استهدف بحثنا هذا دراسة استخدام أدوات السياسة النقدية غير التقليدية بعد أزمة 2008 ، ونظرا لأهمية السياسة النقدية باعتبارها وسيلة البنك المركزي الرئيسة في تحقيق أهدافه فقد تم تبيان الموضوع من الناحية النظري و التطبيقي لاستخدام أدوات السياسة النقدية غير التقليدية ومدي تحقيق للأهداف المنوطة بها ، ويمكن اعتبارها منهج جديد في تسير الأوضاع المالية والنقدية ، عرفته البنوك المركزية بعد الأزمة المالية 2008 ، مما صعب من عمل البنوك المركزية بأدواتها التقليدية في احتواه الأزمة المالية 2008 ،هذا ما حتم على البنوك المركزية لاسيما في الدول المتقدمة أن تغير منهجية إدارتها للسياسة النقدية محاولة استعادة توازناتها اقتصادية والتأثير على نشاط الدورة الاقتصادية ، وبالتالي أصبحت البنوك المركزية والسياسة النقدية أكثر مرونة في احتواء الأزمات المالية وقد توصلنا الى مجموعة من النتائج.

Le traitement des eaux usées des petites localités est très essentiel non seulement pour la protection de l’environnement, mais aussi pour la possibilité de la réutilisation de ces eaux comme une ressource renouvelable à des fins agricoles ou autre, afin de parvenir à un développement durable des zones rurales.En raison des coûts élevés et la rareté des branchements électriques dans ces régions isolées, nous recherchons dans ce travail de trouver une énergie économique alternative pour répondre aux besoins en électricité dans le processus d’épuration des eaux usées.Le but de ce modeste travail est de faire une étude des différentes techniques d’épuration des eaux usées pour une petite station d’épuration de 2000 EH et de choisir le procédé le plus convenable pour pouvoir intégrer l’énergie solaire photovoltaïque. Dans cette étude, il question de faire une comparaison entre deux filières de traitement des eaux usées, la première à lit bactérien, et la deuxième à lagunes naturelles. Le choix s’est porté sur la deuxième filière, celle de lagunage naturel, car elle est moins énergétivore.

Thermal waters in Algeria are among the most valuable natural resources, playing acrucial role in the development of therapeutic tourism and the national economy. Present invarious regions such as Hammam Zelfana… the main objective of this work is study of somephysicochemical and bacteriological characteristics of water from a hot spring "ZERRARA"in the region of EL Guerrara, In order to achieve this objective we will carry out acomparative study of the effect of three factors (Day*Source* time of sampling) on thephysicochemical and bacteriological characteristics between the source of Zerrara and theZelfana spring.Three-way ANOVA shows that all factors impact physical and chemical properties.properties of Zelfana and Zerrara water (Probabilité =0.0000). These results vary dependingon the source and the time and day of collection.For the results of the physical analysis: We recorded temperature values ​​that reached 45°Cfor the Zerrara borehole and 40°C for the Zelfana borehole. Which makes us classify them asthermal springs. (Temperatures between 35 and 50°C). The high electrical conductivity ofboth boreholes also indicates the presence of a large concentration of dissolved minerals inthe well.According to the Piper diagram, the chemistry of the water analyzed is sodium sulfate forall the samples analyzed (Zerrara and Zelfana). According to the Richards diagram, thesources of Zerrara and Zelfana in class C4-S2: Poor quality. It represents waters of very highsalinity with a medium danger of alkalization.Finally, the results of the bacteriological analysis show the total absence of any bacterialcontamination, which explains the natural purity of our thermal waters.

In this chapter successfulmodels of community have chosen a developmental, derived and appropriatecurriculum, based on the data of the circumstances of each State. TheseStates have been able to succeed in bringing about change, despite all theobstacles and hindrances because they liberated from the authorities of thequoted models that were applied .Thus, these States made its present andfuture for themselves and the manner in which to achieve the aspirations oftheir peoples.

Incorporating culture in teaching and learning English asa foreign language has always been a subject of major interest among researchers, teachers and also EFL learners. The views that correspond to this subject are various and totally opposing. One is that language can be taught without culture, and the other, language and culture are interrelated and one cannot be taught without the other. These views and others will be tackled through this research paper that aims to investigate whether culture is included in the teaching learning process. The systematic study to undertake this research is made up of documentary analysis, classroom observations and questionnaires given to both teachers and 2ndyear students from the department of English of Belhadj Bouchaib University Center of Ain Temouchent in Algeria.

تناول هذا البحث موضوعا في سيميائية الفضاء في رواية الليلة المتوحشة لمحمد ديب وأجريت على رواية الليلة المتوحشة، إن الرواية بصفة عامة والعربية بصفة خاصة بمثابة ركيزة أساسية يبني عليها القارئ ثقافته ويطلع من خلالها على مغامرات وأحداث تتغير من رواية لأخرى وبدوره الفضاء يمثل العنصر الفعال الذي يساعد في بناء أحداث الرواية من أول حدث لأخره. وقد اخترنا رواية الليلة المتوحشة لدراسة الفضاء والتوسع فيه من خلال المفهوم وأمثلة تتعلق به، استنتجنا من خلال الدراسة الروائية وبالأخص الفضاء أنه عنصر فعال في الرواية.

Dans cette présente recherche, nous avons tenté d'analyser les pratiques langagières et représentations du français chez les étudiants de département de français : cas des universités de Bejaia et de Jijel à travers une étude comparative. Les données recueillies dans cette analyse nous montrent que la langue française occupe une place importante par la majorité des étudiants des deux universités dans des contextes formel ou informel, en prenant en considération l'impact de ces représentations sur l'importance et l'usage accordé à cette langue
