أصبح موضوع القدرة التنافسية خلال السنوات الأخيرة يحظى باهتمام واسع النطاق على الصعيد العالمي حيث تميز هذا المفهوم بالديناميكية و التغيير المستمر ولذلك يصعب إعطائه مفهوم محدد و شامل، و منذ عقد الثمانينات صدرت تقارير دولية حول تنافسية الاقتصاديات في العالم، حيث ظهرت دول المغرب العربي مؤخرا في قائمة هذه الدول التي تقوم تقارير التنافسية الدولية بتقييم مؤشرات اقتصاد كل دولة وكذا العوامل التي تعزز من مكانتها دوليا أو التي تضعف من قدرتها على التنافس وقد تناول بحثنا دراسة تحليل القدرة التنافسية وفقا للمؤشرات الجزئية والمركبة لدول المغرب العربي الجزائر تونس والمغرب خلال الفترة 2010،2017 ومقارنتها فيما بينها ،لإبراز الجهود التي تبذلها كل دولة والنهوض بقدراتها التنافسية ،وكذلك معرفة موقع دول المغرب العربي وفق المؤشرات التنافسية الدولية.

This study aims to investigate the effect of corpus consultation on learners' writing performance and attitudes at Sultan Qaboos University.The study population consists of 52 students enrolled in the Writing 2 course (LANC 1120) in the Language Center in the spring semester 2012. The sample comprises two intact classes (N=20). One class functioned as the experimental group and the other as the control group. Both groups used the traditional reference tools in editing written drafts in addition to the corpus program in the experimental group.Two instruments were used in the current study: a writing achievement test to measure students' performance in grammar and vocabulary. An attitude questionnaire was also developed by the researcher based on the available literature to elicit students' attitudes towards the use of the corpus in writing.The results of the study showed the following:1. There was no significant difference at the .05 level in the writing performanceof the experimental and the control groups as far as the grammar knowledge isconcerned, 2. The results of the attitude questionnaire analysis revealed that the students inthe experimental group had a highly positive attitude towards the use of the corpus in writingIn the light of these findings, recommendations are made for further research.

Le présent travail porte sur l’étude de formation de siliciures à partir du système Ni/Co/Si(111). Les échantillonssont obtenus par dépôt d’une bicouche métallique de cobalt et de nickel par évaporation sous vide sur un substrat desilicium monocristallin orienté (111). Pour amorcer la réaction de siliciuration en phase solide, ces échantillons ont subidifférents recuits (300, 500, 700, 900°C).Nous avons utilisé trois techniques de caractérisation, à savoir, la diffraction des rayons X sous incidence rasante(GIXRD), la spectroscopie de rétrodiffusion de Rutherford (RBS) et la microscopie électronique à balayage, pour suivrel’évolution de nos échantillons en fonction du recuit subi.Après analyse des résultats obtenus, nous avons remarqué que la formation de siliciure est observable à partir de latempérature de 700°C par la présence de la phase du siliciure de cobalt CoSi et le début de formation de la phase CoSi2Le décalage angulaire des pics de diffraction de la phase CoSi quidevient majoritaire à 900°C. Les images MEB nous a permis de constater l’évolution de l’état de la surface de noséchantillons qui devient plus rugueuse en augmentant la température.2 vers les petits angles annonçant une augmentationdu volume de sa maille et l’interdiffusion des éléments Co, Ni, Si observée par RBS, nous a mené à croire qu’il y aformation de la solution solide (CoSi2-Ni) ou plus probablement la formation d’un siliciure ternaire de type CoxNi1-xSi2.

La surveillance d'état des machines est importante pour vérifier l’efficacité des usines et la sûreté des ouvriers. Une variété de techniques d'analyse des signaux de vibration a été déjà employée dans le diagnostic de défauts des machines électriques. Cette étude traite le diagnostic à distance des systèmes électriques. En se basant sur l’Internet et les nouvelles technologies de communication mobile nous avons développé un système de surveillance à distance. L’utilisation d’un tel système offre plusieurs avantages: réduire les coûts de production, améliorer la fiabilité, réduire le temps d'arrêt des machines et assurer l’efficacité des opérations. Les utilisateurs peuvent consulter l’état de la machine par l’Internet.
