Pour réaliser notre travail, la méthodologie suivie est composée des étapes suivantes: d’abord, une recherche documentaire à travers une consultation des ouvrages, des thèses,des articles, des rapports et des mémoires relatifs à notre thème. Ensuite, nous envisageronsd’effectuer une collecte de données primaire par l’exploration d’une étude de terrain auniveau de l’établissement public hospitalier d’Aokas.Notre travail est composé de trois chapitres.Dans le premier chapitre, nous allons tenter de donner un état des lieux de l’économiehospitalière : gouvernance et modes de financement des hôpitaux.Dans le deuxième chapitre, nous allons tenter d’expliquer les fondements de contrôle degestion et les principes de la comptabilité analytique hospitalière.Le troisième chapitre est consacré pour le cas pratique où nous tentons d’étudier la réalité dela mise en place de la méthode des sections homogènes dans le calcul et l’analyse des coûtsdans l’EPH d’Aokas.

الهدفالرئيسي لهذه الدراسة هو معرفة دور التسويق المباشر في إنجاح طرح خدمة جديدة، وبالتالي يستدعي نجاح طرح خدمة جديدةولاسيما في قطاع الاتصالات إظهار القيمة التي تقدمها المؤسسة للزبون مقارنة بالخدمة المتاحة، بالإضافة إلى عمل المؤسسة بخاصيات وبنماذج جديدة لإقناع الزبون بحيث تلجأ إلى الإستعانة بأدوات التسويق المباشر لدفع الزبون نحو إحتضان الخدمة الجديدة وبالتالي تبنيها.تمت الدراسة الميدانية في مؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر-المسيلة حيث قمنا بجمع المعطيات والمعلومات التي مكنتنا من إختبار فرضيات الدراسة بالإستعانة بأدوات الدراسة المختلفة والمتمثلة في (الملاحظة، المقابلة،البحث الوثائقي).أظهرت نتائج الدراسة مساهمة التسويق المباشر في إنجاح طرح خدمة جديدة والمتمثلة في الإتصال بالأنترنت بواسطة الألياف البصرية لاسيما في شرح وتبني والإنتقال إلى الخدمة الجديدة ورفع رقم أعمال المؤسسة.

L’objectif de cette thèse est l’étude expérimentale et la modélisation des évolutions microstructurale et des cinétiques de transformation de phase α + β→β→α dans l’alliage de titane Ti-6Al-4V dans des conditions isothermes et non-isothermes. Dans cette optique, diverses techniques ont été utilisées (DSC, MEB, Microscopie Optique, résistivité électrique in-situ et DRX). La théorie de germination – croissance ainsi que l’équation de KM-JMA ont été utilisées pour modéliser les cinétiques de transformation de phase isothermes. Une approche basée sur le principe d’additivité est proposée pour adapter l’équation de KM-JMA pour les transformations de phases nonisothermes et est comparée à celle utilisant la notion de temps fictif. Les paramètres de cinétique de transformation de phase (n,k et Q) sont ainsi déterminés et interprétés sur la base des résultats de réalisée. Les mécanismes des différentes transformations de phase ont été discutés en tenant compte de l’analyse microstructurale et des paramètres de cinétiques déterminés.

En architecture, le danger est de penser que l’école est le reflet du monde professionnel etque les études se suffisent à elles-mêmes. Généralement l'enseignement de l'architecture estplacé sous la tutelle du ministère de la culture et de la communication. En revanche, l’Algériene possède qu'une seule école d'architecture au niveau d'Alger et c'est le seul pays ou cedernier est délégué par le Ministère de L’Enseignement Supérieur et de La RechercheScientifique.Ce travail est l'occasion pour moi d'imaginer et de concevoir l'école de demain, d’allervers une architecture différente des schémas traditionnels, de concevoir des équipements pourl'éducation d’architecture dans un environnement historique et urbain qui s'adapte auxdifférents besoins des étudiants, où les nouvelles technologies peuvent servir le public auquotidien. Du point de vue de l'architecture, de la fonction et de l'éducation, mon école estconçue selon les normes internationales des écoles.

Dans cette étude , nous avons réalisé une officine de pharmacie scientifique , avec de postersgéants, pédagogique ou les médicaments sont classés par action thérapeutique et spécificité dans la même famille .Les DCI ,princeps, génériques, en plus de boites de chaque générique .Cette pharmacie sera un outil pédagogique, avec lequel les étudiants en Master complèteront leur formation , en s’habituant aux différents principes actifs des médicaments, et cela pour se préparer à d’éventuelles formulations de nouveaux médicaments.

مستخلص البحث الكتابة هي احدى من المهارات اللغوية التي يجب مواجهتها. والقدرة التي تحتاجها مهارات الكتابة هي معرفة مهارات الكتابة وغالبا ما تمارس للتعبير عن الأفكار في الكتابة. لأن الكتابة مهارة متكاملة تهدف إلى إنتاج شيء يسمى الكتابة. ومع ذلك، فإن قدرة الطلاب على تعلم اللغة في مهارات الكتابة لا تزال ضعيفة، من هنا قامت الباحثة بتطوير مادة تعليمية تستند إلى نهج النظرية المعرفية لأن النظرية المعرفية تتأثر بالتغيرات في سلوك الناس وعمليات التعلم والتفكير الداخلي التي تحدث أثناء عملية التعلم. يهدف هذا البحث : لوصف تطوير المواد التعليمية لمهارة الكتابة على ضوء النظرية المعرفية، لوصف صلاحية المواد التعليمية لمهارة الكتابة على ضوء النظرية المعرفية، ولقياس فعالية استخدام المواد التعليمية لمهارة الكتابة على ضوء النظرية المعرفية لدى طالبات عمارة اللغة بمعهد سلفية شافعية سكورجو سيتوبندو. أما منهج هذا البحث بحث تطوير بنموذج أدي.(ADDIE) هذا المنهج مناسب لاستخدامه لأن يرجي منه الحصول على نتائج معينة وتجربة فعالة ومعرفة صلاحيتها في التجريبة الميدانية. والبيانات نوعان هما الكمي والكيفي، وأساليب جمع البيانات هي المقابلة، والاستبانة، والاختبار. وكان مجتمع البحث مستوى ثاني وعينته اثنتا عشرة طالبة. ونتائج هذا البحث: تطوير المواد التعليمية لمهارة الكتابة على ضوء النظرية المعرفية هي تستخدم بثلاث عمليات يعني الأولى استيعاب، والثاني التلاءم، والثالث التوازن. صلاحية المواد التعليمية لمهارة الكتابة على ضوء النظرية المعرفية لدى طالبات عمارة اللغة بمعهد سلفية شافعية سكورجو سيتوبندو هي جيد جدا لأن من خبير محتوى اللغة العربية هي 88% بتقدير جيد جدا و من خبير تصميم اللغة العربية هي 95% بتقدير جيد جدا. ونتائج الفعالية هو فعالة لأن 1,795> 8,02 < 2,718 فعرفت الباحثة أن قيمة "t" الحساب (6،46) أكبر من قيمة "t" الموجودة في الجدول. على مستوى التصديق 5% (0،05) لدرجة الحرية 11 تدل على عدد 1,795في مستوى التصديق 1% (0،01) تدل على العدد 2,718. فتعني ذلك أن الفرض السابق مقبول. وأبدت هذه النتيجة أن المواد التعليمية المطورة لمهارة الكتابة على ضوء النظرية المعرفية التي طورتها الباحثة فعالة لترقية كفاءة الطالبات في مهارة الكتابة.

The present thesis presents a critical study of how three contemporary ethnic American women writers present three exile cases and counter hegemonic discourses throughout them as regards notions of belonging, home and identity. The process of identity making is discussed through an examination of the female protagonists’ development in Cristina Garcia’s Dreaming in Cuban, Mohja Kahf’s The Girl in the Tangerine Scarf and Toni Morrison’s The Bluest Eye. I have chosen a Cuban American, an Arab American and an Afro-American writer as typical representatives of the cultures of the “other” in the USA in order toback up the argument of alterity. In the discussion of these works, the focusis on how the protagonists construct new meanings of exile that challenge previous conventions regarding the concept. While the protagonists resist conventional meanings of exile as well as gender roles and patriarchy; throughout their works, the authors reactagainst imperialistic and supremacist structures and seek to recuperate the sense of pride in cultural difference. In this research, I attempt to highlight how these three literary works are counter-narratives at many levels. On the one hand, the protagonists celebrate the feminist call for gender equality and defy the patriarchal structures in their respective societies; and thus create a counter-narrative regarding gender issues. On the other hand, they create counter-narratives regarding the histories of their respective homelands that are hitherto narrated by the omniscient Western narrator. At yet another level, the protagonists present counter-narratives regarding their cultural practices that have hitherto been regarded as archaic, backward, and not fit to adapt to the avant-garde changes of the Western world.

Virtual TV studio technology plays an important role in modern television program production. Studio program production for TV broadcasting generally follows a specific sequence. First, A studio set is constructed and the lighting on the studio set is adjusted. Next, cameras are used shoot the performers on the set. A virtual studio system, which generates computer-graphic (CG) images of a virtual studio set instead of using an actual set. The anticipated effect of a virtual studio is not only the elimination of an actual studio set, but also the creation of new visual effects through CG. In this work, a relatively inexpensive virtual TV studio approach is introduced to enable actors/users to interact with three-dimensional (3D) system more naturally with a synthetic environment. The objective is to create a virtual TV studio which is a collection of three-dimensional designs in order to a simulate the real studio, to use virtual sets that are useful in a variety of situations and that can greatly reduce the overall cost of video production compared to a traditional set building, to build a small studio for all programs and change the virtual studio according to the specific program. Some features of this work that can be equipped and prepared at home or anywhere else with the possibility of distributing programs produced outside the television studio real such as the YouTube website. The methodology used in this work is Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), the SDLC concept supports many kinds of software development methodologies. These methodologies help to design a framework for planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing and finally delivering a quality product to end users. The results of this research are development of a virtual TV studio by using three-dimensional program Autodesk 3ds max 2010, with the aid of the multimedia program: Adobe Photoshop CS. Montage programs namely Adobe premiere pro cs4 and Adobe After Effect cs4 were used to add effects for this work, and a channel on YouTube website was created by the name Alsahar Channel for uploading television programs. It is believed that this work opens up new possibilities for TV production to build a low cost virtual studio which does not need a real studio to operate. Final video classification by using neural networks for MATLAB. For further development of this work, the study recommends the using of a virtual environment with three-dimensional design in filmmaking, drama, comedy, educational programs and live broadcast.
