Ce travail est considéré comme une recherche bibliographique sur les techniques d'amélioration du processus de séchage solaire des produits alimentaires. Nous somme intéressé principalement à l'analyse théorique du processus de séchage solaire des poivrons, l'un des aliments populaires dans notre payé.Nous visons, à travers cette étude, à améliorer les performances du séchoir solaire, à étudier la cinétique de séchage du produit poivré et à connaître l'effet de la température et de la vitesse de l'air chaud sur la cinétique de séchage de ce produit.L'aspect expérimental de ce travail a été annulé en raison de l'épidémie de COVID-19 qui traverse le monde.

In this thesis, work is done in two-fold. First, a generalized Photovoltaic (PV) array simulator is developed in MATLAB/Simulink based on the five parameters equivalent electric circuit model. The values of the five unknown parameters are estimated using a stochastic optimization technique. Estimation problem is converted into an optimization problem where Differential Evolution (DE) as an efficient optimizing technique is employed to identify the model parameters at Standard Test Condition (STC) using only the data provided by the manufacturer. The effectiveness of the proposed method is analyzed by estimating the parameters of six PV panels of three different technologies and comparing the determined I-V curves with the experimental curves given in the datasheets. These identified parameters are then used to develop a precise PV simulator which is flexible enough to simulate any number of PV panels connected in series and parallel. The robustness of the proposed simulator is demonstrated under partial shaded conditions and its performance is verified by interfacing it with an actual power electronics converter and Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) controller.Second, an efficient Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) based MPPT controller is proposed that extract maximum possible power from PV under all operating condition. The proposed ANFIS-based MPPT controller has the capacity to track the optimum point under rapidly changing irradiation conditions with less fluctuations in steady state as compared to the conventional MPPT methods. Nonlinear time domain simulations have been carried out to assess the effectiveness of the proposed controllers under different disturbances and compared with the performance of conventional Incremental Conductance (InCond) method. The obtained results demonstrate that the proposed ANFIS-based MPPT controller has better dynamic and steady state performance than the conventional method. Finally, its performance is investigated experimentally where Real Time Digital Simulator (RTDS) is utilized to simulate a PV system in real time and proposed ANFIS-based MPPT controller is developed in dSPACE DS1104. The experimental results are compared with those obtained from MATLAB simulation to assess the validity and accuracy of the proposed controller. Simulation and experimental results show that the proposed ANFIS-based MPPT has fast dynamic response and fewer fluctuations in the steady state as compare to conventional InCond method.

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير جائحة كورونا على العقود بصفة عامة وعلى العقد الرياضي بصفة خاصة. ومن أجل ذلك تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، و قد توصلت الدراسة لضرورة ادراج الأندية الرياضية لشرط إعادة التفاوض ضمن العقود المبرمة مستقبلا مع اللاعبين حول بنود العقد الرياضي، و في حالة لجوء طرفي العقد الرياضي الى القضاء للفصل في نظام متعلق بعدم أداء النادي الرياضي لالتزاماته التعاقدية يكون من الأجدر بالقاضي عند تكييفه لفيروس كورونا (كوفيد19)، ان يتحقق من زمان و مكان ابرام العقد، جائحة فيروس كورونا ليست بأزمة صحية فحسب؛ بل تتخطى آثارها السلبية الأنظمة الصحية وسلامة الأفراد لتمتد وتشمل مجال العقود والالتزامات.

In this dissertation, the situation of court interpreting in Oman is discussed and the challenges that face court interpreters are further investigated. This thesis touches upon significant issues about court interpreting emphasizing the challenging nature embedded in the court interpreter's task. In Oman, court interpreting is still a young profession for which a code of ethics and established regulative laws don not even exist. In this thesis, the situation of the court interpreting profession and that of court interpreters in Oman are set under focus. In chapter one, an overview to the thesis is stated considering the circumstances that surround the profession of court interpreting in Oman. Chapter two touches upon some important translation theories that are relevant to the discussion of the thesis. In chapter three, an overview of the principal interpreting theories is attempted referring to some of the recent studies conducted by interpreting researchers. Chapter four focuses on interpreting theories that are oriented to explain the central issues that revolve around the court interpreting profession. In chapter five, a study on the situation of court interpreters in Oman is presented, based on structured questionnaires distributed to six court interpreters working in different courts of law. In the last chapter, the thesis concludes that court interpreters in Oman face certain challenges that have the liability to obstruct their interpretation assignments in courtrooms. Based on the established theoretical considerations and the findings inferred from the study displayed in chapter five, the thesis suggests some useful strategies court interpreters can adopt to overcome the challenges of their tasks.
