Au cours de ces dernières années, les alliages d'aluminium ont suscité un grand intérêt de recherche, principalement en raison de la demande croissante pour l'utilisation de matériaux plus légers dans l'industrie d'automobile. Les alliages AlMgSi (Cu) peuvent être traités thermiquement sont les matériaux de choix pour le corps automobile. Une meilleure compréhension de l'évolution de la microstructure et de la cinétique de précipitation des alliages d'aluminium AlMgSi est requise. Notre étude, est basée sur les alliages AlMgSi, est principalement conçue pour une meilleure compréhension de l'effet des éléments d'addition tels que Fe, Cu et excès de Si en plus des traitements thermiques sur la cinétique de précipitation. L'effet du vieillissement naturel et artificiel sur le comportement de précipitation et sa relation avec le durcissement ont été étudié. Différentes techniques d'analyse ont été utilisées dans cette étude pour suivre l'évolution de la microstructure et les propriétés thermomécaniques. Nous avons principalement utilisé la microscopie optique, la diffraction des rayons X, la microscopie électronique à balayage et à transmission, la microdureté et la calorimétrie différentielle à balayage. Le taux de durcissement élevé pendant le vieillissement artificiel des alliages traités est dû à la densité des phases durcissantes ?''. Cependant, les alliages vieillis naturellement ont un taux de durcissement lent, ont la cause est attribuée à une nucléation et à une croissance plus faible de ?''. L'ajout de cuivre permet d'affiner la taille des grains et d'accélérer la précipitation. Par conséquent, la densité des précipités augmente les propriétés mécaniques des alliages étudiés. Le vieillissement naturel a été obtenu pour avoir un effet négatif sur le durcissement des alliages du fait de la dissolution des zones GP. Le vieillissement artificiel avant le vieillissement naturel a un bon effet sur l'augmentation de la densité des précipités durcissantes. The current study seeks to research the topic of "mechanism of sosio-professional mobility for human resources from the perspective of organizational justice" as one of the topics that have received great attention by many thinkers and researchers in several disciplines especially in sociology. The study started from asking the following main question: What are the mechanisms of socio-professional mobility? For human resources according to the perspective of organizational justice?Among the objectives of the study is to understand the mechanisms of socio-professional mobility in its dimensions and levels, and to shed light on organizational justice by studying the dimension that are formed from it and finally collecting information from reality in order to understand and analyze the mechanisms of movement from the perspective of organizational justice, especially in the institution under study, and this in order to activate them in the organization and assimilate the social formation that formed this working class.To answer the question raised and prove the validity of the hypotheses, we conducted a field study at the Directorate of Electricity and Gas-Batna-, and this study belongs to the field of descriptive research, and we have relied on the descriptive approach to suit the subject of the study, which aims to describe and analyze the mechanisms of socio-professional mobility that have a role in activating the values of organizational justice.The result showed that the mechanisms of socio-professional mobility that have a role in activating the values of human resources are not activated according to the perspective of organizational justice. Finally, the study proposes to intensify the study on the subject of socio-professional mobility mechanisms because of their effective role in improving the socio-professional situation in the institution.

كان للمنهج التداولي- باعتباره آلية من الآليات الحديثة في تحليل النصوص والكشف عن ملابساتها- دور بارز في مقاربة فن من الفنون الأدبية النثرية المتمثل في " رسالة الهناء" لأبي العلاء المعري والتي تعد مدونة تراثية تجسد عملية التواصل الإنساني.وقد بدت ملامح التداولية ومبادئها جلية في الرسالة حيث حاولنا الإلمام بأهم المبادئ والمفاهيم الإجرائية من خلال خطة تقوم على مدخل وفصلين تطبيقيين، وقفنا في المدخل على تحديد المفهوم اللغوي والاصطلاحي للتداولية عند كل من العرب والغرب،وتطرقنا إلى رصد مراحل نشأتها وتطورها ثم توجهنا إلى التعريف بالمدونة وصاحبها.أما الفصل الأول تركز البحث فيه على جانب العملية التواصلية والاستراتيجيات التي اعتمدها المعري لإقناع مراسله بما ذهب إليه فجاء مقسما إلى:الاستهلال والسياق ثم الحجاج.في حين حاولنا في الفصل الثاني الكشف عن أهم المرتكزات التداولية ومدى تجليها في هذه الرسالة حيث سُلط الضوء على الإشاريات بأنواعها( الشخصية والزمانية والمكانية والاجتماعية وكذلك الخطابية أوالنصية) وعلى الافتراض المسبق ثم تلاهما الاستلزام الحواري والأفعال الكلامية التي تعتبر من أهم المباحث التداولية التي ركزت عليها جل الدراسات.وقد تبين من خلال هذا البحث مدى غنى هذه الرسالة بجوانب مهمة من الدرس التداولي

Il y a prés de vingt-trois siècles, Euclide démontrait l'infinitude de l'ensemble des nombrespremiers. Le problème se pose donc d'étudier le comportement asymptotique de la fonctionde comptage des nombres premiers. Dans le premier chapitre nous avons présentéles premiers progrés significatifs (d^us à Chebychev) concernant cette répartition. Ensuiteon a présenté une étude de la fonction z^eta de Riemann en tant que fonction à variablecomplexe. Nous avons vu comment la localisation des zéros de la fonction z^eta permetd'en déduire le théorème des nombres premiers. Background: Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) and traditional exercise are used in treating chronic low back pain. The aim of this study was to compare the effects of TENS and traditional exercises among patients with chronic low back pain. Methodology: control trial study, done in police hospital physiotherapy department. 30 patients were divided into two groups: A (experimental group) 15 patient received TENS and traditional exercises, B (Control) 15 patients received traditional back exercises only. All patients experimental and control groups were evaluated before and after treatment using a visual analog scale, Modified Modified Schoober and oswestry disability index regarding their use of additional medications. RESULTS: There was statistical significant difference in study group when evaluated by VAS scale with P-value (0.000) , Flexion Modified Modified Schoober With P-Value (0.010) , Extension Modified Modified Schoober With p-value (0.001)and oswestry index (0.001) and on the other hand there was also statistical significant difference in the control group when evaluated by VAS scale with P-value (0.001) , Flexion Modified Modified Schoober With P-Value (0.001) , Extension Modified Modified Schoober with p-value (0.001)and oswestry index (0.001). CONCLUSION: There was no difference between TENS and traditional exercise or traditional exercise only for treatment chronic low back pain treatment.

People from all over the world went to the United States to benefit from this land of freedom. Also, the import of Black Slaves from Africa in the Colonial Era was followed by the most acute forms of discrimination. In addition to this; the American society was based on life, freedom and search for happiness; all of this benefited only whites. Furthermore, Black Women were forced to come to American Colonies were enslaved and exploited by whites; they spent their lives under torture, race and discrimination, and were deprived of their basic civil rights. These Black Women fought to secure their right to vote and to regain their status. Through their struggle they reached an important role. In the early 1950s they tried to gain political power, the right to vote and equality in public places. This research deals with the role of Black Women in the most important events that changed American society during the twentieth century with the aim to highlight the evolution of their lives within the Civil Rights Movement of the 1960s and the struggle and resistance to continued discrimination.
