La SDR (SOFTWARE DEFINED RADIO) est une version plus récente de la radio traditionnelle. C’est un système de radiocommunication configurable utilisant des techniques de traitement numérique du signal. Elle utilise des circuits numériques programmables pour effectuer du traitement de signal. Sa flexibilité lui permet de s'adapter à un large spectre de réseaux, protocoles et techniques de radiocommunication, et de répondre au besoin croissant de performance et d'interopérabilité entre systèmes hétérogènes. L'objectif ultime de la radio logicielle consiste en une dématérialisation complète de l’interface radio.Dans ce projet nous nous sommes intéressés à la radio logiciel SDR. Nous avons réalisé un récepteur d’images météo des satellites NOAA avec une RTL-SDR d’abord sous Windows ensuite en utilisant une carte Raspberry pi3.La SDR et une radio basée sur le logiciel, nous avons manipulé plusieurs logiciels pour prévoir le passage des satellites météo, enregistrer leur signal et le décoder pour former l’image météo.

مستخلص الدراسةيهدف هذا البحث لبيان دور الرقابة الشرعية في ضبط أعمال المصارف الإسلامية ولأهمية الرقابة الشرعية التي تطبق على البنوك والمؤسسات المالية الإسلامية، ومدى شفافية ذلك وتأتي (أهمية البحث) هي أن الرقابة الشرعية إحدى أسس النظام الصرفي الإسلامي وكذلك إحدى عناصر التميز عن نظام المصارف التقليدية وضرورة وجود هيئة شرعية للإفتاء فيما يعرض للإدارات البنك تتطلب معرفة الحكم الشرعي مع التزام المصارف الإسلامية بالشريعة الإسلامية تحقيق أهدافها . وتوضح مشكلة البحث فى الرقابة الشرعية ودورها فى ربط اعمال المصارف الاسلامية والمعايير التنفيذية لعمل هيئة الرقابة الشرعية. اما فرضيات البحث فى الرقابة الشرعية ومدى تنفيذها على صيغ المعاملات المالية والمصرفية للبنوك الاسلامية وأيضاً فى اختيار اعضاء الهيئة وتعيين المراقب الشرعى. ضرورة وجود قانون للرقابة الشرعية ينظم اعمال الرقابة الشرعية ويضع الآليات المناسبة لمراقبة هيئة الرقابة الشرعية وايضاً وجود هيئة عليا للرقابة على المؤسسات وتضم الهيئة مجموعة من علماء الشريعة المختصين فى المعاملات المالية وتدريب وتثقيف العاملين فى المؤسسة المالية بالمفاهيم والضوابط الشرعية وايضاً انشاء جهاز للرقابة الداخلية وتزويدهم بعدد كاف من المراقبين.AbstractThis research aims to demonstrate the role of the Sharia Supervisory Board in controlling the work of Islamic banks and the importance of legitimate oversight that apply to Islamic banks and financial institutions, and the transparency that comes (the importance of research) is that the Sharia Supervisory one of the foundations of the Islamic morphological system, as well as one of the elements of excellence for traditional banking system and the need for a Shariah Board for Issuing with displays departments Bank requires knowledge of the legitimate government with Islamic banks commitment to Islamic law to achieve its goals. And describes the research problem in the Shari'a and its role in linking the Islamic banks and standards for executive action Sharia Supervisory Board. The research hypotheses in the Shari'a and the extent of implementation of the financial and banking transactions for Islamic banks formats and also in the selection of board members and the appointment of the observer legitimate. The need for a law Sharia regulates acts of legitimate oversight and put the appropriate mechanisms to monitor the Sharia Supervisory Board and also the existence of a supreme body for the control of institutions, including the Commission a group of specialists Sharia scholars in the financial, training and education of personnel transactions in the financial institution concepts and controls legitimacy and also set up a device for internal control and provide them with an adequate number observers.

Eco-design regulations have been driving transportation industry, the automotive in particular, to cut down fuel consumption and exhaust gas emissions. Among the different proposed means to achieve such cuts, weight reduction is one of the most effective and least costly solutions. Lightweight materials, such as titanium, aluminum and magnesium alloys have great weight saving potentials as they are 40-75% lighter than conventional steels. However, special forming technologies, such as Superplastic Forming (SPF), are required to overcome the limited formability of such alloys. SPF is a near net shape forming process that offers many advantages over conventional forming operations including design flexibility, weight reduction and the ability to form light weight materials into complex shapes. However, low production rates and the non-uniformity of the formed parts are hindering the widespread use of this technology. Although numerous analytical and numerical studies on SPF can be found in literature, several aspects and parameters affecting the process have not yet been thoroughly addressed. Frictional forces acting at the die-sheet interface is one example. This research aims to advance the state of SPF by proposing new solutions that help optimizing the process and overcoming its limitations. The effects of interfacial friction distribution on the forming process are studied in detail. Both homogeneous and variable friction distributions have been addressed and optimized. The effects of frictional forces on deformation stability has also been investigated, and the results are utilized to devise variable strain rate forming paths that are able to reduce forming time while maintaining the integrity of the formed parts. Moreover, forming limit diagrams for magnesium alloys formed at elevated temperatures have been thoroughly studied. A novel speed control algorithm for constant strain rate mechanical stretching formability tests has been developed. The algorithm actively controls the speed of the punch so as to maintain a constant effective strain rate in the sheet, or any region of interest, following a user-defined control scheme. All of these issues have been investigated in a cost-effective manner using the finite element method along with advanced constitutive material models.

La diversification économique de l'Algérie ne pourra être envisagée que si elle prend en compte l'émergence d'un système bancaire privé moderne capable de jouer un rôle central dans le financement des activités économiques et industrielles. Cette condition préalable est indispensable à toute politique visant au développement des PME. Si ces dernières sont principalement financées par les banques dans les économies avancées, il apparaît qu'en Algérie, où le secteur bancaire est largement dominé par les établissements publics, elles ont souvent recours à l'autofinancement avant de solliciter un apport financier auprès des institutions bancaires qui leur sont difficilement accessibles. Cette restriction du crédit entrave la croissance de ces entités créatrices d'emplois et génératrices de richesses. Dans cette optique, ce mémoire propose d'étudier la relation entre entrepreneurs algériens et leurs partenaires bancaires : comprendre les bases ambivalentes caractérisant cette relation, expliciter les raisons sous-jacentes au rationnement du crédit ainsi que proposer une série de solutions destinées à réduire ce phénomène via notamment le biais d'un financement relationnel avec les établissements financiers concernés.

Aujourd’hui, dans l’enseignement apprentissage de français langue étrangère en Algérie, peu d’importance est accordée aux textes poétiques. De nombreux enseignants pour ne pas dire tous ne savent pas toujours comment aborder la poésie à l’école ; ce genre de texte leur parait ambitieux voire peu accessible à leurs apprenants. Les démarches suivies sont souvent réductrices et se résument par exemple à un travail de diction, de mémorisation, ou d’étude de la structure du texte. Ces activités ne participent pas réellement à une compréhension du poème abordé. C’est la raison pour laquelle nous avons choisi de travailler sur l’enseignement de la compréhension de l’écrit en FLE à travers la poésie, qui à notre sens serait une approche différente mais pertinente pour développer la compétence de la compréhension du texte.
