Technical education is a form of education that gained momentum in the 1800s and was considered as a parallel distinct model to general education by the post-war period. Public-private partnerships (PPPs) were one of the scaling up and enhancement efforts of technical education. In Egypt, the technical secondary education system has various school models; however, it was until 2018, when we first see the implementation of an PPP model with the establishment of the Applied Technology Schools (ATS). ATS schools aim at supplying the labor market with experienced skillful competent graduates in the demanded sectors in the Egyptian labor market, and according to international standards. The system started with three pilot schools in the academic year 18/19 and currently it has over forty schools. Within this context, the PPP model adopted in the ATS system remained unstudied, and accordingly the challenges and opportunities to the model was unexplored. Through conducted interviews, the study explains how the ATS schools started in Egypt, its main stakeholders as well as the internal structure inside the ATS school. The study also maps how the PPP model is governed and coordinate in the ATS system. Given this mapping, the study then identifies the PPP model implemented as an operational and educational PPP, explaining the scope, scale, method, and motive of this PPP. Lastly, the study also pinpoints key challenges and opportunities for the currently implemented model of PPP, recommending potential ways of enhancement, which would be useful given the vision of expanding the model in the country to reach 420 by 2030.

Le présent travail concerne les corrélations en mécanique des sols et notamment cellesrelatives aux sols compactés.Les sols compactés constituent le matériau de construction de nombreux ouvrages commeles barrages, les routes ou les centres de stockage de déchets. Ces sols ont uncomportement relativement complexe et qui est loin d’être complètement cerné.Les corrélations relatives aux sols compactés sont d’une grande importance dans le métierde l’ingénieur : Estimations dans un avant-projet, contrôle des résultats de mesure,orientation des interprétations des mesures, etc.Des essais de compactage sont réalisés sur l’argile du noyau du barrage Boughrara avecmesure de la succion et de l’indice portant immédiat. Des corrélations de la littérature sonttestées pour ce matériau.

La biométrie est la science qui consiste à établir l'identité d'une personne basée sur la reconnaissance de ses caractéristiques physiologiques et / ou comportementales. Les systèmes biométriques monomodaux utilisant une seule modalité présentent certaines limitations telles que la non-universalité, le manque d'individualité et la susceptibilité aux falsifications. Dans ce mémoire, nous nous sommes intéressés à la fusion des deux modalités les plus utilisées, l'empreinte digitale et la signature manuscrite. Après avoir présenté l'état de l'art de chaque technologie, nous optons pour la fusion au niveau de décision afin d'établir un système multimodal qui permet d'atteindre une bonne d'authentification.

تناولت الدراسة الحالية موضوع صورة الأب والولاء العائلي لدى شابات فقدن الأب كدراسة إسقاطية، هدفنا من خلالها إلى التعرف على نوعية صورة الأب والكشف عن الولاء العائلي. وقد تم اتباع المنهج العيادي لدراسة حالات البحث، والتي تمثلت في شابتين راشدتين (24 سنة فاقدة لوالدها منذ سنتين، 26 سنة فاقدة لوالدها منذ سنتين).كما تم استخدام مجموعة من الوسائل والأدوات وهي: المقابلة العيادية نصف الموجهة، اختبار الرورشاخ، اختبار تفهم الموضوع، وتقنية الجينوغرام الحر

to evaluate the shear bond strength of low shrinkage (Silorane) based composite with different insertion techniques (layering and bulk) and storage conditions (wet, dry) and compare with conventional methacrylate composites. Materials and methods: 108 specimens were fabricated by used cylindrical shaped moulid for SBS test, prepared from three types of composite materials, low shrinkage (Filtek Silorane), and two MBCs resins, Tetric Evo Ceram, and Filtek Supreme resin composites, subdivided to 12 groups according to insertion technique (layering, bulk) and the storage condition (wet, dry at ±37°C for one week) (n=9/groups). The SBS were measured with a crosshead speed of 0.5 mm/min. Ultimate shear strength data (MPa) from all tested groups were submitted to analysis of variance (one-way ANOVA) and the Tukey test (p= 0.05). The fractured surfaces of the test samples were visually evaluated by a light microscope at 20 and 40 times magnification. Fractures were classified as either adhesive or cohesive or mixed. Results: Filtek Supreme (MBCs) specimens inserted in bulk technique and stored dry showed the highest mean SBS (36.45 MPa) values. Silorane and Tetric Ceram (MBCs) were lower in their all groups (26.45, 26.78, 27.50 MPa for Silorane, 27.51, 27.02, 27.29, 28.21 MPa for Tetric Ceram resin specimens) except for Silorane specimens inserted in layers which was further decreased by wet storage (21.90 MPa), this was slightly similar to the result of Filtek Supreme specimens inserted in layers and stored dry, which showed the lowest (21.35 MPa) SBS among the groups. Conclusion: insertion technique type and storage condition didn’t significantly affect SBS of Silorane resin in compare with methacrylate resin, except for the specimens inserted in layers and wet condition, there was a significant decrease in SBS values. This finding support the clinical reliability of insertion the Silorane composite in bulk with a cavity deeper than 2 mm depth

هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى التعرف على مستوى المهارات الحياتية لدى الأطفال الذاتويين، ومن اجل تحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، بالاعتماد على أداة الدراسة التي تمثلت في مقياس المهارات الحياتية للأطفال الذاتويين من إعداد عبده سعيد محمد الصنعاني (2012)، وقد تم اختيار عينة الدراسة من التلاميذ الذاتويين والمربيات في ملحقة المركز النفسي البيداغوجي بالمسيلة أقسام التحضيري لأطفال التوحد، حيث بلغ حجم عينة الدراسة الأساسية (29) و (9) مربيات، أما الأساليب الإحصائية فقد تم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية ومعامل الارتباط بيرسون والفا كرونباخ واختبار (T-test) لعينة واحدة

الملخص: العتبات النصية من أهم المواضيع التي حازت على اهتمام دارسي النقد الأدبي، فهي من الموضوعات التي أدخلت المؤسسات النقدية والأدبية في دوامة من خلال تحديد المفهوم والأنواع والوظائف.فالعتبات هي عبارة عن ملحقات خارجية وداخلية تابعة للمتن وتكون بمثابة فكرة أولية تضع القارئ في الجو العام للنص، وبالتالي هي محطة ضرورية تلزم القارئ المرور بها كما انها تفتح للقارئ مسالك وطرق للولوج الى النص وعالمه والغوص في أعماقه لاكتشاف خفاياه وتفكيك رموزه وشفراته الغامضة.ومن خلال دراستنا البحثية في موضوع شعرية العتبات النصية في رواية سرادق الحلم والفجيعة للكاتب عز الدين جلاوجي تمكنا من الغوص والتعمق والتعرف على هذه العتبات اكثر.ولقد تناولنا في بحثنا هذا في الفصل الأول المفهوم اللغوي والاصطلاحي للعتبات عن الغرب والعرب ووظائفها وأبرز أنواعها، كما اننا تطرقنا ايضا في الثاني لاهم العتبات النصية التي تتمثل في عتبة الغلاف والعنوان والإهداء والصورة.ولقد استنتجنا أن لكل عتبة من هاته العتبات لها دور ووظيفة خاصة تقوم بها حيث تزيد من جمالية النص الأدبي (الروائي).

L'objectif de cette thèse est de développer la méthode de Rothe pour l'étude d'une équation parabolique dégénérée intégro-différentielle avec une condition non locale de type intégrale, ainsi que pour l'étude une équation pseudo-parabolique fractionnaire avec condition intégrale fractionnaire.L'idée principale proposée est de mener les calculs dans des espaces convenables et d'introduire la notion de solution faible pour les problèmes étudiés. Par la suite, on établit les estimations a priori nécessaires, sur la base desquelles la convergence du schéma d'approximation correspondant est démontrée. L’existence et l’unicité de la solution faible ainsi que certains résultats de régularité sont obtenues.
