Ce projet consiste à étudier un bâtiment en béton armé (Sous-sol + RDC + 5 étages), destiné à réalisé dans la wilaya Alger , classée dans la zone de forte sismicité (zone III). Le contreventement de la structure est assuré par un système mixte portiques-voiles. Le dimensionnement et le ferraillage de tous les éléments résistants ont été établis conformément au documents techniques règlementaires CBA93 et RPA99 version 2003. L'étude sismique a été menée suivant la méthode numérique moyennant le logiciel d'analyse (SAP2000 V 21)En dernier lieu, nous avons étudié l’infrastructure en calculant les fondations.

ﺟﺎء ﻫﺬا اﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﻟﻴﺪرس ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ أﺣﻜﺎم رﺑﺎ ﰲ اﻟﻨﻘﻮد ﺎ وﺗﻄﺒﻴﻘﺎ اﳌﻌﺎﺻﺮة، ﻓﺒﲔ ﺗﻌﺮﻳﻒ اﻟﺮﺑﺎ و أدﻟﺔ ﲢﺮﳝﻪ وأﻧﻮاﻋﻪ، وﻗﺪﻋﺮض أﻗﻮال اﻟﻔﻘﻬﺎء ﰲ ﺑﻴﺎن ﻋﻠﺔ اﻟﺮﺑﺎ واﺧﺘﺎر رﺟﺤﺎن ﻣﻦ ﻗﺎل ﺑﺄن اﻟﻌﻠﺔ ﰲ اﻟﻨﻘﺪﻳﻦ ﻫﻲ اﻟﺜﻤﻨﻴﺔ،وذﻟﻚ ﻷن اﻟﺜﻤﻨﻴﺔ ﻫﻲ أﺳﺎس ﻗﻴﻢ اﻷﺷﻴﺎء اﻟﱵ ﻗﺎﻣﺖ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ اﻟﻨﻘﻮد،وﺑﲔ اﺗﻔﺎق اﻟﻔﻘﻬﺎء ﻋﻠﻰ ﺟﺮﻳﺎن اﻟﺮﺑﺎ ﰲ اﻟﻨﻘﺪﻳﻦ وذﻛﺮ أدﻟﺘﻬﻢ ﻋﻠﻰ ذﻟﻚ. وﺗﻄﺮق اﻟﺒﺎﺣﺚ ﰲ ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﻪ إﱃ دراﺳﺔ ﻧﻈﺮﻳﺔ ﰒ دراﺳﺔ ﺗﻄﺒﻴﻘﻴﺔ ﻓﻴﻪ، ﻛﻤﺎ اﺳﺘﻌﺮض أﻗﻮال اﻟﻔﻘﻬﺎء وﻣﻨﺎﻗﺸﺘﻬﻢ ﰲ ﺗﻄﺒﻴﻘﺎ ﺎ اﳌﻌﺎﺻﺮة، ورﺟﺢ ﻗﻮل ﻣﻦ ﻗﺎل ﺑﺮﺑﻮﻳﺔ اﻟﻔﻠﻮس اﻟﺮاﺋﺠﺔ. وﺧﺘﻢ اﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﺑﺎﳊﺪﻳﺚ ﻋﻦ ﺣﻜﻢ اﻟﺮﺑﺎ ﰲ اﻷوراق اﻟﻨﻘﺪﻳﺔ اﳌﻌﺎﺻﺮة، وذﻛﺮ ﺑﻌﺾ أﻗﻮال اﻟﻔﻘﻬﺎء اﳌﻌﺎﺻﺮﻳﻦ واﺧﺘﺎر اﻟﺒﺎﺣﺚ ﻗﻮل ﻣﻦ ﻗﺎل ﲜﺮﻳﺎن اﻟﺮﺑﺎ ﺑﻨﻮﻋﻴﻪ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ.ﰒ ذﻛﺮ اﻟﺒﺎﺣﺚ ﰲ اﳋﺎﲤﺔ اﻟﻨﺘﺎﺋﺞ اﻟﱵ ﺗﻮﺻﻞ إﻟﻴﻬﺎ.This research came to study the issue of the rulings of usury and its contemporary applications, between the definition of usury and the evidence for its prohibition and its types. And he showed the agreement of the jurists on the flow of usury in the two cashes and mentioned their evidence for that. And the researcher touched on his subject to a theoretical study and then an applied study in it, as he reviewed the sayings of the jurists and their discussion in their contemporary applications, and preferred the saying of those who said that the money is popular. The research concluded by talking about the rule of usury in contemporary banknotes, and mentioned some of the sayings of contemporary jurists. The researcher chose the saying of those who said that the two types of usury flow in it. Then the researcher mentioned in the conclusion the results he reached.

Dans ce mémoire, nous avons tout d’abord exposé la méthodologie de la reconstruction phylogénétique : Nous avons abordé les problèmes de l’échantillonnage, le choix des caractères donc, nous avons récupérer les séquences nucléotidique de la base de donnée Gen Bank, on a trouve que M.truncatula et M.sativa sont les deux espèces les plus étudiées dans le genre Medicago, et le gène qui est le plus utilisé pour la phylogénie et le gène chloroplastique, qui s’est avéré le plus utile pour les analyses phylogénétiques. Les séquences chloroplastiques obtenus seront traitées par le logiciel MEGA 5 en passant par un alignement multiple en utilisant le programme ClustalW, puis la méthode(UPGMA) pour inférer les phylogénies du genre Medicago. Les groupements taxonomiques générés par les phylogénies obtenues pour 43 espèces sur une combinaison des séquences chloroplastiques sont congruents entre eux mais pas avec ceux d’autres auteurs sur d’autres données et avec la classification traditionnelle excepté pour Medicago Sect. Intertextae. Nos résultats démontrent aussi la monophylie du genre Medicago vis-à-vis du genre proche Trigonella.

La chute automnale des feuilles mortes de platane (Platanus acerifolia) et de peuplier (Populus nigra), espèces largement répandues le long des rives de l’Oued Tizguit dans la région d’Ifrane, est à l’origine de la perturbation de l’équilibre physico-chimique et biologique du milieu aquatique récepteur. La désoxygénation provoquée par les feuilles de platane et de peuplier noir se caractérise par deux distinctes échelonnées dans le temps et causant une réduction de l’oxygène de l’eau d’environ 90%. Par ailleurs, l’étude de la désoxygénation des eaux par les feuilles de platane a montré que les deux types de feuilles, fraîches et séchées, désoxygènent le milieu récepteur au même degré. Le séchage des feuilles, pour cette espèce, ne semble donc pas modifier leur activité désoxygénante. Chez le peuplier noir, les feuilles fraîches désoxygènent le milieu récepteur beaucoup plus que les feuilles séchées. Les produits de lessivage des feuilles de platane et de Peuplier noir n’ont aucun effet sur le pH du milieu récepteur à l’exception des feuilles fraîches et séchées de Platanus acerifolia lessivées à 5°C qui ont acidifié le milieu durant les premières heures d’incubation. Concernant l’effet toxique, les faibles et les moyennes températures (5°C et 15°C) sont favorables à la libération des substances toxiques chez Platanus acerifolia et les fortes températures (25°C) sont favorables pour Populus nigra. Quelque soit la concentration utilisée, le Peuplier noir engendre des mortalités cumulées plus importantes que le Platane. Pour des concentrations élevées (10g/1), les feuilles fraîches de Populus nigra sont plus toxiques. Par contre, chez Platanus acerifolia se sont les feuilles séchées qui sont les plus toxiques.

Transportation is one of the most important aspects of urban life. Beyond this, it is also an important base for the development of societies and one of the most important sectors in support of sustainability. Many studies, including the Arabic context, have used comprehensive research to show how closely it is related to sustainability. It is also an important indicator of the progress and development of cities. However, recently, there has been a noticeable increase in the global population, increased movement of goods and transportation and increased vehicle ownership coming in parallel with the rapid development. Different experience gained from developed and developing countries has led to making the right decision on urban stability under sustainable development. As sustainable development is necessary to achieve sustainability in the long term, its indicators have become a comprehensive and alternative approach to measure urbanization as an integrated unit and assess the scope of progress in the urban road network. A comprehensive study of the urban road network and its relationship with sustainability is explored through the requirements of sustainable transport and its components through the hierarchy of roads, focusing on the indicators of public transport, traffic network, car parks, green spaces, vehicle ownership, pollution and noise. The main goal is to reduce air pollution, traffic congestion, energy consumption and road accidents while promoting social interactionto move to sustainable transport and maintain the quality of life for the longest possible period of time . The study area was divided into 27 neighborhoods according to the neighborhoods of the city of Ramadi, and transportation indicators were determined by the engineering and planning dimensions, which are 12 indicators, the social dimension consisting of 3 indicators, the environmental dimension consisting of 3 indicators and the economic dimension consists of 3 indicators. The data was obtained and the required indicators were extracted through the GIS program throughiithe 2020 satellite image, which was provided to us through the conclusion of a research contract with the Ramadi Municipality Directorate, and the indicators were analyzed by the SPSS statistical program ,builds a mathematical model, which meets the requirements of sustainable development .The model showed that the indicators of the main roads area and sidewalks area are the most influential on the model, with a confidence coefficient of more than 98%. It are comparison all indicators related to urban transport with the basic parameters of transport to obtain the matrix of sustainability indicators from which the assessment was created. Finally, the results of the sustainability matrix assessment for the study area showed a range of 20% to 70%. Introducing a standard guideline to the requirements of a sustainable future for the city of Ramadi is the main purpose of this study
