Le présent travail consiste à une étude diachronique du Groupement à Juncus maritimus dans la région de Chott Ech chergui prospecté au mois de mai 2019. L’objectif est de caractériser la diversité floristique sur les plans composition systématique, biologique, morphologique et biogéographique. Les 8 relevés réalisés en 1954 par Dubius et Simonneau, ont permis de recenser et d’identifier 35 espèces vasculaires appartenant à 28 genres et 14 familles botaniques. Les 8 relevés effectués en 2019 sur les mêmes endroits par nos soins, ont permis d'inventorier 26 espèces appartenant à 22 genres et 10 familles. Les valeurs de l'indice de Shannon, montrent une diversité moyenne pour les deux périodes, mais n'empêche que la diversité floristique du groupement est relativement identique pour les deux périodes (1954 et 2019). Il en déduit de la valeur du t- test de diversité de Shannon (p=0,15761) qu'il n'existe pas une différence significative de la diversité floristique entre les deux périodes 1954 et 2019.

La caricature est l'art qui réunit un ensemble de signes pour créer une image artistique, une image qui reflète les évènements et les phénomènes réels dans la vie, en touchant des domaines différents : culturel, social, économique, idéologique et surtout politique. D'une manière humoristique (ridicule, amusant,..) et symbolique.A ce titre, notre recherche montre l'utilité de différents procédés et techniques utilisées dans le décryptage des codes dans une image qui contribue dans la transmission du message.

Phosphorus is vital to energy production as it provides the phosphate in adenosine triphosphate (ATP). Protein synthesis is a high energy demanding process. Therefore, phosphorus is important for protein synthesis required for the growth, maintenance, and repair of all tissues and cells. The objective of this study was to investigate the acute effect of phosphorus in meal on in vivo postprandial protein synthesis in rats. Forty male Sprague-Dawley rats weighing around 230-270 grams each were randomly divided into five groups as follows: a control group (fasting), two phosphorus-free groups (one with rats sacrificed 2 hours after food ingestion and the other 4 hours after) and two phosphorus adequate groups (one with rats sacrificed 2 hours after food ingestion and the other 4 hours after). In vivo fractional protein synthesis in plasma and liver was measured by an intraperitoneal injection of a flooding dose of L-phenylalanine containing L-[ring-2H5] Phenylalanine as a stable isotope tracer (1.5 mmol-kg body weight). The protein synthesis rates in the different groups did not differ significantly at p-value 0.05, although the rats, fed a phosphorus containing diet 2 hours before their sacrifice, had an overall higher mean protein synthesis rates as compared to rats fed a phosphorus free diet, but the latter failed to reach statistical significance.

E-commerce sales have risen across the world and further accelerated by the pandemic to currently achieve levels it was not expected to reach until 2022. This increase has prompted companies to look for cost friendly alternatives to tackle the ‘last mile' delivery challenge. Last mile is the final leg of shipment that goes from the warehouse to the recipient which also often constitutes majority of the shipping cost. To reduce this cost, crowdsourcing solutions were proposed such as the ones by Amazon and Walmart, where they tried to recruit workers from the crowd to handle some delivery tasks. Existing solutions suffer from some limitations such as: 1) Incentivizing workers to handle the tasks 2) optimize routes environmentally and based on delivery cost and 3) worker preferences not being considered. In this thesis, the problem of reducing the cost of last mile delivery is considered where crowdsourcing will be utilized to achieve a win-win strategy for both workers and task publisher.

تعتبر جريمة المقابر الجماعية التي قام بها النظام العراقي السابق (1968 _ 2003 م ) من اخطر جرائم الإبادة الجماعية المصنفة ضد الإنسانية بشكل عام في وقت السلم والحرب على حد سواء, وذلك من قبل جمعية حقوق الإنسان الدولية, ومن هنا عنيت الدراسة في البحث الحالي بواقعة المقابر الجماعية وكيفية إخراجها خلال عروض المسرح العراقي (2003_ 2010م), إذ جاءت في أربعة فصول, تناول الفصل الأول الإطار المنهجي للبحث, إذ ضمّ مشكلة البحث والتي حُدّدت بالاستفهام الآتي: كيفية إخراج واقعة المقابر الجماعية في العرض المسرحي العراقي ؟ وتكمن أهمية البحث في كونه يُسلّط الضوء على مفهوم مسرح الواقعة في المسرح العالمي والعربي والعراقي, وقد تمحور هدف البحث في: تعرف واقعة المقابر الجماعية في العرض المسرحي العراقي, أما الفصل الثاني فقد احتوى الإطار النظري للبحث والدراسات السابقة, وتضمّن ثلاثة مباحث, عني الأول بإخراج الواقعة في المسرح العالمي, وجاء المبحث الثاني تحت عنوان إخراج الواقعة في المسرح العربي, وتمحور الثالث بعنوان واقعة المقابر الجماعية في العراق, وانتهى الفصل الثاني بالمؤشرات التي أسفر عنها الإطار النظري, ومن بعده الدراسات السابقة, وضم الفصل الثالث إجراءات البحث, متمثلة بمجتمع البحث المتكوّن من (10) عروض مسرحية, قام الباحث باختيار (5) خمسة عينات بوصفها نماذج مختارة, اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك لملائمة هدف البحث, اقتدى الباحث بالمؤشرات التي أسفر عنها الإطار النظري بوصفها معايير تحليلية فضلاً عن الأشرطة الصورية والصور الفوتوغرافية. في الفصل الرابع تم عرض النتائج من خلال تحليل العروض المسرحية الخمسة التي تمثل عينة البحث الحالي, وثمّ مناقشتها. كما توصل الباحث إلى استنتاجاتٍ عدّة, أهمّها:1. يقدم المخرج في العرض المسرحي العراقي صياغة روائية للأحداث الوثائقية المتعلقة بواقعة المقابر الجماعية.2. يقدم المخرج في العرض المسرحي العراقي على اختيار مكان العرض خارج المباني التقليدية والمسارح.وقد أوصى الباحث بما يخدم حركة نتاج عروض المسرح العراقي وتطويره على صعيد فن الإخراج, كما أبدى بعض المقترحات التي من شأنها خدمة البحث العلمي, وختم البحث بقائمة المصادر والمراجع.
