredients of the two plants. Consequently, much effort is required to explore more Omani wild plants for their health benefits and bertanda medical uses.

إن عملية تقييم الأداء الإستراتيجي تؤدي دورا هاما في المؤسسات الاقتصادية حيث تعتبر من المواضيع الهامة نتيجة للتغيرات الحاصلة في البيئة الداخلية والخارجية ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة لابد من تقييم أدائها فيتم ذلك من خلال دمج المقاييس المالية وغير المالية ويتحقق هذا بتطبيق ما يعرف ببطاقة الأداء المتوازن التي تتضمن أربع محاور (المحور المالي، محور العملاء، محور العمليات الداخلية ومحور التعلم والنمو).تتضمن هذه الدراسة تقييم الأداء الإستراتيجي بإستخدام بطاقة الأداء المتوازن فتم التطرق إلى هذه الدراسة عبر ترتيب منهجي متسلسل وبالتالي التعرف على الأداء الإستراتيجي وتقييمه والتطرق إلى بطاقة الأداء المتوازن، ثم في الإطار التطبيقي تمت محاولة الإسقاط العملي للجانب النظري المذكور من خلال القيام بالدراسة ميدانية لشركة التأمينات الجزائرية (CAAT)، أيم تم الإعتماد على دراسة تطبيقية بالمؤسسة لإبراز دور بطاقة الأداء المتوازن في تقييم الأداء الإستراتيجي لها.

Ce travail de Magister s'inscrit dans le domaine du Traitement Automatique de la Parole (TAP) et plus particulièrement dans la Reconnaissance Automatique du Locuteur (RAL). Cette dernière a plusieurs axes de recherche, tels que : l'indexation Automatique du Locuteur (InAL), l'identification Automatique du Locuteur (IAL), la Vérification Automatique du Locuteur (VAL), etc. Nous avons mis l'accent sur la VAL en mode dépend du texte. Pour cela, nous avons utilisé un corpus comprenant des mots prononcés par des locuteurs arabophones et enregistrés dans un milieu ambiant sous forme Wav. La majorité des systèmes actuels de la VAL, sont basés sur le Modèle de Mélange de Gaussiennes (GMM) en utilisant une méthode (ML). Cette méthode est largement utilisée à cause de sa simplicité et sa traçabilité mathématique, cependant, elle mènera généralement à un modèle sous optimal pour tous les modèles initiaux arbitraires choisis. Pour pallier à cette limitation, nous proposons un algorithme hybride (AG-ML) pour la modélisation du locuteur basée sur les GMM. Nous avons appliqué les Algorithmes Génétiques (AG) à l'apprentissage du locuteur pour vérifier son identité en raison de leurs capacités concernant les problèmes d'optimisation les plus compliqués. Nous avons utilisé la réestimation ML comme un opérateur heuristique pour améliorer la vitesse de convergence de l'AG.Les Taux de Reconnaissance (TR) sont égaux à 98%, ceux-ci montrent que le la méthode hybride AG-ML proposée est meilleure que celle de l‟estimation traditionnelle ML dans la modélisation du locuteur basée sur les GMM.

The broad objective of this research is to enhance greening of the national capital throughadoption of tree planting in its different forms among which is forestry cooperative.Forestry cooperative of EL Dom Agricultural Cooperative (El Dom Village, north Aljillycity, Khartoum North) was selected as study case to highlight cooperative forestry. Twotypes of data were used in this research namely; primary and secondary data. Thesecondary data was collected from the archive of the Forests National Corporation(FNC), El Dom Agricultural Cooperative and relevant studies carried on the study area.The main findings of the research are; adoption of forestry cooperative interventioncontributed to diversification of sources of income where women and children becomeindulged in the activity of tree planting with reasonable incentive. The intervention offorestry cooperative in the study area is autonomous (locally driven), where some elitesproposed the activity and realized by the El Dom Agriculture Cooperation. Afterestablishment, (FNC) contributed to the success of the intervention through provision ofseedlings and technical know-how. The villagers perceive the benefits of the forestcooperative differently. Among the benefits of the forestry cooperative, as perceive bythe respondents, are; great diversification of agricultural crops (provision of improveseeds), diversification of income, provision of social services (maintenance of schoolsand health care centre), provision of simple agricultural tools, and consolidation of socialrelations among the villagers. These benefits coincide with the objective behind whichthe forestry cooperative was established. The respondents perceived the participation ofthe villagers differently, but the majority (56%) assessed the participation as fair.Women and children participation is limited to seedlings rearing and irrigation. TheVforestry cooperative is managed through elected committee consists of five members, andthe committee works under the umbrella of ELdoom Agricultural Cooperative.The main services and products provided by the forestry cooperative are; provision ofgrazing areas for the livestock, provision of round timber, and protection of agriculturalfields against wind erosion. The entire interviewed sample accentuated the sustainabilityof the activity and its expansion through inclusion of all bare areas within the agriculturalcooperative not suitable for conversion to agricultural land. There are some measures ofrisk and constraints confronting the activity of forestry cooperative, namely; lack ofgovernmental commitment towards the activity, lack of enough forestry experience(technical know-how), irregular supply of electricity, and low level of participation.There are no systematic extensionists' visits to the study area.The study arrived to sound conclusions, some of them are; there are some conditions forthe membership of forestry cooperative according to which the local people becomeentitled to join the cooperative. The main aim of the forestry cooperative is to maximizeincome generation from the association through addressing forestry activities, as well asthe protection of the agricultural lands against wind erosion and increasing agriculturalcrops productivity. The level of participation lag far beyond the ambition and thedrawbacks is represented in the assignment of the activities on certain group. Lack oftraining for sake of dissemination of information or transfer of technical know-how. Themain recommendations drawn are; the importance of governmental commitment to theactivity and provision of extension services on systematic basis.
