The study aimed to identify the Takaful insurance system as an alternative to the conventional insurance system, identify strategies for its development, and clarify the experiences of some pioneering countries in this field and how to benefit from them to ensure the success of its application. The study also seeks to discover whether the application of Takaful insurance will have a role in increasing the performance of the Takaful market. Insurance or not, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was prepared in order to show the impact of Takaful insurance in raising the performance of the insurance market in Algeria. Through the target group, the researcher reached a number of results, the most important of which are:The adoption of the state’s financial system for takaful insurance will have a significant impact on raising the performance of the insurance market in Algeria, and itis not enough to issue a regulation, or a decree specifying the conditions and modalities for practicing takaful insurance, but attention must be paid to the ingredients for the success of this type of insurance, the first of which is to study the desire and behavior of the Algerian individual and pay attention to finance Knowing the reality of the Islamic financial system, its advantages and the opportunities it provides to its users is something that must be disseminated and promoted by the state.The insurance market in Algeria produces only a small percentage of its potential, due to the presence of conventional insurance only, and this market finances the national economy only in a very small percentage, and by the Algerians resorting to the Islamic alternative, this rate will increase.The most important strategy for developing Takaful insurance is to spread the insurance culture as Malaysia did because the Algerian society has an influential legal aspect, so you find them reluctance to take out insurance except for what is obligatory, so Takaful insurance brings many citizens to this promising market, and therefore the delay in its application will deprive The national economy is able to achieve significant economic savings.We recommended for this to create a suitable climate for Islamic finance to serve the economy and to follow the approach of the leading countries in Takaful insurance by benefiting from their experiences and the ways they have taken so that the start would be fruitful, in order to avoid wasting a great deal of time and a high cost that we do not need.
