يسعى البحث إلى معرفة أهمية الاستثمار في شركات التأمين، بوصفها من المؤسسات المالية التي تمارس دورا مهما في النشاط الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، من حيث جمع الأقساط وادخارها، ومن ثم استثمارها في مجالات مختلفة في الحياة الاقتصادية، من أجل تحقيق أرباح مناسبة لتغطية التزاماتها، وتوفير الاحتياطيات المناسبة لمواجهة التقلبات الاقتصادية غير المتوقعة. وتكمن وظيفة الاستثمار في شركات التأمين في تخصيص الموارد المالية المتاحة وتشغيلها، إلى جانب تقليل المخاطر الاستثمارية الناتجة عنها، كما يسعى البحث إلى توضيح الدور المهم لشركات التأمين في الاقتصاد ومعرفة المعوقات التي تواجهها.ومن ثم التعرف إلى أهم العوامل اللازمة لنجاح وظيفة الاستثمار في شركات التأمين، وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات التي تبين الدور المهم لشركات التأمين في التنمية الاقتصادية، ومجموعة من التوصيات لتطوير قطاع التأمين المتمثل في شركات التأمين للمساهمة في عملية التنمية.

Notre travail est un projet de fin d’étude et qui consiste à étudier lesinfluences du séisme sur les structures métalliques étagée à l’aide d’unelogiciel ROBOT structural analyse. Un cas étudié d’un bâtiment encharpente métallique (trois cas un sans palée de contreventement et lesdeux autres avec palées), constitué d'une quatre étage (R+4). La largeurde 21 m de portée et de 36 m de longueur. Cette longueur est réalisée àpartir de six portiques, espacés de 6m, Tout cela requiert une applicationavec discernement de l’EC8 qui dépasse la lecture initiale et nécessitecertaines interprétations, que vont être proposées ci-après

This is descriptive study was conducted in three months during the period from September 2016 to December 2016 in Ibn- ALhitham Diagnostic Center and Dar-ALelaj specialized Hospital.The aims of this study were to evaluate normal renal measurements and texture in Sudanese adults using Computed Tomography and correlated to age and gender.This study carried out in a sample of 50 patients (25 males and 25 females) who underwent to Computed Tomography Urography examination for different reason.The main results of this study were that mean and standard deviation of all sample of the tow kidneys, the lengths 10.44 ±0.85, 10.57 ±0.91, widths 4.55±0.6, 4.71 ± 0.66 And the cortex thickness was 0.73±0.21, 0.74 ±0.22 cm for right and left kidneys respectively, also the study showed that the texture of Right, Left kidneys 39.20 ± 5.08, 39.20 ± 6.27Hounsfield unit. also mean and standard deviation of male’s kidney lengths 10.47 ±0.87 ,widths 4.58 ± 0.66 And the cortex thickness 0.74 ±0.22 cm and texture 39.30 ± 6.04 Hounsfield unit, The female’s kidney length 10.54 ± 0.89 width 4.68 ± 0.65, the cortex thickness 0.72± 0.21 cm and texture 39.10 ± 5.04 Hounsfield unit.The concluded of this study were that the kidneys measurements decreased with age, and the texture of kidneys increased with age .also the study showed there were no different between males and females kidneys measurements and texture.The study recommended the future studies should be done with other modalities (magnetic resonance Imaging, positron emission tomography / computed tomography).

Dans cette thèse on a concentré sur la méthode d’optimisation par essaim de particules appelée pour l’optimisation des gains de commandes synthétisées. Puisque la méthode conventionnelle de ZieglerNichols (Z-N) pour le réglage des paramètres du régulateur PID est une méthode classique qui permet une identification facile des paramètres dans un court laps de temps, mais souvent la sortie du système sous réglage présente une réponse avec un dépassement, une erreur d'état stationnaire élevée et d'un grand temps de montée. Afin d'améliorer les performances de réglage, dans cette étude l'approche methaheuristique moderne de l'optimisation par essaim de particules a été utilisée avec validation expérimental afin d’optimiser les paramètres du PID pour la stabilisation de l'attitude d'un Quadrotor. Le deuxième cas traite de l’optimisation d’un contrôleur Proportionnel Dérivé (PD) Flou en utilisant aussi la technique d’optimisation par essaims de particules (PSO). Plus précisément, nous avons effectué une étude comparative pour montrer les performances du contrôleur PD-flou en optimisant séparément ses gains de normalisation et ses paramètres structurels des fonctions d’appartenance. Il est à noter que le contrôleur flou optimisé se comporte mieux en présence de bruit.

يندرج هذا العمل ضمن البحوث التي تستقصي الآفاق التي تصبو إليها المناهج اللسانية، و مدى قابليتها للتكيف مع مدونات غير لسانية، إذ يشق بحثنا هذا سبيله ضمن مجال التداولية محاولين الوقوف على أحد أفقه العلمية، و ذلك من خلال محاولة رصد كيفية إسهام البعد التداولي في تلقي الصورة البصرية الثابتة، حيث أن هذه الأخيرة تشكل نظاما دالا قادرا على تحقيق تواصل فعال شأنه شأن اللغة اللفظية، و من خلال البحث ومحاولة تتبع المنهج التداولي و مدى إسهامه في التلقي البصري ، وجدنا له تمثلا و وجودا ظاهرا في هذا النوع التواصلي، إذ أننا نجد الآليات التداولية تتضافر و تتكامل و الآليات السيمائية بشكل كبير من الانسجام و التناسب فيم بينهما قصد إسناد عملية التلقي و الفهم ، حيث يغدو البعد التداولي من خلال إجراءاته ضرورة لا غنى عنها في التلقي البصري فهو موجود في كل عملية تلقي بشكل بديهي لكن لا يشار إليه من طرف النقاد و المحللين و ذلك نظرا للتركيز على البعد السيميائي، و هنا يبرز هدف هذا العمل في الكشف عن الميكانزمات التداولية و كيفية إسهامها في التلقي البصري

Aujourd’hui, l’entreprise est confrontée à des risques fiscaux qui sont le résultat d’une législation complexe et en évolution constante. Ainsi, en cas de non-respect de ses obligations envers l’état, l’entreprise supporte des sanctions qui impacte son résultat, d’où apparait la nécessité de faire appel à un audit fiscal, ce dernier a pour objectif de gérer les risques fiscaux quelque soit leur origine interne ou externe et prévenir contre d’éventuels redressements fiscaux en cas du contrôle fiscal.Dans cette perspective, notre recherche a été entreprise dans le but d’étudier comment l’audit fiscal aide l’entreprise à gérer ses différents risques fiscaux. Nous exposerons la démarche de l’audit fiscal au sein de l’entreprise « X » en commençant par la prise de connaissance de la société suivit de l’évaluation de son contrôle interne, ensuite nous passerons à la réalisation de la mission d’audit puis nous terminerons par le rapport et les recommandations.Les résultats de ce travail vont montrer par la suite l’incapacité des pratiques et des procédures de l’entreprise auditée à maitriser son volet fiscal.De ce fait, la démarche proposée dans le présent travail sera l’outil qui attestera la régularité, la sincérité et l’image fidèle des opérations fiscales effectuées par l’entreprise X.

The present study aims at investigating the effectiveness of pronunciation training and how it influenced the learners' speaking confidence. This study rests on the assumption that if EFL learners are exposed to pronunciation training, their speaking confidence at the level of comfortable intelligibility will be enhanced. Hence, to fulfill the aim of the study, answer the research questions and check the reliability of the hypotheses, an experimental design was adopted. The experiment is operationalized in five treatment sessions preceded and followed, respectively, by a pretest and a posttest. The study involved thirty students of English department at Mila Center University. The participants were divided into two groups: an experimental group where the learners were exposed to different training activities and a control group where the learners were not exposed to any kind of training. The findings of the study showed that the exposure to pronunciation training in an EFL setting brought positive outcomes in terms of learners' speaking confidence.

Nowadays, in light of climate change and global warming, many countries tend to increase the use of renewable energy. This shows an opportunity for dessert countries such as the UAE to maximize the use of solar energy and try to benefit from it. Cement industries are considered to be one of the main contributors to GHG emissions. The global usage of cement is rising rapidly, resulting in huge pollution. Thus, this research defines the concept of sustainability by integrating renewable energy in cement plants. This thesis presents a methodology for mapping the energy requirement and optimizing a plant that depends on solar energy and reduces the need for fuel. A review of cement processes was conducted to study the steps of cement manufacturing. A model that maps the energy requirements and CO2 emissions was developed to study the energy consumption for each step. Then, the model was validated using data from an active cement plant in UAE. The demand-side management option was evaluated by using PV panels to produce electrical energy to power the plant and CSP system to produce thermal energy that substitutes 40% of the fuel used. The electrical and thermal demands of the cement plant was used as an input to a linear optimization model to find the required installed capacities for PV, CSP, battery storage, and thermal storage. The capacities for PV, CSP, battery and thermal storages were founded to be 0.53132 GW, 0.65342 GW, 1.03876 GWh, and 6.18484 GWh, respectively. Then, techno-economic analysis was done using cost-benefit analysis for two scenarios to obtain the better option.
