I Divided the study into six chapters, where I started discussing in the first chapter the definition of ideals in language and idiomatically. The study showed the importance of faith for humans and therefore an input and an introduction to the study, and I completed this introduction by discussing the benefits of using ideals in the consolidation of beliefs and that was in the second chapter.Then came the third chapter which dealt with the doctrine of faith in Allah’s wholeness and ideals - mentioned the qualities and showed the oneness of Allah and that Allah described himself as the light, and proved humanity of Jesus, peace be upon him.The fourth chapter talked it about Allah 's power and downplay other parables, where exposed to the inability of the Allah of the infidels and the protection of creation itself, and then showed the power of Allah Almighty.The fifth chapter allocated today to talk about Allah, she stated that Allah start reducing minimum and maximize the other , then moved on to discuss about ba’th and al hasher , the Chapter concluded by talking about heaven and hell.The study concluded in Chapter VI discussing about the revelation, and how to treat people with proved that the revelation (Quran) is from Allah, and then showed the people in the sections dealing with: the faithful, hypocrites, and infidels.

Ce mémoire concerne a reconstruction tomographique d’images microscopiques.Dans la première partie, nous illustrons les techniques de la reconstruction Tomographie.nous présentons l’histoire et l’évolution de différents technique de Tomographique. Nousnous somme intéressés aux fondements de la théorie de transformation de Radon qui est aucoeur de la reconstruction Tomographique. Nous étudions Pour le problème dereconstruction d’image à partir des projections, nous comparons deux méthodesimportantes: les méthodes analytiques, et les méthodes iteratives.Il existe différentespossibilités avec un microscope électronique pour obtenir une information chimique : lemode STEM , le mode Spectroscopie ( EELS), et a la mode Sélection d’électrons ayantsubit une perte spécifique d’énergie (EFTEM). Nous exploitons le logiciel TomoJ 2.13 , unlogiciel developpe et adapte aux image microscopiques.

This is a retrospective, descriptive study done on 65patients at specialized cardiac center at Ahmed Gasimhospital Kh, North.All patients who underwent surgery in the period between 1998-2001. Joined the study. The study is to evaluate the surgicaloutcome & early complications. There were 23(46.6%) malesand 32(58.4%) females.Patients below the age of 10 years represent 23.07% while thosebetween the age group 11-30 represent 70.7%. Female patientswere found to predominate on male patients in certain cardiacdefects such as patent ductus arteriosus, atrial septal defect andventricular septal defect, while males predominate in Fallot’stetralogy and congenital aortic stenosis.The majority of patients found to belong to tribes in the northand middle Sudan. Complete absence of patients from southerntribes was noted in this study.In this study the commonest cardiac defects who wereoperated upon are patent ductus arteriosus (18 patients),6atrial septal defect (16 patients), Fallot’s tetralogy (9patients).Most of the patients (67.6%) were diagnosed by consultants,(21.3%) by medical registrar and (10.2%) by medical assistant.The clinical presentation was characterized by dyspnoea(84.6%), palpitation (53.8%) , fatigue (38.4%), cough (23.07%)and cyanosis (15.3%).The postoperative complications were reported in sevenpatients. They included wound infection (n =2), aortic aneurysm(n = 1) and heart failure (n = 2).Three patients died (mortality of 4.6%).This study showed that the outcome of surgery in treatingcongenital cardiac defects is good, despite the late presentationof the patients and the short experience of the staff in a recentlyestablished center.Further studies are recommended to delineate the relationshipbetween sex and occurrence of certain cardiac defects. Routineclinical examination of children at birth and at school age willallow early detection and early management.

Quarante et une souches de Sinorhizobium meliloti ,nodulant la Luzerne (Medicago sativa L.),provenant de deux régions sahariennes (Ouargla et El Oued), ont été utilisées dans cette étude.Ces souches ont été caractérisées sur le plan phénotypique. L’analyse de leurs réponses faceaux facteurs prédominants dans les sols sahariens (résistance à la salinité, aux variations depH et de températures et la résistance aux antibiotiques) a permis de mettre en évidence unelarge diversité au sein de ces collection Sinorhizobienne étudiée.Les résultats obtenus ont permis, parmi les 41 souches, de sélectionner six souches présentantles meilleures caractéristiques adaptatives, vis-à-vis des facteurs pédoclimatiques étudiés, sontrespectivement : O4, O5, O13, O18, O19 et O20.Il est à noter que toutes les souches sélectionnées proviennent de la région de Ouargla. Ellespeuvent constituer un inoculum bactérien efficace, bien adapté aux sols sahariens etconduisant à l’accroissement des rendements fourragers chez la plante hôte, qui est la luzerne.

يعتبر الأداء المالي أحد الأنواع الأساسية للأداء في المؤسسة الاقتصادية والذي له أهمية بالغة في تشخيص الوضعية المالية للمؤسسة وذلك من أجل معرفة مدى قدرتها على تحقيق أهدافها، والذي يتم من خلال استخدام أدوات مالية متمثلة في النسب والمؤشرات المالية والتي تعتبر أدوات فعالة في عملية تقييم الأداء الفعلي للمؤسسة، وللوقوف على مدى قدرة على الاستغلال الأمثل للموارد المالية يجب تقييم أدائها المالي عن طريق قياس النتائج المحققة أو المنتظرة في ضوء معايير محددة مسبقا وتقديم حكما على إدارة مواردها المتاحة ومدى تحقيقها لأهدافها المخطط لها. حيث طبقنا دراستنا على مستوى المؤسسة الوطنية للمنتجات الكهروكيميائية وقمنا بحساب مجموعة من النسب والمؤشرات المالية وذلك بعد حصولنا على مختلف القوائم المالية، فتوصلنا إلى أن المؤسسة في وضعية مالية ضعيفة.

L’étude d’aménagement du territoire est un outil précieux dans le domaine de l’aménagement du territoire en Algérie. Elle a pour fonction de préciser et de valoriser les besoins d’une localité ou d’une wilaya, l’Algérie a mis en place dans le cadre de sa politique d’aménagement du territoire de nouveaux découpages qui se veut une orientation promus vers la décentralisation du centre de pouvoir et atteindre le moindre besoin du citoyen. La présente étude focalise sur la Wilaya d’Ouled Djellal, et ce cetta région pourrait bénéficier dans le cadre du développement.
