Implementing Triply Periodic Minimal Surfaces (TPMS) cellular structures could exploit the thermal exchange mechanism with a high surface area to volume ratio. In this study, three novel mathematically-driven structures of TPMS fabricated using Selective Laser Melting (SLM) were studied numerically. TPMS heatsinks consisting of 7-unit cells were examined to investigate their thermal performance and fluid flow behaviour. The thermal performance indicators as heat transfer coefficient and surface temperature under parametric variation of fluid enclosure type and orientation were determined. Type of enclosure found to have a significant effect in varying the thermal behaviour of each structure. In addition, including radiation contribution was found to account for approximately 23% of the overall heat transfer in natural convection flow. Numerical results show that TPMS-based heatsinks outperform conventional heatsinks by 35-50% and Aluminium metal foams by 18-32% owing to the random perturbations introduced by the entangled complex interior structure.

تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى التعرف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين مهارات ما وراء المعرفة ومكونات التفكير الابتكاري، و كذلك دلالة الفروق بين مستويات التفكير الابتكاري في الدرجة الكلية لمقياس مهارات ما وراء المعرفة وأبعاده(التخطيط ،المراقبة،التقويم، وقد أظهرت النتائج ما يلي: وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة احصائيا بين الدرجة الكلية لمقياس ما وراء المعرفة و الدرجة الكلية لمقياس التفكير الابتكاري. كذلك وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة احصائيا بين مهارات( التخطيط ،المراقبة،التقويم) و مكونات التفكير الابتكاري(الطلاقة المرونة، الأصالة).كما دلت النتائج على وجود اختلاف دال احصائيا في الدرجة الكلية لمقياس مهارات ما وراء المعرفة بين مستويات التفكير الابتكاري(العالي، المتوسط، المنخفض) ولصالح المستوى العالي كذلك وجود اختلاف دال احصائيا في مهارات( التخطيط ، المراقبة،التقويم) بين مستويات التفكير الابتكاري(العالي، المتوسط، المنخفض) ولصالح المستوى العالي.

.AbstractIntroduction: The renal failure term used primarily to denote failure of the excretory function of the kidneys. Dialysis is used to remove fluid and uremic waste products form the body when the kidneys cannot do so.Study design: Descriptive , hospital- based study was conducted in Shendi city in Elmak Nimir university hospital in 2014, study covered 100 patient in hemodialysis center , standard closed ended questioner list was been used to data collection , the collected data was analyzed manually and using computer software SPSS program .Objectives:This study aim to evaluate patients satisfaction for nursing care in hemodialysis center.Result:The result show the total mean of nursing care pre hemodialysis (6.49) , total of nursing care during hemodialysis appear(7.5) , and the nursing care post hemodialysis (9.59) from total mean. The patient satisfaction level was (62%) and other group neutral about (38%) .Recommendations:The study recommended to '' the nursing care most be improved by good communication and good quality of care to reach patient satisfaction , and by increase number of hemodialysis machine
