L'étude exploratoire sur l'apport du Service d'Aide Médicale Urgente (SAMU) à l'offre de soins du Centre Hospitalier Universitaire (CHU) de TO s'inscrit dans une démarche visant à évaluer l'efficacité et l'impact du SAMU dans la prise en charge des urgences médicales au sein de cet établissement. À travers une analyse approfondie des données disponibles, ainsi que des entretiens avec le personnel médical et paramédical impliqué dans la gestion des urgences, l'étude cherche à identifier les principaux domaines où le SAMU contribue à améliorer la qualité des soins d'urgence. Les objectifs de cette étude incluent la compréhension des protocoles et des processus en place pour la coordination entre le SAMU et le CHU, l'évaluation de la rapidité et de l'efficacité des interventions du SAMU dans la prise en charge des patients, ainsi que l'analyse de l'impact du SAMU sur la réduction des délais d'attente et l'optimisation des ressources hospitalières. En examinant ces aspects, l'étude vise à identifier les forces et les faiblesses du système actuel de gestion des urgences et à formuler des recommandations pour son amélioration. Les résultats de cette étude fourniront des informations cruciales aux responsables du CHU TO et du SAMU, ainsi qu'aux décideurs politiques, pour optimiser la collaboration entre ces deux entités et garantir une prise en charge efficace et efficiente des urgences médicales dans la région desservie par le CHU TO. En définitive, cette étude contribuera à renforcer le système de santé local en identifiant les meilleures pratiques et en proposant des pistes d'amélioration pour garantir des soins d'urgence de haute qualité et accessibles à tous les patients.

Notre étude porte sur le comportement diélectrique et mécanique du polyéthylène réticulé chimiquement (P.R.C) vieilli thermiquement, utilisé dans l'isolation des câbles moyenne tension (18/30kV), fabriqué par l'Entreprise des Industries des Câbles de Biskra (EN.I.CA.B). Nous avons fait vieillir thermiquement et d'une manière continue quatre échantillons de câbles isolés au PRC pendant 2000 heures aux températures de vieillissement suivantes: 80°C, 100°C, 120°C et 140°C. Au cours du vieillissement thermique, nous avons obtenu une dégradation des propriétés diélectriques et mécaniques du PRC. Cette dégradation est d'autant plus importante que la température de vieillissement est élevée. D'après nos résultats, le PRC fabriqué par L'EN.I.CA.B présente un bon vieillissement thermique aux alentours de la température de service (90°C) répond généralement aux normes en vigueur.

-The programmable logic array (PLA) is a large scale integration (LSI) device. It can be considered as a two-level AND-OR logic circuit. The programming of this device is done in three major steps. These steps are: 1. Output burn-in for an inverted output, 2. Product burn-in to select the state of the inputs of the AND gates hosen, 3. Sum burn-in to select the OR gates to be left connected to the used AND gates. A prototype microcomputer control system to program the PLA was developed. The system is principally software dependent and uses hexadecimal notation as input data. The system is also made flexible for future modifications.

يهدف البحث لمعرفة أثر التقلبات في سعر صرف الدينار العراقي على سوق العراق للأوراق المالية في العراق ممثلةً بمؤشرات أداء سوق العراق للأوراق المالية. وتمثلت مشكلة عدم استقرار أسعار الصرف تؤدي إلى تقلبات في مؤشرات أداء الأسهم في سوق العراق للأوراق ألمالية لذلك يستوجب دراسة وتحليل العلاقة بين التقلبات في أسعار ألصرف ومدى تأثير تلك التقلبات على مؤشرات سوق ألعراق للأوراق المالية. وكانت اهمية البحث تنطلق من ايجاد العلاقة بين تقلب اسعار الصرف ومؤشرات سوق العراق للأوراق المالية ويبين حقيقة اذا كان الاستقرار في سعر الصرف يؤدي الى زيادة الثقة والتعامل في الاوراق المالية. وذلك بهدف البحث في دراسة وتحليل أثر تقلبات أسعار الصرف على مؤشرات سوق العراق للأوراق المالية. وتم استخدام الاختبارات القياسية المتعلقة بالاستقرارية وتحليل الانحدار مع الانكسارات الهيكلية. ومن اهم النتائج التي توصل ايها استقرار السلسلة الزمنية للمتغيرات الاقتصادية عند الفرق الاولفاستقرت بوجود حد ثابت وحد ثابت واتجاه زمني وبدون حد ثابت واتجاه زمني عند مستوى معنوية (1%). ووجود علاقة تكامل مشترك في الامد الطويل بين سعر الصرف والمؤشر العام للأسوق المالية. اما في معادلة الانحدار المؤشر العام لسوق الأوراق المالية (Y) مع المؤشر المستقل سعر الصرف، فعند اختبار المتغير المستقل مع الحد الثابت لمعادلة الانحدار فقد اثرت التقلبات في أسعار الصرف والعجز في الموازنة العامة خلال سنوات تعرض أسعار النفط الخام العالمية للانخفاض في مؤشرات سوق العراق للأوراق المالية. وتحليل نماذج ماركوف ذات الانتقال السلس للنظم المتغيرة قد توصل الى ان الصدمات الهيكلية التي مر بها الاقتصاد العراقي (خلال فترة الدراسة) بارتفاع أسعار النفط والتي تعتبر حاله رواج، وكذلك انخفاض اسعار النفط والتي تعتبر حاله كساد.

Measuring the coupling of computer programs is a way to determine the quality of a developed system. Coupling is the level of interactions between the system components. In this thesis, the notion of coupling is introduced, the logical layers and existing measures are surveyed, and a new coupling measure is developed. The new coupling measure determines the elements that effect the coupling between two modules and assigns weights in proportion to their effect on coupling. These weights are fed into a model that automatically calculates the coupling between the system modules. The new method captures most of the coupling factors. The new method assignment is shown to be of a ratio scale. This method has been evaluated experimentally on six modules from five different programming languages in two integral parts. First, the new method is tested on capturing the observed relation on the module procedures coupling. It satisfies all the relations among the six modules. Second, the new method is tested on capturing the expected changes when six atomic operations are conducted on the corresponding modules. It satisfies five of these expected changes. Finally, the new method outperforms four recent methods on the two parts of the validation.

Abstract:The work presented in this dissertation is a numerical study of cooling an electronic component in a double-driven square cavity by the finite volume method, using the Fluent code.The chosen configuration is a square cavity with two horizontal walls driven in parallel with a cold temperature. The one on the right is heated, assumed to be an electronic component, and the left wall is adiabatic. A study on the cooling of electronic components, as well as a literature review on the most important works found in the literature are presented. Followed by a description of the studied configuration and the mathematical formulation. The work is started by a study of physical validation and of the dependence of the mesh is carried out on a traditional configuration of the closed square cavity and differentially heated with a Prandtl number equal to 0.71 and Rayleigh number varying from 103 to 105. The results revealed a good agreement with the literature for an optimized mesh of 101x101 and refined on the walls. The study of the physical configuration proposed in this work is for the same Prandtl number with a Reynolds varying between 400 and 1000.Convection is assumed to be mixed in nature with Rayleigh between 103 and 105. The results of the analysis for the geometric configuration studied are presented by plotting presented as streamlines, isotherms, velocity profiles as well as the Nusselt number. The effect of Reynolds and Rayleigh is well discussed on the structure of the flow and the heat transfer within the flow. The results revealed that the cooling of the hot part simulated as an electronic component depends heavily on the choice of the driving speed of the fluid used, in this case the Reynolds number and also the Rayleigh number.Key words: Double driven cavity, mixed convection, cooling of electronic components.ملخص :العمل المقدم في هذه الرسالة عبارة عن دراسة رقمية لتبريد مكون إلكتروني في تجويف مربع مزدوج الدفع بطريقة الحجم المحدود، باستخدام كود حساب. الهدف من المذكرة كان توضيح إمكانية حل إشكالية تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر من خلال نظام تمويل، إسلامي كون هذا الأخير نظام تمويل يختلف جذريا عن نظام التمويل التقليدي الذي تبقى جل الآليات والبرامج المتخذة فيه من أجل حل الإشكالية المطروحة محدودة نوعا ما بالنظر إلى النتائج التي حققتها .من أجل ذلك حاولنا من خلال هذه المذكرة اختيار فرضيات البحث الثلاث، حيث تكونت المذكرة من فصلين نظريين والأخر تطبيقي، إذ حاولنا في الجزء النظري منها الإلمام بكافة المفاهيم المتعلقة بالموضوع، أما الجزء التطبيقي فتمثل في دراسة ميدانية، دف معرفة التمويل الإسلامي للمؤسسات الناشئة، وذلك من خلال معرفة مساهمة بنك البركة الجزائري–فرع الوادي - في تمويل هذه المؤسسات .تم التوصل من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى أن التمويل الإسـلامي للمؤسسـات الناشـئة يعتـبر أحـد أسـباب نجـاح هـذه المؤسسات، كما كشفت لنا الدراسة الميدانية كذلك محدوديـة مسـاهمة بنـك البركـة الجزائـري في تمويـل المؤسسـات الناشـئة لسـببين همـا: قلـة الصـيغ التمويليـة المعتمـدة في البنـك إضـافة إلى الشـروط المتعلقـة بالضـمانات، بـالرغم مـن هـذه النتيجـة يبقى التمويل بالطرق الإسلامية هو الأنسب لهذه المؤسسة ووحده الكفيل لحل إشكالية التمويل فيها.
