Le travail présenté dans ce mémoire a pour but d’analyser l’effet du drain horizontal sur les infiltrations et sur la stabilité mécanique d’une digue en terre.En premier temps on a présenté des généralités sur les différents types de barrages en terre, leur dimensionnement et les effets des infiltrations sur leur stabilité.Ensuite on a exposé les méthodes de d’analyse de la stabilité hydraulique et mécanique des barrages en terre, la protection des talus amont et aval et le processus de drainage par filtres et ouvrages annexes.Après présentation de l’outil numérique utilisé qui est le logiciel GEOSTUDIO, à l’aide du module SEEP/W, on a analysé la stabilité hydraulique en déterminant de la ligne de saturation, le débit de fuite au sein du massif et le dimensionnement du drain horizontal et à l’aide du module SLOPE/W on a vérifié la stabilité mécanique des talus amont et aval de la digue sous différents cas de chargement.On a terminé par une application pratique à l’étude de la stabilité hydraulique et mécanique de la digue du barrage en terre de Soubella située dans la commune de Magra (wilaya de M’sila).

Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) are a type of ad-hoc network technology that has been around for more than two decades. WSNs typically consist of a number of dedicated sensors,which are fundamentally low-cost, autonomous, resource-constrained devices organized into a cooperative network to perform a common monitoring task. From their first appearance until the present day, there has been a significant effort conducted by researchers to achieve a reliable WSN design that can provide better Quality of Service (QoS) for a wide range of applications.Deployment optimization is one of the crucial issues that must be taken into consideration while designing an efficient WSN. What is meant by deployment optimization is that the sensors must be placed in strategic locations that optimize one or multiple design criteria including, coverage, connectivity, cost, and network lifetime.In this thesis, we have addressed the problem of deployment by using bio-inspired algorithms. We proposed two deployment solutions for optimally placing homogeneous and heterogeneous WSNs. The proposed bio-inspired solutions allow the relocation of network sensors to locations that optimize coverage and energy efficiency. The first solution IBA achieves the desired objectives by eliminating both coverage redundancy and coverage holes resulted after the random deployment of heterogeneous sensors. Whereas the second solution BAGOA, which is developed by hybridizing two algorithms, namely the Bees Algorithm (BA) and the Grasshopper Optimization Algorithm (GOA), achieves high coverage and ensures low mobility during deployment in several deployment situations, even when the network is composed of both mobile and stationary sensors. The effectiveness of the proposed solutions is confirmed by the high performance recorded during the comparison with recently proposed solutions in the literature. The presented results show that IBA and BAGOA provide significantly better performance in all deployment test cases in terms of solution quality, convergence, and stability.

Le contrôle de gestion et un processus permanent de pilotage global de l'entreprise et de mesure en temps réel des réalisations, dans une optique de perfectionnement de la performance au sein de l'entreprise.Il évalue l'efficience et l'efficacité de la mise en œuvre de l'entreprise. Ce dernier s'adresse aux opérationnels et aux gestionnaires de l'entreprise pour prendre des décisions et contrôler leurs actions sur la base de plusieurs outils tel que : la comptabilité générale, la comptabilité analytique, le système d'information, la gestion budgétaire, le tableau de bord, le reporting et l'analyse comparative (benchmarking). La gestion budgétaire, comme étant l'outil de simulation et d'aide de pilotage des activités de l'entreprise sera l'objet de notre étude. La démarche de la gestion budgétaire repose sur trois procédures essentielles : la prévision, la budgétisation et le contrôle budgétaire. Cette démarche intervient pour que les objectifs de l'entreprise soient atteints, et cela grâce à l'analyse des écarts dégagés par la différence entre les réalisations et les prévisions.

This thesis raises the dilemma of nongovernmental organizations in Lebanon and its integration and development challenges ; more specifically the BLESS case. In fact, Saint Vincent de Paul, a very well established NGO that started its mission in France, has successfully expanded its services to several branches in Lebanon. Including the several activities that SVP has throughout the Lebanese territory, is the BLESS project, that is being carefully studied to provide a large portion of the Lebanese low level community, the opportunity to work and serve the Lebanese citizen with healthy and diet meals. Therefore, the main objectives throughout this report is revealing the competitive advantage of BLESS diet center, stating its objectives, mission and vision statements, conducting a thorough study of the market, and detailing its marketing approach and strategies to be adopted throughout the process. The approach followed in this thesis is the normative approach where intensive literature review about the topic was conducted. Based on the information and analyses provided in the thesis which were supported by statistics collected from different sources, the different factors affecting BLESS's position in the market were revealed. It consists on maintaining a high-quality production level, adopting an efficient strategy to successfully integrate into the market and definitely benefiting of its low cost production competitive advantage. Furthermore, this study has revealed the product development market-entry strategy to be adopted along with the different aspects of the marketing analysis and the diverse external and internal factors affecting BLESS's framework and its market infiltration in the healthy diet food industry. In addition to the elaboration of the most appealing advertising and promotional strategies that BLESS will apply throughout its penetration in the Lebanese market.And thus an appropriate marketing management of the project will undoubtedly lead to increased customer awareness and involvement, market share and therefore greater incomes for the organization, thereby yielding the ability to serve a greater share of the community in need of financial assistance.

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن فاعلية برنامج تدريبي لتنمية كفايات القياس والتقويم لدى معلمات اللغة الانجليزية في مدارس الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الشبه تجريبي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من عشرين معلمة من معلمات اللغة الإنجليزية لأربع مدارس من مدارس الحلقة الأولى للعينة التجريبية، أما العينة الضابطة فقد تم اختيار عشرين معلمة من ثلاث مدارس للحلقة الأولى بمحافظة الداخلية للعام الدراسي 2018/ 2019 .ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة قامت الباحثة بإعداد برنامج تدريبي في كفايات القياس والتقويم، قائم على معايير كفايات القياس والتقويم التي تم إصدارها من الاتحاد الأمريكي للمجلس الوطني للمعلمين للقياس والتقويم لرابطة التعليم الوطنية، بالإضافة إلى استخدام اختبار معرفي وهو اختبار قياس كفايات القياس والتقويم التربوي (Assessment Literacy Inventory) ، كما تم استخدام استمارة تقييم عامة للبرنامج.وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة الحالية إلى أن أداء المعلمات في القياس البعدي لكفايات القياس والتقويم كان أعلى بصورة دالة إحصائيا في المجموعة التجريبية عن المجموعة الضابطة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين التطبيق القبلي والبعدي للمجموعة التجريبية، وتشير قيم المتوسطات الحسابية بأن هذه الفروق جاءت لصالح التطبيق البعدي.

فإن القرآن الكريم بحر لا يدرك غوره، ولا تنفد درره، ولا تنقضي عجائبه، فما أحق الأعمارأن تفنى فيه، والأزمان أن تشغل به، ومما يسعدني أن أشارك في خدمة كلام العزيز الكريم بهذا البحث المتواضع ، فإن القرآن الكريم هو الكتاب السماوي الوحيد الفريد الّذي بين طياته ، بلآياته وكلماته روح الإعجاز التي ما زالت شاخصة في وجه الدنيا كلها إلى أن يرث الله الأرضومن عليها ، ومن ثم أرد ُت بموضوعي ( تصوير الأعمال في القرآن الكريم ) أن أبرز جانبا من جوانب جماله وأعجازه ، وهو التصوير القرآني الذي ينقل الحقيقة بكلام أدبي ومعنى عقدي وعلمي وفقهي، يبرز و يبين تلك الحقائق في معرض المشاهد المحسوس زيادة في الإيضاح والتقرير. والقرآن الكريم رسالة عالمية خالدة صممت كأس (التصوير) لعرض المرامي الإلهية بعرض رباني متكامل لا تشوبه شائبة أو ينقصه شيء. فها هو القرآن الكريم يعطي كل عصر ما يتطلب بتدبره ومداومة النظر فيه ، من أهلال اختصاص ، حين تجد قضية أو تقع نازلة، وما كان القرآن الكريم ليردهم خائبين ، وهو المعطاء على مر السنين .ومن هنا يكتسب موضوعنا أهميته من أهمية القرآن الكريم، إذ إنه في مشاهده وصورهجزء منه. و تكمن أهميته كذلك في أنه يلقي الضوء على أحد أبرز الأساليب الفنية المثيرة التي يعتمدها القرآن لنقل تعاليم السماء ولترسيخ الروح العقدية والقيم الإنسانية، والأحكام التشريعية.
