هدف البحث إلى معرفة مدى تطبيق معيار الحوكمة والادارة بمؤسسات التعليم العالي السودانية (دراسة حالة: جامعة السودان للعلوم والتكنولوجيا). من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وتمثلت متغيرات البحث في القيادات الادارية العليا، التخطيط الاستراتيجي، الموارد المالية، الاعتناء بأعضاء هيئة التدريس وفعالية الأداء وضمان الجودة، حيث تم تصميم استبانة لجمع البيانات من عينة حجمها (100) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي؛ والذي يتمثل في مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية الوصفية والاستدلالية لمعالجة البيانات المتحصل عليها؛ المتمثلة في: معامل ألفا كرو نباخ، معاملات الارتباط لقياس درجة بين الفقرات والدرجة الكلية، واختبار (ت) للعينة الواحدة وللعينات المستقلة. وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث أن جامعة السودان للعلوم والتكنولوجيا تطبق معيار الحوكمة والادارة بدرجة كبيرة ، للجامعة قيادة إدارية فاعلة لترسيخ القيم واتخاذ القرار الجماعي لتحقيق رؤيتها ورسالتها وأهدافها، للجامعة خطة استراتيجية تتضمن الرؤية والرسالة والأهداف، للجامعة موارد مالية كافية تمكنها من أداء رسالتها وتحقيق أهدافها للقيام بوظائفها بكفاءة وفعالية، للجامعة سياسة للاعتناء بأعضاء هيئة التدريس من أجل تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي، للجامعة فعالية في الأداء وضمان الجودة تتوفر لها الإمكانيات المادية والأطر البشرية، وبناءاً على النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها، قدم الباحث عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات أهمها ضرورة العمل على تفعيل القوانين واللوائح التي تهيئ الأرضية الملائمة لتطبيق الحوكمة والادارة على مستوى جامعة السودان للعلوم والتكنولوجيا ومؤسسات التعليم العالي الاخرى.

The growing use of social media in all aspects of life has led to its incorporation into the educational context. As social media has a considerable potential for enhancing both teaching and learning experiences .This research is a linguistic investigation of the impact of Instagram on students’ speaking skill, its use as a tool to enhance the students speaking, and how it can be applied to serve that purpose. In order to fulfil this study, a mixed methodology approach has been used as a way to collect both quantitative and qualitative data. The main hypothesis adopted in this research study is that the effective use of Instagram can help the students to improve their speaking skill. The study was composed of three major chapters .It first begins with a theoretical framework that is a general overview about Instagram use for learning and its role in enhancing students speaking skill .Then, we analyse the data that was collected by using a questionnaire which was administrated to 50 students of third year at the department of English at Ibn Khaldoun University. Through the analysis of the results of the questionnaire, we are going to find out whether students consider Instagram as an effective tool to enhance their speaking or not.

For the past two decades, mergers and acquisitions actiVIty m the U.S. banking sector have tremendously increased. The largest U.S. institutions continue to buy smaller institutions such that the number of banks declined from 14,451 at the end of 1982 to 7,283 by year end 2007. During this same period, however, the total number of branches grew from 34,791 to 78,867. In line with the above changes was the deregulation of the banking sector in the Unites States. The above factors encourage U.S. banks and financial institutions to merge in order to save costs and capitalize on the available assets to increase profitability and efficiency.The major benefits behind a merger or acquisition includes:• Achieving economies of scale• Increasing market share• Entry into new markets• Reducing fixed costs• Enhancing bank's bargaining power• Sharing a larger data base• Adding more services to clients.On the other hand, it is important to pinpoint merger and acquisition pitfalls such as the unfitness of two institutions, the conflicts of interest between shareholders and managers, the culture differences between human resources and customers as well as of two banks.Among the advantages and disadvantages; and the success or failure of mergers and acquisitions in the banking sector, shareholders' wealth is influenced accordingly. Shareholders who delegate authority and decision making to top management are looking for an increase in their wealth. The extent to which managers well operate the business determines the profitability of organizations and as well the wealth of shareholders.In order to analyze the success or failure of a given merger or acquisition, several valuation methods are used; namely comparable & discounted cash flow analysis.Comparable analysis uses comparable ratios such as price to book value or EPS ratios. Such ratios are compared to industry peers. While discounted cash flow methods discount the expected future cash flows at a given rate of return.

Ce travail consiste a l’étude de phytochimique et de l’Activité Anti bactérienne de "Myrtus Communis L" de la région de Skikda. Les résultats qu’on a obtenus de l’étude phytochimique du myrte (extrait décocté et infusé ) montrent qu’il est très faible en Amidon, alcaloïde, Coumarines, Quinones et riche en Flavonoïde , Tanins Catéchique et très riche en Tanins galique ,Saponines, Stérols et tri terpènes, Et les résultats qu’on a obtenus de l’activité antibactérienne du myrte montrent qu’il existe un effet de l’extrait décocté et infusé sur trois souches Salmonelle, E.coli, Staphylocoque aureus et surtout sur l’extrait infusé et pour les deux autres souches Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Enterococcus Faecalis aucun effet n’a été fait par l’extrait sur elles, Cette variation peut être due aux différents paramètres géographiques, climatiques

This study has been conducted to explore the mechanisms and the strategies of financing andsupporting the small medium enterprises in algeriaand the extent of the effectiveness of thesepolicies and their contribution in bettering and improving this type of entreprises through theexaminiation of theree national small loans manadment agency, and the national fund ofunemployment insurance,this from the findings regarding the activeness of each of thesecommittees at the level of the wilaya of mostaganem, we found that these committees still havea relatively low contribution rate in responding to the remuirements of the economicenvironment.

Non-fungible tokens (NFTs) have experienced an unprecedented surge in popularity in 2022. This growth has attracted attention from experts and researchers keen to understand the vast potential of NFTs, which have already impacted various industries, including arts, gaming, collectibles, films, music, and ticketing. NFTs can represent not only digital assets but also rights to physical assets, with ownership and registration done through a blockchain, usually the ethereum network, ensuring authenticity and transferability of ownership. However, while NFTs present significant opportunities for innovation and growth, their rapid rise has also raised concerns and questions, particularly regarding their compliance with Shariah rules and higher objectives. This research paper aims to investigate Shariah compliance concerns related to NFTs based on Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) and examine whether NFTs comply with Shariah rules and objectives. Additionally, the paper will explore the legal and technical aspects of NFTs to gain a comprehensive understanding of this phenomenon. Although NFTs have the potential to facilitate secure transactions and safeguard asset ownership, it is crucial to address any potential Shariah compliance concerns. The paper will provide recommendations for future use of NFTs to ensure compliance with Shariah principles. By exploring the Shariah aspects of NFTs, the research aims to provide a deeper understanding of this emerging technology and its implications from a religious perspective.

تمحورت حول تجسيد الرؤية العربية الممثلة عن طريق عبد القاهر الجرجاني عبر كتابه " دلائل الإعجاز" وكذا المقاربات النصية الملموسة في التجاذب المستطرف الموجود بين المدرستين الغربية و العربية .حيث برز ذلك واضحا من خلال الإشكالية التي تمت الإجابة عنها و هي هل يمكن لمفهوم نحو النص أن يكون قاسما مشتركا بين مدرستين إحداهما عربية يمثلها عبد القاهر الجرجاني و أخرى غربية يمثلها فان دايك و يتفقان فيما بينهما رغم اختلاف المرجعيات الفكرية والدينية؟ شملت خطة البحث مقدمة و مدخلا و ثلاثة فصول و خاتمة، حيث أشتمل المدخل على تتبع المسارات و الملامح الأولى لنحو النص عند العرب ، ثم عرجت من خلاله على التحولات الهامة التي عرفها موضوع الانتقال من نحو الجملة إلى نحو النص .لقد استوعب الفصل الأول مجموعة من العناوين تركزت حول 03 ثلاثة مباحث :الأول :نحو النص من خلال هاليداي ورقية حسن و الثاني:دي بجراند والثالث:فان دايك مؤسس نحو النص،الفصل الثاني: تناولت فيه نحو النص عند عبد القاهر الجرجاني ، أما الفصل الثالث فقد تطرقت فيه إلى شرح مجموعة من نصوص كتاب "دلائل الإعجاز" ومقاربتها بالتصورات الغربية. ثم انتهيت إلى خاتمة جمعت فيها بعض النتائج التي توصلنا إليها بحمد الله .

"عنوان الدارسة: التعليل بسلوك الجادة عند أبي حاتم من خلال كتاب ""العلل"" حيث يتكون من مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة.حيث تضمنت الدراسة ترجمة موجزة للإمام أبي حاتم وابنه عبد الرحمن والتعريف بكتاب العلل ثم فصلت الكلام حول العلة وأنواعها وأهمية علم العلل وأهم الكتب المصنفة فيه, وعرفت سلوك الجادة وأهم الألفاظ المعبرة عنه والقرائن الدالة عليه, وقمت بدراسة الأحاديث التي صرح فيها أبو حاتم بالتعليل بسلوك الجادة والتي بلغت إحدى عشر حديثا حيث أوضحت العلة وبينت أوجه الاختلاف وخرجت كل حديث من كتب السنة ونقلت كلام أهل العلم في الرواة جرحا وتعديلا ثم أخلص إلى سبب تعليل أبو حاتم للحديث والقرائن المرجحة لوجه على آخر مع ذكر كلام غيره من النقاد في تعليل الحديث, ثم ختمت الرسالة بما توصلت إليه من نتائج وتوصيات.""
