نستنتج من ىدا الفصل انو عندما وقع الغزو، كانت إيران قد خرجت لتوىا من جولة صراعية مع العراق استمرت زىاء ثماني سنوات، لذلك بدأ الموقف الإيراني بالترقب ومراقبة الأحداث لاستكشاف المدى الذي سوف تؤثر بو الأحداث في الأمن القومي الإيراني. وعمى الرغم من وجود بعض القوى الدينية داخل إيران التي عبرت عن تأييدىا لمدخول في الحرب إلى جانب صدام حسين وربطو لما يحدث بالقضية الفمسطينية وضرورة الانسحاب الإسرائيمي من الأراضي المحتمة باعتباره شرطا لانسحابو من الكويت، فإن القيادة السياسية الإيرانية كانت قد حسمت أمرىا باتخاذ موقف الحياد.وقد حقق ىدا الموقف لإيران مكاسب عمى الصعيد الإقميمي، ىذا إلى جانب أن الموقف الإيراني قد دفع بالعلاقات بين إيران والدول الخميجية للأمام، وكذلك بين إيران وعدد من الدول العربية والغربية وموسكو وىكذا استطاعت إيران أن تحصل عمى مكاسب لم تكن تحمم بيا من جميع الأطراف لولا اندلاع تمك الأزمة، في الوقت الذي لم تبذل فيو إيران أي ثمن لتمك المكاسب سوى أنيا اتخذت الحياد ورفضت الغزو ولم تشارك في الحشد الدولي ضد العراق. بل إن المكاسب الإيرانية استمرت في الأوساط الخميجية أعقاب انتياء العمميات العسكرية؛ حيث لاقى الموقف الإيراني قبولا لدي الاوساط الخميجية و اكسب ايران وزن في الترتيبات الامنية في المنطقة بعد الازمة

Le vent est une source permanente d’énergie renouvelable, mais elle n’est pas stable. Pour une exploitation optimal de cette énergie, il faut utiliser des générateurs fonctionnant à des vitesses variables, comme été le cas dans cette étude qui traite la modalisation des différents composent de installation éolienne qu’ils sont : la machine synchrone à aiment permanent et les convertisseurs électronique. Nous avons également présenté la méthode utilisée pour calculer les paramètres optimaux de la turbine. Les résultats de simulation ont été satisfaisants et elles décrivent le mode d’emploi de ce type de technologie utilisée pour produire de l’électricité.

Sur la voie du développement, les pays du tiers monde, dont l'Algérie, continuent de : Mila, Constantine, Batna et Khenchela. Cela a été fait en enterrant plus de 600 km de tuyaux de différents diamètres dans le bassin quaternaire de la province de Mila, aboutissant à la création d'un nouveau système composé de tuyaux et de sol qui sont deux matériaux différents à un effet très important sur l'interaction des pipelines avec leurs . Les résultats de la thèse sont prometteurs pour être utilisés par les ingénieurs elles futurs chercheurs pour utiliser la mécanique des sols non saturés. On the path to development, third world countries, including Algeria, continue to face their own problems.Important part of these encountered problems are linked to the safety and serviceability of many infrastructures built to meet the strong demand of the population which is . To this end, the present thesis focuses on the application variation of the shear strength and stiffness of such soil.As many research did the unfavorable case considered in the studies and designs of the interaction with the burial soil was the saturated conditions. However, it not the always the case as confirmed in this thesis and in many new researches as cited in the literature review chapter. Starting with the verification of the stability of the slope using the software FLAC 3D, the slope was found to be in a critical stability. La résistance aux antibiotiques des bactéries représente un véritable problème de santé publique. Afin d'évaluer l'augmentation de la résistance aux antibiotiques des bactéries responsables d'infections urinaires, nous avons effectué une étude au laboratoire de l'Etablissement Public hospitalier de Boufarik durant une période de six mois (Du mois de Janvier 2013 jusqu'au mois de Juin). Durant cette période nous avons reçu 720 prélèvements d'urines concernant des malades externes et des malades hospitalisés. Après avoir fait un examen cytobactériologique pour chaque prélèvement ; 109 échantillons sont revenus positifs. L'espèce la plus fréquemment isolée est Escherichia coli. Ensuite nous avons comparé notre étude avec une étude rétrospective effectuée au sein du même laboratoire, nous avons constaté un léger accroissement de la résistance aux antibiotiques des bactéries isolées par apport à l'année 2011.

من الطبيعي أن يتأثر السلوك اللغوي للمتحدثين أو الكاتبين بناء على المعرفة اللغوية التي يمتلكونها، خصوصا في حالة ثنائية اللغة، فعندما يتقن المتحدث أو الكاتب لغتين مختلفتين، بلا شك سينعكس ذلك على سلوكهم اللغوي، فقد يلجأ الأشخاص إلى استخدام أسلوب يطلق عليه في علم اللغة الاجتماعي "التناوب اللغوي" لعدة أسباب منها: التغلب على معوقات الاتصال والتضامن مع الاخرين والتركيز على متلقين دون غيرهم، لذلك فإن الهدف الرئيسي من هذه الدراسة هو التركيز على هذا الأسلوب اللغوي "التناوب اللغوي" والتعريف بأهمية استخدامه في النصوص عامة، وفي النصوص الأدبية خاصة، لذا لجأت الباحثة إلى اختيار نص أدبي للكاتبة الأردنية-البريطانية فادية فقير، وهي رواية بعنوان اسمي سلمى وكذلك اختيار ترجمة لهذا النص قام بها الشاعر السوري عابد اسماعيل، كما وتهدف هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على أهمية هذا الاسلوب في تكوين وتشكيل الهوية في الشتات، ولكن توظيف هذا الأسلوب يشكل تحديات للقراء.إن المنهجية التي اتبعتها الباحثة قامت على قراءة كاملة لكلا النصين، ثم استخراج جميع الأمثلة التي استخدمت هذا الأسلوب، ثم تصنيف هذه الأمثلة وتجميعها في قوائم، وبعد ذلك قامت الباحثة بإيجاد الروابط المشتركة التي تقبع خلف استخدام كلا الكاتبين لهذا الأسلوب وهي: تغريب ما يجب أن يظل غريبا و قيام الكاتبين من خلال هذا الأسلوب بخدمة نفس الوظيفة في كلا النصين وهي "الغرابة" وتأثير جنون الشك للبطلة على الترجمة وأثر التغيير على حياة "سلمى" وعلى النصين.
