L’évaluation des apports thermiques des bâtiments afin de dimensionner les installations declimatisation est une tâche très complexe et qui prend beaucoup de temps. Dans le présent mémoirenous avons développé une interface graphique « ClimBâtim » qui permet de calculer les apportscalorifiques des bâtiments se trouvant à n’importe quelle commune de la Wilaya de M’Sila.L’interface ClimBâtim fonctionne sous Windows, elle est écrite en langage MATLAB et assurel’automatisation des tâches de calcul selon la réglementation thermique Algérienne D.T.R. C3-4.Elle se base lors de ses calculs sur le principe de décomposition de la structure du bâtiment ensous éléments (Enveloppe, Espace) représentant le projet à créer. ClimBâtim intègre unebibliothèque de données importante comportant toutes les informations éditées par le D.T.R. C 3-4 concernant la détermination des apports calorifiques réduisant ainsi les données à saisir.

L’étude de ce projet (R+8) avec 3 enter sol à usage habitation et parking, nous a permisd’appliquer toutes les connaissances acquises durant notre formation dans le domaine, ens’appuyant sur les règlements de base qui sont : le RPA2003 et le BAEL91 ainsi que les DTR.Par ailleurs, cette étude nous a permis de tirer certaines conclusions qui sont :-La modélisation doit, autant que possible englober tous les éléments de la structure,Secondaires soient ils ou structuraux, ceci permet d’avoir un comportement proche du réel.-Choisir une bonne disposition des voiles afin d’avoir une bonne répartition des charges entreles éléments de contreventements de la structure (interaction) et limiter les effets de la torsion.-Le choix des matériaux est très important pour la réalisation d’une structure plus au moinsrésistante.-Afin de limiter les dommages en cas de séisme, ou l’effondrement de la bâtisse, il estImpérativement nécessaire de faire une bonne étude du site, avec des fondations adaptées auxpréventions et recommandations.En fin nous avons constaté que l’élaboration d’un projet ne se base pas uniquementsur le calcul, mais plutôt sur sa concordance avec le côté pratique, car cette dernière s’établitsur des critères à savoir la résistance, la durabilité et l’économie. Nous espérons que cemodeste travail sera un point de départ pour d'autres projets dans notre vie professionnelle etqu'il sera un guide pour les futures promotions

This thesis examines the causes and the procedure that has led to the elaboration and implementation of a new conservation tool and adaptive recover of the modern historic cities. The new tool is the Historic Urban Landscape approach. The goal of this thesis is to confirm an improved framework of the conservation and management of the property; this framework follows the international charters of conservation.The thesis is based on the case study approach by applying the Historic Urban Landscape (HUL) approach on the case study of Old Doha, Fareej Al-Najada as a model. The methodology is purely empirical, geared to the individual conditions, and deriving its conclusions from the specific local context it analyses. Also an imperial investigation used a comprehensive fieldwork undertaken through several sites visits, along with a number of informal interviews and discussions with some heritage players. Also Mapping, Measuring, and Visualizing the Urban Landscape. The new approach is developed to deliver a more comprehensive method of the urban heritage conservation; this is due to experiencing the successes and the failures of conservation of heritage in different cities. The new approach is a significant tool for the cities that requires managing their heritage assets; it is the new trend of the urban conservation. This thesis will examine the possible outcomes of the implementation of Historic Urban Landscape (HUL) in the local level based on the guidelines of the national level strategies. The main limitations faced are that this topic is a new topic and there are limited resources raised this topic. The challenge of the historic sites in the old Doha that it is occupied by low income workers, also the sites are facing the rural exodus and urbanization. The consumption and production shift throughout the world has conveyed the cultural resources into the sustainable development plan. This is due to the evolution in different aspects including economic development, population growth and increasing individual’s needs. The gulf has faced problems in terms of adjusting the current needs and changes. Cultural capital plays a significant role in the economic attraction, new business and investments as it is a powerful economic tool.

الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على المبعوث رحمة للعالمين، وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين وبعد؛ جاءت هذه الرسالة بعنوان: "ترجيحات الإمام محمد أبو زهرة في كتاب العقوبة-باب الحدود"، دراسة فقهية مقارنة، وقد تضمنت مقدمة، وفصل تمهيدي، وثلاثة فصول، وخاتمة. - جاء في المقدمة الحديث عن؛ طبيعة الموضوع، وأهميته، وأسباب اختياره، وأهداف البحث، ومشكلته، والجهود السابقة، والصعوبات والمعيقات، ومنهجية البحث. - أما الفصل التمهيدي ففيه أربعة مباحث؛ تناول المبحث الأول: "ترجمة للإمام محمد أبو زهرة"، وفيه مولده ونشأته، وصفاته وسعة علمه، ومؤلفاته وبحوثه وكتبه، ومواقفه وتأييده للوحدة الإسلامية، ودفاعه عن الشريعة، ووفاته. وتناول المبحث الثاني: "العقوبة وخصائصها في الشريعة الإسلامية"، وتناول المبحث الثالث: "أقسام العقوبة في الشريعة الإسلامية"، وتناول المبحث الرابع: "تعريف الحدود وأنواعها". - وفي الفصل الأول تناولت الحديث عن "جريمة السرقة" من خلال مبحثين، حيث تحدث المبحث الأول عن: "تعريف السرقة وحكمها وحكمة تشريع حدها وحدها وشروط إقامته"، وتحدث المبحث الثاني عن: "المسائل المتعلقة بجريمة السرقة" التي تناولها الإمام محمد أبو زهرة. - أما الفصل الثاني فكان الحديث فهي عن "جريمة الحرابة" قطع الطريق، من خلال مبحثين، تحدث المبحث الأول عن: "تعريف الحرابة وأدلة تحريمها"، وتحدث المبحث الثاني عن: "المسائل المتعلقة بجريمة قطع الطريق" التي تناولها الإمام محمد أبو زهرة. - وفي الفصل الثالث تناولت الحديث عن "حد شرب الخمر"، من خلال مبحثين، تحدث المبحث الأول عن: تعريف الخمر وأدلة تحريمها"، وتحدث المبحث الثاني عن: "المسائل المتعلقة بجريمة شرب الخمر" وفق ما تناوله الإمام محمد أبو زهرة. وختمت البحث بخاتمة اشتملت على أهم النتائج والتوصيات، والفهارس، والمصادر والمراجع، التي اعتمدت عليها.

Algeria is a multilingual country which have different varieties : ( Algerian Arabic ,Standard Arabic , Berber , French , English ) because of colonialism and educational system which lead to code switch and borrow between languages .This study aims to shed some light on the phenomenon of code switching and borrowing in Algeria , to be more precise in Tiaret speech community specially to university students(the English department). In Tiaret english students in the university of ibn khaldoun they use mixture of languages (arabic,algerian arabic ,french berber and also english) . English students use french english at the class room with teachers but outside the class room maybe they use just algerian arabic and english and sometimes french also they use mixture of languages depending on the person background whom they are communicate with also there are berbers who use just french and kabyle with berber students among them but theyuse algerian arabic with students who are arabians. But in our study we just focus on the first year and master two English students and try to explore if the first year are codeswitching and borrowing the same as master two and the difference between them .

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن معوقات تطبيق الهندرة في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في ضواحي القدس، من حيث المعوقات الإدارية والبشرية والتقنية والمادية، وذلك من وجهة نظر الإداريين، والتحقق من وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسطات آراء أفراد عينة الدراسة حول معوقات تطبيق الهندرة تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس والمؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة وعدد الدورات الإدارية والمسمى الوظيفي. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وأداة الاستبانة، حيث تمّ تطبيقها على عينة مسحية طبقية بلغ عددها (73) من المدراء ونائبي مدير ومساعدين إداريين يعملون في مدارس ضواحي القدس.وبعد إجراء التحليل الإحصائي اتضح من النتائج وجود معيقات عند تطبيق الهندرة، وكانت على الترتيب، المعيقات المادية وبدرجة عالية، ثم معيقات إدارية وبدرجة عالية أيضاً، ثم معيقات بشرية وبدرجة متوسطة، ثم معيقات تقنية وبدرجة متوسطة بلغت.ومن حيث الفروقات اتضح عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيّة في متوسطات آراء أفراد عينة الدراسة حول معوقات تطبيق الهندرة في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس، وسنوات الخبرة، بينما اتضح وجود فروق تعزى لمتغير الدرجة العلمية ولصالح درجة الماجستير فأكثر، ووجود فروق تعزى لمتغير عدد الدورات ولصالح من لديهم دورات من 11 فأكثر، ووجود فروق تعزى لمتغير المسمى الوظيفي في مجال المعيقات الإدارية لصالح نائب المدير والمساعد الإداري، ووجود فروق في المجال الإداري لصالح المدير، وفي مجال المعوقات المادية ولصالح المدير، وفي الدرجة الكلية للمعيقات كانت الفروق لصالح المدير.وفي نهاية الدراسة تمّ التوصية بمجموعة من النقاط، أبرزها تطوير عمل الإدارة المدرسية بما بتناسب مع التخطيط السليم لنقل مفهوم الهندرة لمديري المدارس والإداريين، وذلك لتطوير القدرة على تطبيق المفاهيم الإدارية الحديثة، و زيادة المخصصات المالية الخاصة بالوسائل التكنولوجية لدعم تطبيق الهندرة، وزيادة المخصصات المالية اللازمة لتجهيز قاعات للوسائل التعليمية في المدارس، والاهتمام بالميزانيات المخصصة للبحوث والدراسات في مجال الهندرة.
