L'Internet des objets (IoT) est un paradigme prometteur qui étale la connexionInternet de nos jours pour interconnecter différents types d'objets intelligents, autreque les ordinateurs et les téléphones mobiles, pour un mode de vie beaucoup plussophistiquéNous nous sommes focalisés plus précisément sur l'application de l'internet desobjets dans le domaine personnel pour créer une maison intelligente qui nécessite lacréation d'un réseau à l'intérieur cette dernière vers qui les appareils et dispositifs serontconnectés, pour cela nous nous sommes tournés vers l'environnementet l'outil CISCO Packet-Tracer 7.0. يتجه هذا البحث " التفكير الإبداعي " إلى دراسة ماهية التفكير الإبداعي وعلاقته باللغة مبينا كيف تسهم اللغة في عملية التفكير، وكذا مدى إسهام هذا الأخير في اللغة، إذ يلمس القارئ عند قراءته لهذا مدى اهتمام الباحثين بهذا الموضوع لدرجة وصوله إلى التشعب والغموض.قد ركزت الباحثة في دراسة هذا الموضوع على إبراز الجوانب الإبداعية من خلال الفنون الأدبية والتي من بينها: الشعر، المسرحية، والقصة، وكذا الرواية، ومدى مساهمة اللغة في خلق هذا الإبداع.

The current study sought to understand the professional goals of female students doing a master's degree in ELT. In particular, this study aimed at exploring female students' initial expectations in the implemented ELT programme at SQU in terms of the courses' content and materials as well as their pedagogical design and implementation, and whether these expectations have been met. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with six female students, including four females who completed 24 credits of the coursework which is the total number of required credits in the M.Ed. ELT programme at SQU and currently working on their thesis as well as two females who graduated from the same programme. A descriptive phenomenology approach was adopted, and a thematic analysis was utilized to analyse the data obtained from semi-structured interviews. The findings suggested that all participants were highly critical of the programme as being outdated, theory-based and lacking the practical component. They came with high expectations that the syllabus would help them to overcome the contemporary challenges of ELT in Oman and expose them to the current practices in the field. Moreover, all participants were critical of the design and availability of the materials. They indicated that some materials were outdated, focused on theoretical aspects, lacked practical aspects, and encouraged rote learning. They further indicated that some courses lacked authentic materials. They additionally reported that these materials were inadequate to prepare them as researchers. Furthermore, the findings revealed that some participants seemed satisfied with formative assessment, while others were highly critical of the summative assessment adopted in some courses and which mainly focused on rote memorization. Besides, all participants believed that instructors were experts, competent, knowledgeable, and dedicated but there were complaints about their feedback and their teaching styles. It was found that lecturing was the dominant teaching method in the programme and many of the participants also reported a lack of technology use. Moreover, results indicated that instructors' feedback about students' performance was almost completely overlooked in the courses. Based on the findings, practical implications and suggestions for future improvement have been outlined.

This study was carried in the period from December 2002 to February2003. A total of 49 blood samples werecollected from mycetoma patients inMycetoma Research Center – Soba Civil Hospital and National Healthlaboratory (ESTAC)- Khartoum State. The group surveyed included: 17(34.7%)infected untreated or new patients, 32 (65.3%)infected treated patients, andnormal control group (16 individual).The study showed that males were more affectedthan females and theratio was 4:1. Most of mycetoma patients werein the age group 15 – 25 yearsold. Students (20.4%), jobless (18.4%) and farmers (14.3%) were moreaffected than other occupations. Algazera State had a highest prevalence ofmycetoma with (34.7%); next state was Khartoum State (16.3%).The duration of the disease varied from 7 month to 30 years and theonsets of the disease in most of patients (73.5%) had no known history oftrauma. Left foot was the major site of infection (34.7%) and most of patients(83.7%) had no family history of mycetomainfection. Eumycetoma infectionhad higher prevalence (59.2%) than actinomycetoma infection (38.8%).The drug used for treatment in eumycetoma infection was ketoconazole,and in actinomycetoma was a combination of Streptomycin, Septrin and folicacid.Total white blood cells in most of patients (44.9%)were normal countbetween 4050 - 6000cells ⁄µl. and the mean value in untreated patients was6081.5cells ⁄µl, while in treatedpatients it was 6178.3cells ⁄µland in non-infected control it was 570.9 cells/µl. The mean value ofCD4 counts inuntreated patients was 664.7cells ⁄µl, while in treated patients it was 606.8cells⁄µl and was 1010 cells ⁄µlin non- infected control.The mean value of CD8iiicounts in untreated patients was 679.7cells ⁄µl,while in treated patients it was720.9cells/µland in non- infected control it was 639cells/µl.The mean values of differential counts of white blood cells in non-infected control group were 58%neutrophils, 39%lymphocytes, 2%monocytesand 1%esinophils.Differential counts of white blood cells, in untreated patients have themean value of neutrophils was 59%, lymphocytes 36%, monocytes 2%andesinophils 1%,while in treated patients the mean value of neutrophils was55%, lymphocytes 40%, monocytes 3%and esinophils 2%CD4 ⁄CD8 ratio in all patients was 1.1:1. In new and treated patients theratio was 1.2:1and in non – infectedcontrols it was 1.6:1.CD4 count was numerically higherin infected treated patients(710cells/µl) than infected untreated patients (664cells/µl). While CD8 count ininfected treated (719 cells/µl) was numerically lower thanin infected untreatedpatients (1378 cells/µl)

Le Présent mémoire tend à révéler le concept de qualité, de coût et de délai pour les marchés publics en Algérie ainsi qu’identifier leurs exigencesen matière deprocédures et de documents constituant un contrat de commande publique dans le domaine de la production architecturale. Pour ce faire, l’enchaînement des idées a commencétout d’abord par la construction d’une base de données sur le triptyque : qualité, coût et délai, ensuite l’exploration de notre champ de recherche par l’explication des marchés publics dans le but de mieux comprendre le contexte contractuel. Il a été, ensuite, question d’établir le lien entre les informations récoltées en repérant la qualité, le coût et le délai dans les marchés publics. Et enfin, l’application des connaissances acquises sur le cas d’étude qui est le nouvel hôpital 240 lits à Ain M’lila.À l’aide d’un questionnaire destiné aux professionnels et aux agents exerçant dans le domaine, la recherche a tenté d’apporter une réponse à l’unedes questionsprincipales sur l’importance accordée par la règlementation des marchés publicsaux notions de qualité,de coûtetde délai.Pour aboutir en fin de compte à un projet dans le secteur sanitaire « Hôpital Mère-Enfant » à la ville de Ain M’Lila, où on a essayé de créer un équipement réconcilié tant avec son contexte urbain que règlementaire.
