ىدفت ىذه الد ا رسة إلى التعرف عمى كفايات التعميم الإلكتروني لدي معممي المرحمةالثانوية بمحمية امدرمان استخدمت الدارسة المنيج الوصفي التحميمي، لأنو الأنسب لموضوعالد ا رسة وتكونت عينة الد ا رسة من 139 معمم من معممي المرحمة الثانوية بمحمية أمدرمانوتم اختيارىم بطريقة عشوائية واستخدمت الدارسة الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات من عينة،)SPSS( الد ا رسة، وتمت المعالجة الاحصائية باستخدام برنامج التحميل الاحصائيوتوصمت إلى النتائج التالية .1( تتوافر الكفايات التى تتعمق بثقافة التعميم الإلكتروني لدى معممي المرحمة الثانوية بدرجةمتوسطة.2( تتوافر الكفايات التى تتعمق باستخدام الحاسوب لدى معممي المرحمة الثانوية بدرجةعالية.3( تتوافر الكفايات التى تتعمق باستخدام الإنترنت لدى معممي المرحمة الثانوية بدرجةمتوسطةتتوافر الكفايات التى تتعمق بتصميم البرمجيات والوسائط المتعددة لدى معممي المرحمةالثانوية بدرجة متوسطة.5( تتوافر الكفايات التى تتعمق باستخدام التقنيات الحديثة لدى معممي المرحمة الثانويةبدرجة متوسطة

This study focuses to the essentiel part of the wind tubine which is the tower . The tower can be holdthe wind turbine rotor at the certain height to must have highest wind speed and regular. The interestof this study is justified in order to minimize the cost it only represents about 30% of the total cost ofthe wind turbine. Our contribution through this work is to present the approach for the calculation ofsuch a structure has several features, we lock firste through a phase of modeling and calculation of thevarious demands for operation of the tower and its geometry, then comes the computation required forverification of resistance to extreme loads operation. The calculation tool is the finite elements.Studied tower is a tower of tubular form made about steel having a height of 78 meters which may behold 1.6 MW turbine power. The results illustrate the behavior of the tower, identify the section mostattract and check the resistance of the structure according to the standards places

اهتم هذا البحث الموسوم ب (دراسة مقارنة بين رواية البؤساء لفكتور هيجو ورواية المعذبون لطه حسين) بالمقارنة بين الروايتين مع ذكر أوجه الاختلاف والتشابه في كل من الروايتين وكيف صور لنا كل من الكاتبين، طه حسين وفيكتور هيجو الظلم الاجتماعي السائد في المجتمع الفرنسي في القرن التاسع عشر وفي المجتمع المصري في القرن العشرين محاولين بذلك تسليط الضوء على تلك الفئة الفقيرة البائسة بهدف ايصال رسالة للقارئ ومحاولتهم تغير وضعية تلك الفئة المعذبة في الأرض. اختلفت شخصيات البؤساء والمعذبون في الأرض، ففي رواية البؤساء كان بطل الرواية جان فلجان الذي مرت شخصيته بعدة أحداث أما رواية المعذبون فكانت مجموعة من القصص القصيرة تختلف عن بعضها البعض في الشخصيات والأحداث والزمان والمكان.

Dans ce mémoire, nous avons étudié un problème aux limites de second ordre singulier,sur un intervalle borné (0, 1), et ainsi que la théorie de point critiques, le principe varia tionnel d’Ekeland et lemme du Col. Notre objectif dans cette étude était d’appliquer le théoriede point critiques et lemme du Col pour étudier l’existence et multiplicité des solutions pourun problème aux limites de second ordre singulier suivant :−u00= f(x, u), x ∈ (0, 1),u(0) = u(1) = 0,Enfin, nous avons généralisé certains résultats qui a étudié dans le problème précédent, dansun problème aux limites de second ordre perturbé et singulier suivant :−u00(x) = f(x, u(x)) + e(x), x ∈ (0, 1),u(0) = u(1) = 0,Lorsque nous avons utilisé la méthode variationnelle et lemme du Col, Il s’avère que la solutiondu problème consiste à définir les points minimum ou critiques d’une fonctionnel d’énergie.

بالرغم من أن المذهب المالكي هو الذي كان سائدا خلال حكم الدولة المرابطية, إلا أن ابن تومرت جعل المذهب الموحدي هو المذهب الشرعي للدولة عند بنائها, وقد تطرقنا إلى ما تكون منه هذا المذهب فيما سبق, ورغم ما وصلت إليه الدولة الموحدية لكننا نجد أن المذهب المالكي بقي موجودا حتى أثناء حكم الدولة المرينية فيما بعد. ومن الملاحظ أن المهدي ابن تومرت حاول أن يشبه مساره كمسار النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وذلك لنجاح دعوته, فقد اتخذ من اسمه محمد واسم أبيه عبد الله ذريعة, وكذا فإنه بويع تحت شجرة خروب كما بويع صلى الله عليه وسلم تحت الشجرة, واتخذ من أخص أصحابه عشرة كعدة أصحاب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم المبشرين بالجنة, وأيضا أخذ من صراعه ضد المرابطين – المجسمين- كصراع الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم ضد الكفار.صحيح أن المهدي ساهم في بناء دولة شملت كل المغرب الإسلامي ووحدته ودافعت عن الأندلس مدة طويلة, وصحيح أنه كان يحث أتباعه على الصلاة وحفظ القرآن, وكان يحث على الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر لكنه بالغ عندما ادعى أنه المهدي المنتظر, وبالغ حين أحل قتل المرابطين, فقد تغاضى عن بعض الأمور التي هي محرمة في الدين الإسلامي من أجل الوصول إلى مبتغاه حيث أنه إن صح القول .

L’étude vise l’amélioration des comportements physico-chimique et mécanique, aussi bien à court terme qu’à long terme, ainsi que la durabilité des ouvrages à base des ciments aux laitiers. Outre la protection de l’environnement, de par la réduction des gaz à effet de serre (CO2), le recyclage des laitiers vitreux dans les ciments permet d’augmenter la compacité des bétons suite à la fixation de la Portlandite sous forme de silicate de calcium hydraté (C-S-H). De plus, les faibles dégagements de chaleur induits par les ciments à base de laitier font d’eux des candidats pour leur utilisation lors des bétonnages en grande masse ou par temps chaud (cas du Sud Algérien). Ce travail est une contribution à l’étude de la réactivité des laitiers dans le cadre de leur utilisation comme substitut du clinker pour l’élaboration des bétons usuels et à hautes performances. Dans la présente étude, nous avons testé des bétons à hautes performances contenant des pourcentages allant de 10% à 30% de laitier vitreux. En vue d’augmenter les performances à court terme, nous avons incorporé 10% de fumée de silice (FS) et avons réduit le rapport E/L en présence d’adjuvant haut réducteur d’eau. Les résultats obtenus montrent que la substitution d’une partie du ciment par le laitier a permis d’améliorer les comportements rhéologique et mécanique des bétons ce qui répond aux exigences économique et environnemental.

The legal insurance system represents the axis of liability that revolve around him all the topicsdiscussed and analyzed in this Graduation memorandum, given that at present the insurance contractsare important than any other types insurance equalized, especially because of the intervention of thelegislature in imposing them in many areas, and seeking to adopt regulations and laws dominated byprotectionism to protect unaffected.We studied the general framework for insurance contracts, by its conceptualization whilefollowing its creation process until it becomes a stand-alone, explaining the difference between himand other systems like him as the obligation for the benefit of others and disclaimer, by showing itslegal nature and its advantage over other insurance contracts that have given him unique specialprovisions, As we showed the field and scope of this type of contract, Both in terms of securableliability or errors covered by the warranty, and the damage that can be compensated through thesecontracts, not to mention the determination of the scope in terms of people.For this study we tried to give an image to the practical applications of these contracts through theimages of liability insurance that take two faces: one is closely related to one of the other classes ofinsurance contract as a warranty is included in the contract that interferes with it, either as anindependent contract exchange separate special deposit of the other branches of civil liabilityinsurance. We showed these two sides by several examples chosen following two principles: firsttaking into account the liability insurance propagated by the legislator in Articles 163 to 178 of the lawof 07/95.
