على ضوء ما ورد في هذه الدراسة يمكن القول ان محاسبة الموارد البشرية قد يواجه تطبيقها الكثير من الصعوبات التي لابد من معرفتها والعمل على إزالتها للتمكن من تطبيقها بنجاح ومن أهم هذه الصعوبات هي الجوانب الأخلاقية والسلوكية التي تعارض فكرة اعتبار الأفراد كممتلكات للمؤسسة كباقي الأصول الأخرى وصعوبة الاعتماد نسبة الاستنفاذ السنوية لقيمة الأصول.تعد عملية تقييم الأداء المالي طريقة يمكن من خلالها مراقبة نشاط المؤسسة الاقتصادية، واتخاذ القرارات التي تعمل على تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة بفعالية، اذ أن للجانب المالي في المؤسسة أهمية كبيرة وذلك لما له من تأثير على مستقبل المؤسسة واستمرارها.من خلال الدراسة يمكن القول انمحاسبة الموارد البشرية لها علاقة بالأداء المالي حيث لها أهمية كبيرة على الوضعية المالية للمؤسسة حيث تساعد بتوفير معلومات لتقييم الأداء المالي للمؤسسة.

This study was conducted during the period from 15/01/04 to 24 /04/04 atSudan Fertility Care Association Center.Sixty nine Sudanese females using combined oral contraceptives werechosen for this study and twenty females not using contraceptives wereused as controls. All individuals were within the same age group.Thyroid hormones; thyroxine (T4), triiodothyronine (T3), free thyroxine(FT4) and free triiodothyronine (FT3) were measured. In addition Thyroidstimulating hormone (TSH) was also measured in both groups. The studygroups were divided according to the period of using combined oralcontraceptives into four groups group1 (1–5) month, group2 (7–16)months and group3 (18–60) months and the control group of the nonusers.Determination of hormones concentrations were carried out using ahighly sensitive specific Radioimmunoassay (RIA) techniqueThe concentrations of serum T4 in group 3 was significantly higher(P<0.05) than in the control group while the level of T4 in group 1 and 2were found to be lower than in the control and the difference was notsignificantMean serum concentration of triiodothyronine in the study group 1, 2 and3 were not significantly higher than the control group.Mean serum concentration of free triiodothyronine in the study groups 1,2 and 3 were not significantly higher than the control group.Mean serum concentration of free thyroxine in the study group 1, 2 and 3were not significantly higher than the control group.Mean serum concentration of TSH in groups 1, 2 and 3 weresignificantly (P<0.05) lower than in the control group.

Supermarket trolley and basket appear to be among the most contaminated objects. The present work is a descriptive cross-sectional study conducted to assess of Gram-negative bacterial contamination on supermarket shopping trolleys and baskets in Khartoum Locality. The study was conducted during the period from March to September 2014. Samples were collected from trolleys and baskets handles, by sterile cotton swabs. After collection the cotton swab part of each was broken and kept in 2ml of sterile normal saline in test tube. The tube content was transferred to the laboratory immediately.Bacterial load was determined by Pour PlateMethod. Gram-negative bacteria were identified by standard bacteriological methods including colonial morphology, Gram stain, and biochemical tests.Out of two hundred samples examined, 181 (90%) demonstrated bacterial growth. The rest, 19 (10%) failed to show any bacterial growth. Study on bacterial load revealed that the mean bacterial load was8.557×106CFU/ml. 39 Gram-negative bacteria were identified. The identified Gram-negative bacteria were as follows: Escherichia coli6 (15%),Klebsiellapneumonia 2 (5%), Pseudomonas aeruoginos 7 (18%),Shigellaspp.3(8%) andSalmonella spp.21(54%).The study concluded that the level of bacterial contamination was very high on supermarket shopping trolleys and baskets in Khartoum Locality. Improved sanitation and cleaning of these shopping trolleys and baskets by disinfectant as contained in a wipesare highly recommended. Further studies are required to validate the result of this study.

This study was aimed to evaluate the effect of focal spot size on image quality,this study was done in Modern Medical Center, and The X-ray machinemodality is digital radiography. Before collection of data x.ray machinescalibrated, This study proved that fine focal spot images were sharp in outlinecompared to broad focal spot images, the image quality was evaluated by visualperception by questionnaire 100 professional Radiologist were asked to evaluatethe image quality for fine focal image compared to broad focal image, the resultwas 62% of from the asked group evaluated fine focal spot image better thanbroad focal spot size image were 28% of from the asked group evaluated finefocal spot size image same quality to broad focal spot size image and 10% fromthe asked group evaluated broad focal spot size image better than fine focal spotsize image. The result is same as in previous study, the relative large part of thestudy (28% + 10%) that presents broad focal images is same quality and betterthan fine focal spot may be due to the digital image processing.

Le premier chapitre présente la définition et l’historique de la qualité et du management de la qualité et de la qualité totale .ensuite, la normalisation et certification dans l’entreprise et aussi l’amélioration de la qualité. Le seconde chapitre présente l’approche formelle des théories de l’organisation et du management. Dans le troisiéme chapitre , nous intéresserons aux politiques des ressources humaines qui ont un impact direct sur la qualité. Le dernier chapitre présente l’étude de cas au sein de la STPM-CHIALI-SPA La question de la présence d’un management de la qualité en vue de la certification ISO 9001/2000.
