(Spectatrice: « jet’aime ») tu m’aimes! (Spectatrice: « wé ») comme un fou, comme un soldat ou commeune star de cinéma? Nous cherchons donc à partir de cette étude analytique à savoir : Quels sontles outils linguistiques utilisés pour exprimer la comparaison dans le discourshumoristique de Gad Elmaleh? Notre objectif consiste à analyser la comparaison utiliséepar le comédien en mettant l’accent sur l’implicite. Our goal is to analyze the comparisonused by the speaker with a focus on the implicit. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور التحليل المالي في تشخيص الوضعية المالية للمؤسسة الاقتصادية، ومن أجل ذلك تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، مع استخدام منهج دراسة حالة من خلال دراسة حالة مؤسسة TRAVOCOVIA خلال الفترة 2020-2022 عن طريق تحليل قوائمها المالية اعتمادا على مؤشرات التوازن المالي والنسب المالية.وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن المؤسسة محل الدراسة في وضعية مالية غير مريحة خلال سنوات الدراسة، بالإضافة أن دور التحليل المالي في تشخيص الوضعية المالية للمؤسسة الاقتصادية يكمن في الفهم الحقيقي والفعلي لوضعها المالي لمواكبة التحديات الاقتصادية ورسم الرؤى المستقبلية.

My thesis explores the adaptation and implementation of Performance-Based Planning in Lebanon. It does so through the entry point of a case study in the neighborhood of Mar Mikhael (Beirut) where I adopt the findings of the Planning & Design Workshop studio conducted in Fall 2017 in the MUPP/MUD program at the American University of Beirut. The studio had found that drastic urban transformations were taking place in Mar Mikhael, imposed by market-led initiatives that strived for profit maximization at the expense of social and spatial considerations. The analysis of the regulatory framework had further found that existing urban planning regulations are unsuitable for addressing concerns for a more equitable and livable urbanization.My research chose to investigate alternative regulatory approaches that could foster a planning path towards the desired neighborhood. More specifically, the thesis proposed to explore the Performance-Based Planning approach as a means to respond to the vision derived from the workshop and develop flexible and innovative planning solutions. In studying the applicability of performance-based planning in Lebanon, the intent is not to simply ‘import’ a western regulatory tool into a new context. Instead, the challenge is to articulate flexible processes that rely on qualitative parameters and expectations to replace the rigid, quantitatively defined rules.The solution-oriented approach proposed in the thesis develops a policy-based intervention proposal articulated at the national and local levels. At the national level, I identified the challenges to be addressed before performance based planning can be introduced. This required me to map existing planning institutions and regulations and outline the structural revisions to be introduced in the Lebanese planning processes as a prerequisite to the adaption of performance-based planning. At the local level, the thesis studied closely the context before proposing the introduction of Neighborhood Planning in Mar Mikhael, the adaptation of performance code to local conditions, and the articulation of neighborhood commissions that can follow on these processes.My thesis is significant in its three-fold contribution to Urban Planning in Lebanon. First, it adds to the body of knowledge created on the specific topic of urban transformation in the neighborhood of Mar Mikhael. Second, it contributes to the development of an innovative planning and regulatory framework for Lebanon, whereby experimenting with performance-based planning can help urban planners to stimulate the development of innovative regulatory arrangements, work towards specific goals and facilitates the possibility of having internal discussions at local levels. Third, my thesis experiments with the possibility of adapting planning in a way that can foster inclusive urban governance in Beirut’s context.

بعد ملاحظة النتائج التي خلفتها الأنشطة الإنسانية على البيئة, وما أوقعته من كوارث عديدة, برزت وسيلة قانونية لها من الأهمية ما يجعلها تكتسب مكانة مهمة كأداة لحماية البيئة ودراسة مدى التأثير على البيئة. هذا الإجراء العلمي والإداري يهدف الى دراسة الآثار المباشرة وغير المباشرة السلبية والإيجابية للمشاريع على البيئة قبل انجازها, ومن هنا تظهر أهمية الإجراء, فهو من جهة دراسة علمية تقنية تستند الى منهجية علمية عند اعدادها, ومن جهة أخرى اجراء يساعد على اتخاذ قرار اداري حول المشروع قيد الدراسة من عدمه, والأهم من ذلك أنها دراسة قبلية تسبق المشروع وتنفي الأضرار قبل وقوعها.

Le projet qui nous a été confié porte sur l’étude d’un bâtiment multifonctionnel(habitations, commerces) en (R+8+sous-sol) implanté à Amizour wilaya de Béjaïa qui est classéd’après le règlement parasismique algérien en zone de moyenne sismicité. Donc il y a lieu dedéterminer leur comportement dynamique, afin d’assurer une bonne résistance de l’ouvrage àlong terme et assurer le confort et la sécurité des vies humaines.Afin de cerner notre étude, nous avons divisé le travail en plusieurs chapitres, Lespremiers chapitres traitent de la conception, le pré dimensionnement ainsi que du calcul deséléments secondaires. Ensuite, une étude dynamique suivie par un chapitre de calcul deséléments porteurs, puis une étude concernant l’infrastructure. En fin on termine le travail parune conclusion générale.Les différentes étapes de calcul ont été minutieusement décrites dans ce document. Lescalculs ont été menés conformément aux règles en vigueur en Algérie (BAEL 91, CBA 93 RPA99version 2003 … etc.) et pour la modélisation du bâtiment on utilise un logiciel de calculROBOT 2013

Many chemical elements that present in the human diet are essential for human life at low concentrations but can be toxic at high concentrations and at chronic exposure. The aim of this study was to determine the levels of heavy metals in some canned food that are sold in the Palestinian market and compare them with the recommended international levels.The contents of investigated metals in canned food in this study were found to be in the range of (0.089-1.17 mg/L) for Pb, (0.019-0.32 mg/L) for Cd, (2.05-10.6 mg/L) for Zn and (0.79-3.97 mg/L) for Cu. Cadmium and Copper results were higher than international permissible levels. Whereas Lead and Zinc levels were within the permissible levels. The results necessitate continuous monitoring of Cd and Cu levels and controlling of canning process in canned food to obtain food safety.This study demonstrates that Cd and Cu levels were higher than international permissible levels and this is an important alarm in public health. We recommend further future studies that asses the levels of the studied elements in human body and selecting samples from hair ,nails and blood.

ملخص: تعرضت الجزائر للكثير من الانتهاكات في كياناتها وعروبتها وإسلامها منذ الدخول الفرنسي لأراضيها، إلا أنها تمكنت من الانتصار وبفضل مباركة الله تعالى للثورة التحريرية التي توجت بالاستقلال وكما تعرضت المناطق والولايات الثورية للخيانات والتصفيات كان نفس النصيب للمنطقة الثانية من الولاية السادسة التي تعرضت في حياتها الثورية لأكبر خيانة من طرف الجنرال الخائن بلونيس محمد الذي حارب وعذب سكانها المدنيين والثوريين ، إ لا أن إرادة المجاهدين والشهداء الذين أخلصوا في تأدية المهمة والأمانة وتمكنوا من إعلاء كلمتهم وتحقيق الاستقلال المنشود.
