ترجمة الملخص

The aim of this study was to investigate the administrativeflexibilityand its relationship to creative leadershipfor the secondary schools principals in Qabatiya directorate fromthe teachers' perspectives,the researcher also studied the effect of gender, educational qualification and the experience onthe administrativeflexibilityand the creative leadership. A sample of (41) male and (51) female teachers in Qabatiya directorate was clustery chosen, during the second semester for the year (2017-2018).To achieve the aims of the study, two instruments have been constructed. First, a questionnaire to measure administrativeflexibilitywhich consists of (30) items. Another questionnaire that measures creative leadership among secondary schools principals in Qabatiya directorate, which consists of (30) items. Validity and reliability of both instruments were checked and the two instruments have been implemented asa package. The results of this study showed that the average of administrativeflexibilityamongsecondary schools principals in Qabatiya directoratewas (3.98). There were significant differences due to gender for the benefit of males, and there were no significant differences due to educational qualification and experience. The study showed that the average of creative leadershipfor the secondary schools principals in Qabatiya directoratewas (3.99). There were significant differences according to educational qualification and experience, and there were no significant differences according to gender.A positive relationship was shown between the degree of the administrativeflexibility and the creative leadership. Upon these results, the researcher put recommendations including holding training courses by the directorates of education on the need to exercise administrative flexibility and commitment to the qualities of creative leadership and the need to adhere to them while practicing the profession, and the need forfurther studies on the administrative flexibility of school principals and their relation to creative leadership.
